I am so very disappointed with my experience with this dealership and their service department. They lied to me twice and best I can tell, they are in the business of fleecing their customers. First was that they would get my car diagnosed in 3 days if I could tow it to them - 3 weeks later they are able to finally look at it. Second I was told they would diagnose the vehicle for $180 but call me and tell me it is going to cost me $1200 for them to do the diagnosis needed to tell me what the problem is. I would strongly suggest you go a different direction or go in eyes wide open and expect the worst. read more

if possible, i would rate courtesy buick-gmc below 1 star. i cannot believe how bad my most recent experience(s) have been. the service department or should i say *lack of service department? i have bought my last two gm made vehicles at courtesy and will no longer even consider this dealership as a consideration for my next vechicle. if they cannot service the cars i purchased from them, why the hell would i want to buy more from them ? it used to be if you have a problem you speak with the manager of the specific department and try to work it out. if you try this method with courtesy's service department you will be very sorry as this only creates problems. i would like to know exactly what is so hard about communicating with the customers. letting them know up front if you are really backed up and too busy to help you or at the very least let you if know it will be a week before they can even decide if they will work on your car?? we dropped of a buick encore they kept for a week before a mis-diagnosis...if this wasnt bad enough, we swapped this buick out with another car they kept for most of a month and never called nor made any of the requested repairs nor quoted items requested. i called to find out they did not even look at this truck. they obviously dont need my business! there are too many other places to go before i would ever put up with that bs. read more

I brought my vehicle in for an airbag recall. They took the vehicle and had me sign in. They stated I signed a waiver, saying that if they damaged anything they were not liable. My dash did have one or two cracks, but when I received the car back the dash was just shattered. ( I have taken the dash apart before without it breaking more. So I know this was someone being careless and intentionally causing damage when installing the recall. ) I reached out to the service manager and asked him what was going on with the dash because it was not like that when I brought it in. He stated the dash on my generation vehicle are brittle and they crack. I did let them know that I understood this, but it doesn't mean it should be shattered. He stated that GM knows about the dash breaking in this model generation and that GM must not care. This was recorded on my dash cam. We had to leave and I am still working on getting GM to fix my dash due to the recklessness and intentional damage to the dash. read more

I've never left a review but they earned this one. Purchased a new truck last week of August this year. Noticed a rattle from the engine on the way home from dealership. Went into limp mode a few weeks later. Called the salesman I bought it from and he said to get to courtesy vs my local dealership because they would take care of me. They had the diesel mechanic look at it when I dropped it off and he said it's likely going to need a new engine. It's now been a month and they have yet to put in the shop and diagnose it. Last week I made an attempt to trade into a lower trim truck because I need a truck and this nightmare to be over. Msrp on my truck was $79k. I picked out a $12k cheaper truck and asked the salesman to work up a trade. They wanted me to give them $5k to trade them for a $12k cheaper truck. I called and asked for general manager a few times and apparently he's too busy to return my call. I did hear from some cat name Richard who gave me some bs about how volatile the used truck market is and why they offer me $53k for my two month old truck. I got off phone and got on kbb and saw trade in value was $11k more that they offered me. I then went to my local Chevy dealership and found a truck and worked up a trade and they offered me near kbb trade value up front and I didn't even have to negotiate. They also said they would take a rollback to pick up my truck and bring it to their dealership and do the warranty work and I could leave with the new truck that day. Local Chevy dealership went above and beyond to get me out of this situation and courtesy made no attempt to do the right thing. Worst experience I've version had by far. read more

We called you guys and left a message, and within 10 minutes we were called back by Zac. We explained our delema and he checked and let us know to bring it in. Recently bought a 2024 Canyon AT4X. Within less than a month before car payment even due it is not driveable with no ETA on part expected could be months or longer. They refused to put me in another similar vehicle or do anything to make right the lemon they sold. For the amount of money spent I expected a much higher level of customer service. The service manager lied to me, was rude and condescending. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. read more

