    Chicken Tenders
    Skully M.

Chicken tenders were fresh and the service was good. The chicken tenders could have been seasoned a little better otherwise no complaints.

The counter for pro rig drivers, but they let me sit. Must have seen me pull up in my Avalanche :)

Just a diner at a truck stop... how very Americana. But this diner is pretty darn good (way better than Denny's, IHOP, etc.), with good value behind the cheap prices. I've been here twice now and haven't been disappointed. The first time I had the chicken-fried steak dinner, and it was better than average... crisp, moist, and gravy was good. Came with steamed veggies, side salad, and bowl of soup. All for 9.99. The 2nd time I had their buffet, which was better than Hometown. There was brisket, ham, and very good fried chicken, along with a salad bar and 2 soups. The buffet is 10.49 for AYCE. Finally, have the sweet tea! It's perfectly sweet, and not over. Plenty of parking. And remember that it's located in the TA stop on the western side of Milliken. The wait staff are overly nice. Oh... and open 24 hours! And it even has WiFi (though it's paid, but cheap).

I had the buffet. It was bland, inexpensive food. The waitress was nice. They ran out of dessert - nope, there's no more. Umm, it's a buffet and it's 6:45. $12.99 per person.

My wife and I took the day off from work, ran some errands in the morning and decided to stop by this Eureka location for lunch and we were well received! Jazmine our server was really nice, attentive, and checked in on us before we even had to flag her down. We got there right when it opened and her service was top notch! The ambiance was very chill and laid back-there were not many people when we got there, but before we left the place was getting packed! We had the fried Mac n cheese balls, my wife had the Al pastor fish tacos and I had the Eureka American! Packed with flavor, the two entrees and appetizer were great and complimented each other well. The juicy medium patty that I had was amazing and mouth watering, while my wives tacos were filled with fish, guac, cabbage and a side of their fries! Stop by, and take advantage these offers because if you don't, someone else will

Fish taco: one of the worst things I've ever put in my mouth. It smelled fishy tasted fishy definitely could use some better quality fish in those tacos. One bite is all I could get through and it was tough. I ordered a second shrimp taco but they brought me a fish taco. This is where it goes to service. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was nice but the service was very slow and the person serving us was new so everything we asked about they had to go to the kitchen to ask them. The Caesar salad was really good. The brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing. Maybe the best brussels sprouts I've ever had. The fries which are labeled as signature were just fries. Very basic but still good. Would I come back? Maaaybe

It seemed very busy, but our wait wasn't long for an indoor table on an extremely hot day. They also have a good-sized covered patio with misters, but it was just too hot on our visit. Parking in Claremont is typically on street with an occasional public parking lot, so be prepared to walk sometimes. DRINKS and FOOD: We ordered a couple of the "Queen Mary" bloody marys ($18) which were amazing! Loaded with two strips of bacon, two grilled shrimp, and two giant olives, they were almost a meal themselves. We also ordered the Peruvian Ceviche ($22), a Baqueta sea bass marinated in lime juice, Aji Amarillo peppers, red onions, cilantro, with a "Leche de Tigre" sauce, and tortilla chips...delicioso! Overall, the atmosphere, drinks, and food were very good, but our waitress could have been a little more attentive (silverware, napkins, checking in after the food was served, etc.). Although, the lack-luster service wouldn't prevent me from coming back.

The food is good for the most part which is what keeps us coming back. We ordered the goat cheese balls for appetizer and were very good but too small of a portion. The Peruvian ceviche is what I always order because it doesn't disappoint. The breakfast burrito was OK. Not the best, pretty basic burrito. Wouldn't order again. Overall, cool place to have drinks and small bites.

Our server was gentleman who was kind , prompt an a good server. He told us he was going to be going to lunch/ or leaving , so we decided to close out our tab with him but mentioned we wanted to continue with drinks. He introduced us to our new patio server. This is where the disappointment came. Our new server rarely checked in on us. Within the additional hour of our stay we only ordered one round of beers ( had she come more often we would have ordered more). But the biggest upset was that our table was touched by 3 separate people an no one cleared our table. We sat for over an hour with our hot beers an a completely filthy table. Needless to say we paid for our 2nd tab an our table still remained with our plates from our first tab.
