When we arrived it seemed a bit chaotic. Got our name on the waitlist took about less than 10 minutes. Jasper was our waiter he explained everything and showed us how the AYCE worked. We love the price. They had four tvs playing different shows; 2 were cartoons for the kids and the other two were more for the adults ( no sound from the tvs but they had music playing overhead). A little disappointed on the size of the crawfish. They were mini size maybe an inch or two big, sausages were delicious, crab was difficult to get what little meat there was out, no complaints on the shrimp (they were pretty good). The calamari had a kick but the aïoli that came with it so much better. Overall the food was good. There was a bit of a wait to get our second round, there was a very large party. We will definitely be coming back.

Came here on Friday night with my family and we enjoyed! We thought we were going to able to do 2 bags of ayce but the first bag was so big and full of the goods that we got full fast. I like the layout of the place and the tvs were showing the World Cup which was nice. Definitely will be coming back!

Visited for lunch and our server was christina. We decided to do the castaway combo set, oysters, lemon pepper fries, and cajun pasta shrimp. For a group of 3, the castaway combo set was a good choice. It had a little bit of everything even crab and lobster tail! The pasta was a yummy creamy cajun sauce. Food came out quick. Our server checked up on us often which was great incase we needed anything :) Plaza has lots of parking too

Craving for Cajun and found this spot, near by and served by the nicest owner and gorgeous hostess. We chose pirate combo and it does it disappoints. Wife also pick oyster since it was on sale half off. Over all food is great, their base sauce is good and flavorful. Give them a try. We will be back to try again. Didn't I say the hostess are gorgeous?

Great deal with the all you can eat option! The service was spectacular. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Even the owner came to our table to thank us for coming in. Shout out to Quincy for taking care of us! We had the all you can eat. We got fried Green beans, snow crab, muscles, crayfish, shrimp, Quail eggs, corn, and rice. I enjoyed the shrimp and muscles as they tasted fresh. My partner liked the shrimp and crabs the most. We both agreed that crawfish didn't taste fresh due to its texture, so it probably came from frozen. We got the All In flavor in medium heat which had everything. I thought it landed slightly on the sweet side, but was perfect once I added the provided lemon to it. Tip: it does take about 15 to 20 minutes for the seafood to come out. So order it first. The ambiance is fun, sporty, and clean. Lots of TVs to watch various games. And beautiful artwork on the walls. Crab N Spice is definitely our favorite for Cajun seafood in the valley. It's cheaper, tastes great, had superb service, and for now, there is no wait.

They recently opened a Crab and Spice on Devonshire and it's amazing. The servers were super patient and friendly. The lady who took out order took the time to explain everything to us which was helpful. The food tasted fresh and was delicious. One mention however were the lemon pepper fries - it tasted like there was cinnamon on them; those were weird tasting. Inside the restaurant, everything was organized and clean. They were very thorough. A dad took his son to the restroom and they cleaned the table thinking that he left. That's thorough; Dad wasn't too happy but.... LOL. We will be back.

It's Friday night and my fiancé and I were craving some crawfish. We didn't want to wait 2+hrs and we found this new spot on Yelp. We walked in, we were greeted by a worker at the front of the store introducing us to the menu. We checked out the menu and decided to give the place a try. We were seated and our server was Quincy. Quincy was pretty spot on with the service, we were pleased and happy. Now the food, we ordered the Cajun fries, 1lb of crawfish, 1lb of shrimp, potato and corn. The food was delish! We were pretty happy and satisfied of how juicy the seafood was. M We were greeted by Vangie and the head cook. Asked us how things went, etc. there's also a ton of parking which is a plus and the woman's bathroom was also cleaned. We are definitely coming back! :)

We were excited to try Crab N Spice, we loved Boiling Crab. It's still new so there were some minor things that we noticed. So excited they have a kids menu, my kids like seafood but not enough to eat only shrimp. My oldest got popcorn chicken and fries, loved the fries but said the chicken was a little dry. Youngest got the kids wings and fries, liked it but wished they had drenched wings instead of only dry rubs. Husband and I got CNS combo with shrimp, perfect way to try a little of everything. The spices were really good, just wished they had better utensils to get the crab. We were there for early dinner, so it was surprising they were already out of garlic noodles.

