My girlfriend ordered a coffee and she didn't enjoy hers either. The food was decent, but my pesto chicken sandwich was dry. What really ruined the experience, though, was the service. The first cashier we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude. The only positive interaction we had was with the person from the kitchen who brought out our food they were kind and professional. After I didn't like my drink, my girlfriend went to exchange it for a chai latte. While she was standing by the counter looking at the menu, the cashier snapped at her and told her with an attitude that she didn't need to stand there and that the drink would be brought out. We sat back down and waited over 15 minutes, even though we had placed the request before other customers started coming in. Then the cashier came back and asked for our order again, also with attitude, as if it had never been taken. When the replacement drink finally came, it was just dropped off at the table without a word. As a same-sex couple and also being Hispanic, we did not feel welcomed here at all. The looks and overall energy made us feel uncomfortable and out of place. I hate leaving negative reviews, but between the poor drinks, mediocre food, and some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a coffee shop, I will not be coming back. A complete waste of money.
