For my Audi Q7 2022, the brake discs (even with their coating) started rusting after just 2 months. The brake pads are very poor quality -- braking performance is extremely weak and slow, which feels unsafe. I found Houston on Facebook Marketplace. I did not know he was affiliated with Cquence until he dropped off the rotors. Houston helped me sort out the specific rotors for my BMW 435i with M Performance Brakes. BMW used so many rotors with different specs. So, finding the right one was difficult. The information I got online were also confusing. Houston knew what he was talking about. He got the rotors dimpled and slotted (exact same design as the OEM BMW performance rotors). I was a bit skeptical at first. But when I got them installed, the fit perfectly. There were no issues or hassles at all. The price was about a third of the OEM part. Cquence is highly recommended. Bought rotors and pads for my 2014 Honda Ridgeline. The original rotors were warped. The first time I drove it, it sounded and felt like metal on metal. The entire surface of the new steel rotors peeled off. In my opinion, the rotors were not heat treated properly. I needed my truck, so I went to Auto Zone and bought a new pair, and reused my old pads. Cquence would not take their rotors and pads back. I'm just tossing them in to the garbage. I have an Infiniti QX80 that was having a strange problem with the (factory) brakes. (I believe they were over heating... which I never have seen with disc brakes before.) Cquence was very helpful in the online chat. The advisor was knowledgeable and quick to respond. I ended up buying the Posi quiet, semi-metallic pads. I now have about 1,000 miles on the pads and they are working great. No noise. So far, I like the pads and would buy them again. I recommend posi-quiet from Cquence. The order took a little longer to receive than expected. They told me they would get the order shipped same day (I called in the morning on Thursday), but it didn't get shipped until Friday. If they did ship on Thursday, I would have received it on Friday and planned to do the brakes over the weekend. But they didn't come until the following week, screwing-up my plans. I ordered Drilled & Slotted Front Rotors and Oem for the Rear. These Rotors are not "drilled", they are just little craters, drilled is supposed to go completely through the rotor. Also all the rotors I ordered had the black coat which I wanted. Installed them,drove about 4 miles to work,stopped at stop sign and lights,saw black coating was gone. Ripoff. read more

I purchased some rotors from Cquence for my 2011 F150 after reading good reviews about the company. I selected the 1-day shipping option (for an additional $36) because I needed them soon. The day after I placed the order I was contacted by someone from the company and he stated that since they were HQ'd in Southern California that the 1-day shipping was pretty much unnecessary since I lived somewhat nearby. He then said they could refund the $36 and I could utilize the free shipping and the package would arrive within the timeline I needed. And it did. I recently purchased a set of rotors and brake pads for a 2008 MB E350. They held my order up to confirm these were the right rotors for the vehicle. They even asked me to call the vin# in to the dealership to make sure they sent the right part. Not only were they the wrong rotors the brake pads were completely wrong not even close to the pads need for my vehicle. I have tried to speak with them about a refund and I'm starting to get the run around. Be very careful about dealing with Cquence Brakes. Sometimes a good deal is a big headache and a ripoff! I ordered a set of drilled and slotted rotors, front and rear, for my 2007 BMW 530I. Shortly after having new brake pads installed and the new rotors mounted, I began experiencing oscillation and vibration of my steering wheel each time I applied the brakes.This continued to get worse at each brake application. I suspected that the front rotors were warped. I contacted Cquence, and explained my situation. Cquence wanted me to send them a service report to confirm that the rotors were warped. I sent them a report form Firestone which confirmed that the rotors were warped. Cquence shipped me a new set of front rotors, once I agreed to pay for shipping only. Once the rotors arrived, I had them mounted. Surprisingly, the same oscillation event occurred with the replacement set of rotors. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Cquence's and their product claims. I have sense replaced my front rotors with an inexpensive set from Auto Zone rotors (which are not drilled or slotted) and I have not experienced any oscillation or vibration of my steering wheel. I encourage you to shop elsewhere. read more