I recently tried this place and it was an okay experience. My sister and I did the AYCE. it takes about 20 mins for the food come out. We ended up doing two rounds of seafood boil. Snow crab legs are only one order the first time around then additional cost. but you can do shrimp, crawfish, and mussels unlimited unless u wanted it peeled then it cost additional too. The fried green beans were really good but skip the Cajun fries! It was soggy and didn't taste good at all. The first round of seafood boil the flavor was pretty good but when we ordered the second round w the same sauce it came out with barely any sauce and was flavorless. The inconsistency made me disappointed.

    Whitney S.

I think it's a west coast thing but in New Orleans - the boil is where you season your food. I don't like sauce and I don't want to have to peel through sauce to get to my crawfish. I did ask if they seasoned the water and they said yes but there was no way. I ordered crawfish and some sides. Because there was no flavor, I couldn't even eat it. This could be improved if they offered a sauce less option. I just don't need a gallon of butter to be the reason my food has flavor. The stars are for the mural! Good choice!

I give this place 2.5/ 5. I know this place is new and lots of potential to be better and adjustments. We ordered the all you can eat as they also do ala cart option. You are allowed to order 1 crab legs per person only as part of the all you can eat package. Anything after that one freebie of the crab legs, you are charged. The shrimp, black mussels, fries, crawfish are unlimited. As they were all combined to cooked, for some reason the seasoning did not hit the spot. The spice level kicked in but the seasoning was missing something. Black mussels were grainy. You can tell it was frozen as majority that was served had their shells broken in half or into pieces or some are empty and the seasoning didn't penetrate enough and it was grainy, gaimy taste, I give it 1.5/ 5. I will take green mussels instead. Next was the Shrimp quality was good but the taste was not there either 2.5/ 5 Next crab legs. I can usually snap the crab legs easily with my hands but this was be was tougher and again the seasoning did not penetrate. 2.5/5. Next was cajun fries, it was ok, over seasoned black pepper? 3/5 Hospitality was 5/5 very welcoming staff and helpful. Inside has tables and consistently being cleaned. Very impressive. They need to revisit the amount of seasoning they put into this as it is not there. You guys need to check how your competition (Kickin Asian)cook and season their food if you wanna keep up and attract diners otherwise this business will go tank down pretty quickly. Bathroom was clean, Parking was not an issue. Lots of open spaces. Overall, it was "ok" experience, lots of room for improvement.

My husband has been going to La fitness gym on Devonshire for years. He notice this restaurant and wanted to try it. We arrived at 9:28 they informed us that the kitchen was closed. What a way to treat new customers

The only sad food I got tossed my way all night at this place could you even call this an order of fries ?

Wow what a huge disappointment in service I'm just going to list every single mistake this restaurant made tonight 1: No drinks out of Pepsi sprite lemonade Thai tea juice pineapple and apple I'm supposed they even had water witch is what I ended up ordering (water is from the tap) 2: 3 or of 9 orders never got placed How can you waddle around the table take everyone's order and still miss a third of the food ? Fries did not even come out cooked and honestly felt like a half serving of fries 3: I ended up asking for 1 out of the 3 orders to be to go and the waitress still forgets to place the order ‍ How do you forget again ? Where is your manager? We don't have one of duty right now 4: Charged me for items I never received not ordered and then had the audacity to charge me an 18% tip gtfo The boil itself isn't bad I had some from my sis in law Please do your self a favor as avoid this place at all cost maybe because they are a new restaurant they don't have their logistics sorted out but they definitely ruined a a special occasion on my nieces graduation thanks a lot

