Don't burn the food I wish I could taste it . Order thru door dash and this is what I got.

I'm not sure why people like this place. I grew up in the IE, I travel a lot now and have had food all over the world. There's really good stuff out there. I visit often and am sad to see the "food" they are pedaling into overpriced troughs for everyone to consume. I pray for your arteries, hometown. The place has about 3 things on the menu, configured in different ways. It feels like some fake prefab manufactured pop-up suburban nightmare of a BBQ joint. Corporate food crap for the masses. I ordered the brisket in a bowl and it was hands down the saltiest, most inedible thing I've ever eaten. I actually couldn't eat it. My mom too. For the first time in literally forever, we had to ask for our money back. To give them credit the employees were kind and didn't grift us. They did disturbingly say "oh yeah, we outsource our brisket it must've been a bad batch." A bad batch? They weren't even surprised. There used to be a place on foothill where a guy smoked his own BBQ in a smoker outside every day. I miss those days. Sigh. If you value flavor and your health, best avoid this place.

Wasn't my first time here, but probably the best time. My food was a 10/10 - cooked perfectly! Zero complaints ! I had the bbq chicken plate with the mixed veggies and garlic mashed potatoes with a side of Mac n cheese. Wanted it all, ate it all, loved it all. Service was great, did take about 20 min to get my food but that's ok, it was worth the wait.

Came in for lunch in the rain and it was a little busy, ordering process was pretty quick, the younger cashier lady was friendly and polite. The lady manager was helpful as well. Ordered steak sandwich and added fries. The sandwich was good but the chimichurri sauce they put on the sandwich was a lot. I'd ask for it on the side. It overpowered the sandwich and will make you smell like garlic lol brush your teeth after lol restaurant was nice, bright and had some TVs to watch sports. Would try again but put any sauces on the side.

I ordered the American burger. It featured grass fed patty, with avocado and bacon. It was trying to be great but can only reach ok. The bacon was hard that became in the way to get to the desired patty which lacked the desired umami. The burger was too tall which in essence really just makes I hard to eat. The sweet potato fries was barely crunchy, the Cesar salad was non representing of the desired taste. The good: chicken empanada. The beef was ok

Came in an hour before closing and the food was already all packed up and sitting on countertops. Drinks already emptied and machines turned off. Staff cleaned up and looked like they were closing in 5 mins instead of an hour. I understand prepping for end of night to get out on time but an hour before seems excessive. Still ordered and only regret as it was all lukewarm leftovers and small portions. Ordered veggie empanada and guava empanada, small size not worth the price and not flavors I enjoyed. Hubby got bbq chicken and sides, took awhile and food was older and dried out. Not a great first impression, not sure yet if I'd return in the day to try again or not.

I'm always underwhelmed after spending $26.76 on a plate. It's ok in a pinch, I guess, if you need something fast and gluten free.

Love this place! I love how easy it is to eat quickly and still be on point with health conscious made friendly foods. The chimichurri sauce is delicious. Today I had the tri-tip plate and my daughter chose empanadas. The biggest problem with this restaurant is that there are so many tasty options to choose from and I can't possibly try them all in just one visit! :)

LOCATION: located on Foothill in the heart of Rancho next to a sushi spot tons of parking and in a big plaza. Easy to find. Our first time here and it was no problem finding. SERVICE: service was great and the cashier and the chef were friendly. The chef giving out to go and pick up orders was very nice! The food took a little while to finish, about 15-20 mins. Tons of seating outside on the patio, but kind of hard to sit outside during the summer. About 6-8 seating tables inside. Restroom is outside and they offer water and metal utensils. FOOD: We ordered the American burger with Mac n cheese and the Thai curry and sweet potato fries. The Thai curry was delicious and a little spicy, but the plates were generous in size and great in flavor. The sweet potato fries were the biggest and thickest fries I have seen! They are generous with portions here! The Mac n cheese was so so and wish it was cheesier and more flavorful. However, the American burger was one of the BEST burgers I've ever had! Tons of flavor bacon avocado grass fed meat, it doesn't get better than that!! Delicious! Unfortunately, none of the burgers sandwiches and plate menu options come with sides so you have to pay. This was a bummer as it cost at least $20 for everything to get meal with a side. Overall, great experience, appreciate the rustic interior, grass fed and healthy ingredients, and fantastic burger that everyone should try!

Pleasantly enjoyed the service & food we received . I think the price was a bit high for my wallet and the portion was skimpy IMO. My plate of salmon , brown rice and Brussels sprouts . Brussels sprouts were delicious, salmon was on the skimpy side and a tad over cooked. I had a few bites of my friend's food, I was quite surprised the Thai curry chicken was flavorful. Another great dish was the grass fed beef w/ chimmichurri sauce . I highly recommend these two dishes. Guava empanadas was a disappointment for us , fillings inside the cream cheese ( some white cheese type) was cold / firm globby dough . Be sure to check out their beer on tap during happy hour , offers daily 2-5 pm ; 50% off. Indoor and outdoor covered patio seatings options.

