In addition, they could meet the assigned deadline. We were placed on the schedule for February 10th. My prayers were there would be no rain until February 14th or 15th. We almost made it, however the rain came pouring down on the 10th and 11th. Thursday, February 12th dawned full of sunshine and the tear out commenced. Additional work was uncovered which unfortunately, yet understandably increased the price. Work continued, the city inspector, approved, and the tiles were installed. As the weekend approached so did an impending storm. The team returned Saturday, February 14th which meant they were with us and not their Valentines. Thank you!! You can tell he takes great pride in his job and loves having a relationship with his customers. Of all the many quotes we got, Tommy's was truly the cheapest and you could also tell that he is passionate about the project, not just trying to sell you things you won't need. Our project got started behind schedule, but that was due to the solar panel company we had to work with (unrelated) and Tommy's crew being in high demand. The work crew finished within the estimated 5-7 days we were quoted and cleaned up each day before they went home.
