My business partner and I had an outstanding lunch at Crepe Expectations, and this place truly lives up to its name. We both ordered The Rosarito ($11.00 insane value), and it was truly exceptional. The crepe was filled with flavorful fresh ground chorizo, fluffy scrambled eggs, rich guacamole, and melted jack cheese. It was perfectly balanced! I would say it was savory, slightly spicy, and incredibly satisfying with that beautiful golden, crispy exterior and soft interior. It came with a choice of soup or salad, and we went with the soup which was a warm, hearty, and well-seasoned broth that complemented the crepe perfectly. We also had the chance to try The Sonora as a second dish to share. It featured tender carne asada steak, roasted tomato salsa, fresh guacamole, and jack cheese wrapped in the same delicious crepe. The steak was juicy and well-seasoned, the salsa added a bright, smoky kick, and together it created a bold, Mexican-inspired flavor profile that was just as impressive as the Rosarito. What made the experience even better was the incredible service. Our server, Lili, was absolutely phenomenal . She had amazing customer service skills and she anticipated our every need with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a smile that made us feel completely cared for. We also got to meet Elizabeth, our talented crêpe creator, who clearly pours passion and skill into every dish. Jenn and her husband have built something truly special here. The quality of the ingredients, the thoughtful flavors, and the welcoming atmosphere make Crepe Expectations stand out. We will absolutely be coming back (probably tomorrow) and are already recommending it enthusiastically to all our friends and family. Ate here on 1/22/26, we were there about 11am after a long flight. Brunch and crepe's sounded amazing to my 14yo and myself.... This place doesn't disappoint! They even had a GF option! I went with the green chili and was thrilled that it was so good!!! You can tell the green chili was homemade by someone who REALLY knows how to make it!!! So good!!! And btw great house coffee!!! Crepe Expectations is that comfort food place. You walk in and someone is there to greet you with a smile. You order your food first and then find a table to sit at. They will bring you your order. They have both inside and outside sitting. I enjoy sitting inside with the warm months and they have a cozy radio station. But the crepes... I have had many over the years and by far, my favorites are the chicken chili verde and the monkey. For the dessert ones I ask for light powdered sugar, but the regular amount is one perfect amount for a traditional crepe. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Food: chicken chili verde crepe (no cheese), the perfect combination crepe. The chicken had a lot of moist chicken breast and the sauce wasn't too spicy. The servings were very large. Because of the flavor profile, I don't see us eating this regularly. The combination had just strawberries and chocolate sauce. It was too sweet for me. This restaurant makes the best crepes! My friend recommended it years ago because of DDD on Food Network. I stopped in recently and my meal was affordable, fresh, and made with love. The entire staff and owner are good people who really enjoy what they do. The berries on my crepe tasted bright and refreshing, plus the crepe was warm with a dollop of whipped cream that blended everything together perfectly! The restaurant is clean and has numerous seating options, including indoor and outdoor. I enjoyed my meal on a comfy high top against the wall, and when I needed a small box for my leftovers, I was tended to right away. I had a lovely experience here for my birthday. We were a group of 5 and sat on the nice, outdoor (dog-friendly) patio to dine. We ordered a bottle of champagne and the owner, Lou brought it out to us. He was really fun and nice and the personal touch was appreciated! Everyone really enjoyed their crepes and everyone ordered a different savory one. Being my birthday I decided I was gonna have a sweet crepe and I rarely eat sweet stuff for breakfast, but this was a celebration so rules were off the table! I ordered the THE LEMON BERRY DREAM inside is Fresh Mixed Berries and Lemon Cheesecake Filling, it was heavenly and huge!! I'm used to crepes being a small rolled entity these fill the entire plate and it was only $10!! I passes it around for others to try and everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. The lemon cheesecake filling was delicious and the berries were fresh and so beautiful. The homemade whipped cream served on the side is next level!! Also on the patio they have a self-serve station with cucumber water or lemon water. It such a nice treat and so appreciated! Saw this place on Triple D. The crepes are absolutely delicious and wonderful. Great variety and there is something for everybody. I saw the William Tell be8ng made on the show. It is better in person. My wife got The Sonora, made with some of the best carne asada I have tasted. We usually drive straight to our hotel when we come to town. From now on, we detour here for breakfast/lunch and then drive to our hotel. Met the owner and he is friendly and personable. All the staff are friendly. read more

They have great prices here - still! I've been coming here for years and their portion sizes continue to be big. They really appreciate their customers as their entire staff from start to finish are very kind and also check to make sure everything is good. As a party of two, we did one egg filled crepe and one berries crepe so we could enjoy both. The Marco Polo had a lot of sausage in it - no shortage of ingredients! It wasn't overly cheese stuffed which works GREAT for me. It comes with a side - we chose bananas. The Berries Delight crepe is filled with strawberries, blueberries, and we got the blackberries on the side because one out of two like them! I saw another crepe that had lemon custard and at the time of ordering, I was told I could add the lemon custard. It was delicious. The whipped cream is fresh. The moment my friend and I stepped into the restaurant we felt very welcomed. The restaurant is very large with lots of seating inside and outside on the patio. It was a lovely day so we chose to sit outside. They even have heaters. We ordered three crepes as well as some hot tea and an iced coffee. We got the Big Lou's BBQ, The Rosarito and The Go Bananas Foster for dessert. All of the food was amazing. The Big Lou's BBQ came with a delicious slaw and I was very happy I chose that one. The Go Bananas Foster melted in your mouth. We enjoyed every minute of our brunch. The owner even stopped by our table and checked on us and chatted for a bit. Very nice man. Came here for the first time for lunch on a Saturday and it was super easy to order. I ordered the Sonora and was given a number to place on the table I chose to eat at. The sonora had great flavor, but the carne asada was a tad bit overcooked. I was able to still enjoy my meal, but I think it would have been much better with steak that was not as dry. This place has been in my Yelp bookmarks for so long I feel like it's been there for a decade and I finally had the opportunity to eat here and it was well worth the long wait. We ordered The Grand Turk, The Rueben, and The Frisco (to have something sweet too). All 3 were very tasty and highly recommended. The Frisco has the right amount of lemon custard creme and I lavished in the whipped cream it came with and ate all of it even though we already consumed The Frisco. I can't complain about the food at all! It was so good, and the servings were generous. The price is right as well. I only wish we had the chance to finish our food before it was picked up and thrown out. The chicken chile verde is my favorite savory and the sweet berry is a classic sweet - but everything is delish! The crepes are large and very filling. The cashier was very friendly. I ordered two crepes. Chicken Chile Verde, and The Sonora. The crepes were okay. I got them to go, and by the time I got them home 10 minutes later, they were both mushy heaps in the corner of the to-go boxes. When you do carry out, it's to be expected for food to shift around. My gripe is the handful of seasoned, oiled lettuce that you are given on the side which is considered a "salad". There are absolutely no vegetables in it. No tomatoes, no cucumbers, nothing. Just cumin lettuce. Meh! The second gripe is, that it is primarily a Breakfast/Brunch spot with sweet and savory crepe options with coffee, tea etc. There are no types of potatoes offered as a side. Why not? It would be nice if they had hash browns on the menu to go with the crepes or some other sides besides coleslaw or soup. Just a bit lackluster and mediocre to me. Yummy. We love crepes and were excited to try the "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" recommendation while visiting Vegas to see NASCAR. Lou (the owner) and his crew did not disappoint.
