They have a wonderful program for your preschooler. Country Home has amazing activities for the children as well as the families! My children have learned so much from this amazing program! Highly recommend this facility!

All in all I have to say I LOVE this place!. This is the second daycare my children have attended. Their first one left me horrified so I was extreamly scared to concider another but I had no other choice. I have to work. They have been attending this center on Poss for about a year now and I will admit I have had a few disagrements with the front staff as far as getting my paper work and information on time. They never seem to have payment updates the "book keeper" is always "running behind" which is a bit annoying. But honestly other than that I love this place! I love both their teachers. My oldest always comes home singing songs and telling me what her and her friends did for the day. She LOVES the swiming which they get to do 3 times a week. And as happy as she is to see when I go to pick her up she is not always wanting to leave. Her teachers are usually always nice and easy to talk with. Anytime I have an issue I talk to them first and it gets handled quickly. The only problem is she gets some scratches and marks that dont get documented and I get scared that if its not writen down then someone will try and say I she got them at home. So I ALWAYS point them out to both the teacher and the front personel. And try to figure out how she got them. **Usually VERY minor scrapes** My youngest LOVES the teachers his face lights up when we get to his class he gives me a kiss then off he goes into his own little world. He has never had a rash or serious injury since he sarted. He has been bite once and hit in the face with a toy. But HONESTLY parents it is to be expected! Babies fight over toys... I do not just like this place because of all the extras I love it because I can see my kids are having a good time and learning basic tasks and comprehension skills. When I see my kids excited to go "to school" I feel good as a parent. I am writing this review because I had been concidering changing daycares due to financial reasons. But all the ones I went to just gave me goose-bumps. Honestly after attending here its hard to find one that even comes close to the clean safe feeling I get when I walk into Country Home with my kids. I have decided to cut expenses elsewhere and keep them here as long as I possibly can afford. The big mind changer was when I asked my daughter this afternoon if she would be ok with moving to another "school" she looks at me and says: "mommy ok... but, I sure do like my school... I'm not wet any more mommy. I can use the potty now" That was the most honest and cute responce I could have hoped for. She has been trying for a while to use the potty but couldnt seem to time it right and would feel bad when she "wet" herself now she is potty trained all thanks to her teachers! I want to say a BIG Thank You to their teachers! You guys are AMAZING!

Our experience with this facility started out alright when my daughter was 18 months. She frequently came home dirty and scratched up by other children but I know children are children. I was called when there were accidents, fine. Her permanent teachers in her initial room were great, I could really tell that they cared about my daughter. The flexes, not so much. I even picked her up one day with her pinky toe sticking out of the size of her water sneakers (they have holes on the side) because the flex teacher just shoved her shoe on and didn't pay attention. There were minor things here and there that irked me but the front of house staff was always friendly, willing to give me updates if I called, and she usually had more good experiences than bad ones. That all changed when she moved up to the two-year-old room. Every morning, my daughter would cry because she didn't want me to leave her there. I'd walk in and watch kids chasing and actually punching other kids. The kids being beaten would cry and try to get away from the aggressive children and the teacher(s) would say NOTHING; they would just ignore it. My daughter started to avoid other kids, started pushing other kids (but only because they'd get right up in her face), and picked up bad habits that weren't being addressed. The teacher was initially helpful as we began potty training but they she lied to me about how many accidents my daughter was having so that she could put her in a pull-up and not have to worry about it. She threw all her clean underwear in with her dirty underwear, still FOLDED. If they're going to lie about little things, what else is happening that I'm not being made aware of? The frequency of accident reports also began to go up. One day, she came home with 30+ red ant bites up her leg, belly, and arm. We never even got a report for it. Additionally, we had two major accident reports in eight days. The last one was when my child was leaving the restroom, another child came up and slammed the door on her fingers. We have both tried asking what happened and neither of us could get a straight story between different members of the staff. We've gotten conflicting stories about whether she was supervised or unsupervised (I've also watched them put kids on the potty and then walk away, leaving them there alone). At the very least, if she was actually supervised, how was a child able to come over and slam the door on her fingers? We would have loved to ask the teacher who was supposedly watching her, but she was no where to be found when my husband got there. This is where the directors began to show their true colors. The next morning, I kindly asked if my daughter could please go in her old room for the day until we figure something out; I didn't feel comfortable leaving her in her new room. The director and assistant director brought me into the office and said no. When I explained why I wasn't comfortable, they raised their voices and argued with me! After explaining to them all of the other issues we've been experiencing, she finally allowed my daughter to go into her old room for the day. We weren't happy with how the situation was being handled so my husband pushed for the number of someone higher up but she was even worse. She essentially told us "you don't have to go here". They know that parents will always need daycare so they don't care how kids are treated, as long as there are more money makers coming their way. We withdrew her that day. I've come to find out that many parents have been reporting issues with this same room and their situations were handled similarly. Another child's parents withdrew him shortly before we did. Do yourselves a favor and don't bring your children here. I'd hope that this type of behavior is isolated to this one location but, seeing as the executive director was just as bad, I imagine it's spread across all locations. They seem great and they're nice if things are going well, but who knows what's going on while you're gone and don't expect any empathy from them when your child is being neglected.

We decided to contact them and take a tour. Their classrooms are all separate rooms. There is plenty of toys and learning activities in each classroom. On top of the very high hospitality. Miss Joann is very welcoming. She has over 30 years experience with children. To me that trumped another location that was all brand new and state of the art with the person running it having a masters degree. My little boy has been going now for going on 3 weeks and he absolutely loves it. After the first week there, the following week he was walking in all by himself. If you're in the position to having to find a daycare definitely give these guys a call. I highly recommend them.
