Yes, when you walk in around lunch time that deli counter will be swamped, but I encourage you to grab a number and know that these employees are efficient so you won't be waiting that long. I ordered the ham sandwich and my friend ordered the salami sandwich. We both added a raspberry paczki. The sandwiches were served on a fresh hard roll and were generously topped. I thought they were a great value for $5.75. I'd like to go back again and shop for Polish food items and soups from their freezer, as well as some of the other items in the store.
