In a day and age where GOOD Customer Service is nearly non-existent, Chris from CR Glass really stepped up to the plate. I had a cracked mirrored closet door that was in need of repair. CR Glass is literally around the corner from my own office so I drove by. No one was there so I called the number on their front office door. Not only were they the least expensive quote I received (out of five places total), but they offered the quickest turnaround, as well. So the next day, I took my door to them to be repaired. I went to pick up the door after the repair and Chris loaded it into my truck for me. I paid the bill and took it immediately home to install the door. Unfortunately, I forgot to inspect the glass thoroughly before leaving. After installation, I noticed a small chip/crack on the lower right edge of the mirror. I was anticipating the worst, having dealt with poor customer service practices frequently. To my surprise, Chris agreed to fix it for me... For NO EXTRA CHARGE! Being it was such a small chip, he was going to try and sand out the chip. I agreed. Well, upon the process of sanding, apparently the glass broke altogether. Therefore, a whole new, separate piece of glass had to be used. Here was where I was going to "get it," I thought... But "it" never came. I thought he would charge me additionally for the new glass, but he DID NOT! Even though it was costing him $$ at this point to fix my mirror, he did not charge me a single extra penny! He said he would rather have a happy, repeat customer than the amount of money he lost, while doing this repair. Was looking for a type of hinge that had broken on my shower door. Turns out they are no longer manufactured, but Chris had salvaged some off shower doors he had replaced in the past. They were at his home and he had his wife locate them and he sent an employee to pick them up. Chris even installed them on the door I had brought with me. This was a simple, inexpensive, didn't make him a lot of money kind of job, but he gave me great customer service (plus he was the only company with the part). These guys go out of their way to help. I had them install a large piece of tempered glass 6 by 10 feet at my salon this past weekend and they did it to the perfection. He actually had to go to a different distributer and pay more out of pocket since i needed the top rounded which couldn't be done the same day if he would not have done that.
