I wasn't sure what to expect, but after our first meeting, I knew we were in great hands. Autumn took the time to visit both our old and new spaces, and instantly understood my vision. She asked the right questions, offered helpful suggestions, and truly made the process seamless. Communication was easy -- she was always responsive and accessible, which is a rarity in LA. On install day, her team arrived early (yes, early -- in LA!), and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The decals look incredible and completely transformed our space. Do NOT whatever you do, buy from this fraudulent company. Company "President" Carmen Rad is a skilled con artist and experienced a typical bait and switch. I was originally quoted $150 for my sign, which she later 4x'd the price right before my event where I had no choice but to go with her and then switched out the materials without my confirmation. I spent $750+ for a sign and shipping (which she refused to send receipts for bc she ripped me off w shipping as well) to receive a damaged, cardboard sign that came unassembled, bent, missing moss in many parts and after I spent hours fixing it so I could still use for my event, it was made of such POOR quality that after a few hours it fell over 5+ time and now is completely unusable with lettering falling off, moss and is completely scratched bc she used cardboard instead of hard plastic I thought she was using. Carmen promised a sign that would last many years, switched out materials without my consent and what was delivered was not what I ordered. No gold foil, flimsy and made of something that would have cost me $30 from Home Depot and cannot use again. It has been incredibly stressful communicating with customer service - what you would expect from a con artist. Do not trust this company! read more

This place is great when you need anything big printed. The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable. They turned around my banners really fast and the price was great. They were doing one of those cool vehicle wrap things when I was there. They've got these huge digital printing machines and a machine that can print directly on to boards. The guy said they could even print directly on things like ceiling tiles and doors! They helped me out with the graphic design work at barely any cost and my stuff turned out awesome. read more

I found this company through a business associate that highly recommended Carmen Rad at CR&A Custom, Inc. I emailed her requesting a custom banner for my photo booth company's LA business. She was extremely prompt in replying back to me and assessing what my needs were. She assigned Fernando to work with me and he was great! He suggested ways to connect the sign to my photo booth canopy that I did not think of. They sewed velcro to the canopy and then created a perfect sign to attach to it! I ordered another sign and sewing job for our second photo booth. The sewing and sign creation was complete in just a few days. Also, the price was perfect.
