Chilaquiles, churro french toast, mexican bowl

A perfect and very quaint diner, I loved it sm. The platonic ideal of chilaquiles - crispy and saucy at the same time, very evidently made from homemade tortilla (and if they arent, they are doing a great job of fooling), DELICIOUS tomatoey red sauce and crema. The french toast was delightful. What a lovely find

A small diner, but absolutely delicious food. Their breakfast and lunch items have a fun and flavorful Mexican twist. I always like to have a mix of sweet and savory for breakfast, so I ordered the Mexican Benedict, tres leches pancakes and churro French toast. This Benedict consists of two poached eggs and carnitas, topped with chipotle Hollandaise, and served with fresh greens. Filling and perfectly cooked. The tres leches pancakes were simply amazing. The churro French toast was good, but could have used more cinnamon sugar coating to give more of those prominent churro flavors. Will definently be returning to try more of their menu!

Cool little diner with a Mexican theme. I stopped in for a late breakfast yesterday, ordered the Churro French Toast with a side of chorizo sausage. The French Toast was to my liking, but I'll usually find anything coated with cinnamon sugar & caramel sauce (dulce de leche syrup) favorable. Chorizo sausage was a spicy, I liked it also, a good complement to the sweetness of the French Toast. Service was friendly & attentive. Street parking, not too far from Rt8. I would certainly drop in again if I'm passing through.

Loved our brunch over at Agave Diner. Snuck in there around 11 on a Sunday, was already busy. It's essentially in a cute trailer with some stools at a long bar and some booths inside, not too many. Staff is great, they know their food rocks and explained some of the hits on the menu and to mention they make their own agua Fresca juices. My wife and I started with some chips and salsa, homemade of course and had excellent flavor, chips were amazing as well. For entrees I got the breakfast burrito, wish they had actual chorizo, they did but it's vegan so I opted for the longitas which is a Mexican sausage, good backup option. Burrito was packed and I left stuffed, my only complaint was I wish the potatoes inside were a little smaller as they caused my first half of the burrito to collapse early. Kudos to them for also having a homemade hot sauce which I enjoyed, definitely packed some heat. My wife got the tacos, birria and carnitas. She highly recommends the birria, the carnitas looked good but was too juicy and disintegrated the tortilla. She also got the watermelon agua fresca and loved it, we will be back to try other stuff!

This was my first time here. I couldn't make up my mind what to order so I ordered Churro French Toast and a Breakfast Burrito with Carnitas. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The place was super cute. I love the colors of the dishes. They were teals, blues, and whites. The food was absolutely delicious. I am definitely going back several times I'm sure.

So hard to choose what to order, everything sounds delicious! Great, friendly service and we both really enjoyed our meals. We liked their coffee a lot! It's a small space but we went around noon and had no issues getting a booth. Tips if you are going there, they close at 2 PM. I recommend parking the lot just around the corner as street parking is limited. Also, there are two steps to get in, one is very high, not wheelchair suitable.

Amazing family run business that makes you feel like family! Great food. All the breakfast and lunch options are great. We have yet to be able to get into one of the dinner specials because they sell out in minutes!

I'm so happy that this place opened up. Finally some Latin options in Seymour! Their menu is full of super tasty looking things! I got to try the Oaxaca omelette and it was AMAZING! The coffee is so much better than a lot of places and the prices were perfect. Hell yes. 5 stars. Will return

Another great visit to the agave diner this morning! This time I tried the tres leches pancakes which were incredible if you're a fan of tres leches cake you gotta try these. The Mexican Benedict was 10/10. Once again our service was really friendly and the place was clean.

This adorable old train car style diner is fantastic. The Birria Beef omelet is like heaven on a dish. The Mexican Benedict is so decadent and a great spin on our classic favorite. Today I had the Birria Quesadilla which was a great splurge after Yoga class. We also tried the Chula Burger and it is so good! The fires are fresh and Simon which we love. The Agua Fresca as so refreshing and not excessively sweet. The flavors rotate which is nice. Go early or late because they fill up and stay that way...it's so good and worth a wait.

This has to be the cutest diner in The Valley! There are 4 booths as well as seats at the bar which gives it a retro feel. I absolutely love the mural behind the bar too, it's unique and fits the vibe of the diner completely. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and chose a booth by the window. It was hard to decide between the French toast and the tres leches pancakes so our super friendly server gave me their recommendation. I ordered the churro French toast and it did not disappoint in the slightest! The berries were fresh, it was a normal, human-size portion - which I appreciated, and the dulce de leche syrup was so so good. They also brought over warm maple-butter which was totally delicious as well. I really can't wait to go back to try more items from their well crafted menu!

Wow! Where should I even start..this place is absolutely amazing! I wish I had heard of it sooner…read more I picked this place as a surprise for my friend's birthday! When you first walk in the sound of live music filled our ears and it was just lovely it was a surprise to me because I didn't know they had that here. The two gentlemen who were playing were so wonderful together and they were just having fun! The music kept the vibes flowing for the entirety of the time. The service was great everyone was lovely great attitudes, everyone helped it was a great collective effort Jackie and Raven the bartenders and servers were amazing, Brooke wonderful and even Tristan for his first day on the job did great! Elyse was very friendly and welcoming! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS that blue bird chicken sandwich was definitely my favorite thing we tried every bite of that sandwich makes sense and the truffle parm fries to go with it chefs kiss! The tacos were great I enjoyed the shrimp one more but the chicken one was very good as well. The waffle board I did think that that waffle was going to be bigger but it was still a great addition to our tastings. We shared everything and ended with the almond crème brûlée it was really good and not too sweet! We did also have some mimosas. We started off with mango, hibiscus, and ended with guava they were all really tasty. This place for sure exceeded my expectations and I will 1000% be a repeat customer! I'm going to tell all my friends! Thank you for the service, the vibes, the food, and a cute new place to go to!