Normally, visiting a dealership could be quite an experience. However, visiting online allows you to understand the competitive market in the surrounding area. My wife and I visited this local location before going out of town. After doing a diligent research online, we came to see one particular vehicle at this location. The salesman was very nice and aggressive at the same time. We didn't mind his approach. After a detailed inspection of the vehicle and the review of the carfax, we attempted to do a trade. Our cost to trade was deducted tremendously. We were told that impact related incidents caused the deduction. We decided not to trade and also not to buy. Being a local supporter of the businesses around us is a HUGE thing. We visited this location once more in the same pattern and wanted to see another vehicle. We had no intent to trade. It was an used SUV. Salesman, Mike, noticed me from the last visit and said he would be right with me shortly. Another salesman quickly approached and asked, "how much I wanted to spend a month." I did not respond to his question and I told him I was with Mike. This salesman later came out with keys to the used SUV. After giving a very detailed report about the used SUV with no mention of the carfax and/or any known accidents, he handed me back to Mike. After reviewing the carfax, the vehicle was in a severe front vehicle impact. "Mike" later explained it has already been discounted for $19k with the knowledge of the severe damage. He said the owner hit a DEER, but he mentioned this was all he knew about the accident. He said they had repaired the damages at the dealership. I declined this offer, but the salesman was very persistent. He later came back and said they will take $500 off price. I told him my vehicle was evaluated here and was deducted tremendously. I politely stood up and exited the dealership, while I noticed another person following us out the door (maybe finance person). Mike made a condescending announcement and pointed to my vehicle and said, "Look that's the vehicle he's trying to TRADE!" I drove off in disappointment. Here are the THINGS to consider: 1. The preparedness of your customers and their valuable time 2. Fairness: if your willing to take off more than $2k for a person's traded vehicle value; be FAIR and take off any and all $ value from any severe impact related to sellable vehicles associated with the dealer 3. Transparency 4. Customer Service I am disappointed in this LOCAL dealership provider. read more

I had my 2016 Camaro SS/w2SS repaired here thinking it would be treated with respect. These people put my car back together like it was discontinued. I mean I brought it back 4 times and they kept misaligning everything... the door, bumper, taillights, rocker molding and forgot to put the SS symbol back on!! I mean no skill or attention to detail! Brought in my 2018 Sierra for a transmission shudder on a Tuesday and was also informed I needed new motor mounts. It was my understanding the radiator flush was a known issue and that service was supposed to be no charge. My truck was 800 miles past 60K so I expected the mounts to be taken care of as well but was informed I had to pay 10%. Not happy from the start as both should have been covered, but that's more of a GM issue. That was the last communication I had FROM the service dept. I called Thursday to get a update and was told work may be completed on Friday and they would call either way. No call. Called back Monday first thing and was told work was done and it was awaiting test drive and they would call back shortly, no call. Went down 2 hours later, truck still not test driven and sitting in same spot on lot as it did all weekend, meaning the work had been prior to the weekend as you can't move a truck without motor mounts and the 2 1/2 hour job could not have been done by 9:00 AM that day. Service rep gets the paperwork done (still no test drive by "the boss") I inspect the truck to find my painted lug covers were damaged from an impact wrench, again. Spoke to the service manager and told him that my covers were damaged for the second time. First time was in 2018 for my second free oil change (which they tried to charge me $100 for.) He agreed it was their fault this time (as he did in 2018) and offered to replace them (as he did in 2018.) I let my frustration out a bit and replied "like you said you would the last time and I never received a check?" He replied he did not recall the last time. Then a sentence later said he had no way of knowing if the first set were cracked (I never said the first set were cracked) before I brought it in so he couldn't pay for them. So he did not recall but somehow knew they were cracked. Lied to straight to my face by your service manager. I asked to speak to the general manager, he said ok and turned and went back to his office and I went to the waiting area to wait on the gm. 5 mins pass, the service manager walks by me without an acknowledgement, no surprise. 10 mins later I go to find out when the gm will see me and run into the sales manager, who informed me the gm was not in the office that day was very polite and seemed to listen to my concerns and said the gm would contact me. That was a week ago, nothing. While the work seems competent, the customer service is about as poor as it gets. read more

I provided the VIN and payoff of my trade-in and waited. While waiting, I obtained the value of the vehicle from Carfax. When I was contacted by the sales person, the trade-in value offered was almost $1000 less than the Carfax value. That ended any conversation with the company. read more

This Dealership and Ross Bagette there Used Car Manager is not trustworthy. Provided me with False information about a truck I bought. Failed to disclose that truck had major repairs at time of purchase even when asked. I was only made aware of these repairs while at another dealership having service work done. Ross presented truck as "Certified Preowned"..... Certified by them??? Local dealer is refusing to service truck states i need to go back to Courtesy GMC to have problem fixed. they are 2.5 hour drive one way and i do not trust them due to their non transparent business practices. Do not Trust this dealership. They have not been willing to help resolve my discord with them and basically have told me better luck next time! read more

We did not buy our Buick Enclave at this dealership but have been there twice for repairs. Both times we have had trouble getting someone to call us back and had an unsatisfactory experience. We only went back the second time because the first "fix" created another related problem although they claim that this is not true and charged us an additional $600. We do not believe that we were treated with honesty and respect. The attitude of one particular employee seemed to be one of glee instead of sympathy that our vehicle wasn't working. We would not recommend using this dealership for service or repairs. read more