The Rancho Cucamonga, Bushfire is so delicious. The staff is friendly, the place is a chill vibe. I love the chimichurri steak plate w/the mac and cheese. The bread & dipping sauce is so good. We will definitely be back.

This is becoming our go-to spot for lunch! Treated my friend here for a belated birthday lunch. She ordered the Thai chicken curry bowl, which is also one of my favorites. I went with the peri peri chicken plate with the Brussel sprouts and the sweet potato fries. I was curious to try the fries because I typically don't like sweet potato fries. I want to, but they're usually not cooked well. I had seen on Yelp people raving about them, so I decided to give them a try. These were probably the best sweet potato fries I've EVER had! Nice and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfect flavor and the dipping sauce was incredible! The place was quiet when we got there but it picked up quite a bit while we were there. The staff is friendly and helpful with to-go boxes, etc.

I come here all the time. This is my second time getting the el fuego burger. The Tri tip with the chimichurri is amazing too.

The restaurant and food are definitely giving Hawaii vibes. This is the type of restaurant where you order and pay before they seat you. It took a while to order, but once we were seated our food came out right away. You will more than likely wait in line, but it's worth the wait. They have a lot of staff members that continually check on you at your table. The food is delicious! We both had the loco moco, one with fried rice and one with steamed rice. The fried rice is top tier! We both ordered a side of spam and the Portuguese sausage. Every single thing on our plates was finger licking good, but my favorite thing was my Ube iced coffee. It was delicious and not too sweet which is a huge plus for me. The only downside is that now I want to plan a trip to Hawaii. Lol I highly recommend you go eat at Scramblers Cafe.

Unfortunately, they weren't really my style. The sauce had a tangy flavor that just wasn't for me. If you enjoy a brighter, more acidic profile, you may like it, but I tend to prefer a richer, more traditional flavor. The coffees leaned more toward being lightly sweetened specialty drinks than bold, robust coffee. They tasted more like a dessert or treat than an actual cup of coffee. Again, that's just my preference. I like my coffee strong. As for the pancakes and waffles, they definitely looked great and had that Instagram-worthy presentation. But once you got past the aesthetics and unique menu options, the flavor itself didn't really stand out. Personally, I still enjoy breakfast at places like Denny's, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, or even a good local mom-and-pop diner more. Overall, everything felt... pretty mid. Nothing was bad, but nothing really wowed me either. I also think this comes down to the type of experience you're looking for. Scramblers seems to cater more to a younger, social media-driven crowd. The staff was polite and friendly, but the service felt more scripted than heartfelt. They had pleasant voices and good manners, but I personally value service that feels genuine and naturally welcoming over rehearsed hospitality. At the end of the day, I'm just more of an old-school, traditional breakfast guy. If you're into trendy brunch spots with photogenic dishes and creative drinks, Scramblers might be exactly what you're looking for. It just wasn't quite my cup of coffee. My rating: 6.5/10. Worth trying once to see if it's your style, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return.

The French fries that came with the shrimp basket were perfectly fried and delicious. There was a great balance between crispy and soft. But today I wanted something a little different and found this place. In addition to the big honking pieces of perfectly breaded chicken, they had some delicious red beans and rice on the side as well. The fries were okay--seasoned pretty well and not super thick or thin--and the cornbread was pretty decent as well. But the real draw is that unbelievable chicken. I was a lot disappointed that they didn't have fountain drinks despite having a machine. It doesn't feel like a satisfying meal unless I have access to adequate soda or juice. Part of me believes that more and more restaurants disconnect their fountain drinks to stick it to you with cans and bottles of soda each time you get thirsty while eating. And this pretty much guarantees this will never become a regular spot because it's irritating to be super thirsty but not wanting to haul your ass to the register to purchase another semi-cold van of soda. The service was okay, if a little sparse. My server only checked on me two times--once to drop off the food and to check on me when I looked obviously about to pass out from dehydration. The space is nice too with a lot of booths for my liking. Like some mom-and-pop places there was a lone fly buzzing while I was trying to eat dinner but that could be an aberration. It was also hinky that I was the only customer dining in. I was starting to think the food wouldn't be all that spectacular or mentionable. But I was glad to be mistaken. Maybe if they ever fix the fountain drinks I'd come back. But without that it's just no kosher to be constantly of thirst and have to pay for 3 or 4 cans of soda to satiate it. It's not worth it.