The complimentary bread was soft, warm, and incredibly fresh and the perfect start to the meal. The calamari was fried to perfection and was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. We also ordered the seafood tower, which was outstanding. One of the highlights was the selection of oysters, and Catherine did an amazing job helping us choose the best variety. Her knowledge and recommendations made a huge difference and elevated the entire experience. The seafood tower also came with three delicious ceviches, each fresh, flavorful, and uniquely prepared. The mussels were another standout dish, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. To top it all off, the Lure Blonde on draft was excellent and paired wonderfully with the seafood. As amazing as the food was, the real reason I'm taking the time to write this review is Catherine. I don't normally leave Yelp reviews, in fact, this is my very first one but her service was so exceptional that I felt compelled to go out of my way and recognize her. Catherine was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about every item on the menu, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. She anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire meal. It's rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, personality, and hospitality so effortlessly. Great food gets people through the door, but exceptional service keeps them coming back. Catherine delivered exactly that. Lure is fortunate to have her, and we'll absolutely be returning because of the experience she helped create.

We lucked out and got the last booth before the dinner rush. The place looked exactly like it did last time we came. Staff was still friendly. They don't accept cash, only cards/tap to pay. Their menu looked different. Wish I had taken a photo. You have an option to build your own boil by choosing your protein, sauce, spice level and add in's. They still don't allow you to mix garlic butter and lemon pepper sauces. You're forced to get the Kickin mix which includes Cajun even if you're not a fan of that flavor. They also have a kids menu with 2 choices, appetizers and family combos. Always intimidating ordering from a menu that doesn't disclose the pricing up front. That's the weirdest thing. Even restaurants in Beverly Hills have pricing on their menus. We got the family feast which feeds up to 4 people and had a combo of crab, mussels, shrimp, sausage, rice, potato and corn which was about $107. (Side note, they charge 50 cents for a pair of gloves and they do not provide you with a little towelette to wipe before or after your meal) This I have to admit was a pretty good deal considering it's a good amount of seafood. They serve it to you in a large metal bowl. We asked for mild since we had toddlers, but because of the Cajun in the sauce (that they force you to get if you want garlic butter and lemon pepper flavor) it was more of a medium, and the kids could not tolerate the heat. Which wasn't a bad thing since that meant more for us grown ups. Ordered them a side of truffle fries which was not too bad actually. We also ordered some of their specialty drinks which come in huge cups. We tried asking for two small empty cups so the kids could share our drinks, but they refused to provide that to us. According to the waiter, it's the restaurant policy that they can only provide water cups, but we have to figure out what to do with the water inside. (Insert face palm emoji) Also they do not provide buckets for your shells so we weren't sure what to do with all that water but drink it. The cups are thin paper cups to pair perfectly with those gross paper straws. By the time we finished the water the cups were pretty mushy already. Needless to say we couldn't finish all our food so we asked for it to go, reluctantly as we hoped they weren't going to try and charge us for those to go bags as well. Pro's: they brought the food out quickly. The food tasted freshly cooked. Con's: don't know where to begin. Parking lot sucks since it's shared with multiple other businesses. There is no place for you to sit and wait outside the restaurant. You'll need to stand outside by the parking lot and pray you don't get side swiped by some crazy driver. Menu has hidden pricing. They charge 50 cents for gloves and do not provide wipes for after your meal. They don't provide a bucket/container to place your seafood shells so it gets mixed in with your other food on the table. Can't even ask for an empty cup for kids. They don't let you customize your sauces your way. Sad to say after all this time my review for this place is still a solid 2 stars.

That side is named Kusina Ni Kuya and has a vast catering menu. I came here for a carry out from the Cajun side and picked as I did before, the half pound shrimp. The only difference is this time, I opted for the peeled version. This was prepared in the house Kuya sauce, medium spicy, with an extra of boiled okra. The dish did not disappoint and was consistent in texture and flavor, and a glorious mixture of spices as before. This entrée has a lot of oil added to it, but that is what brings out this burst of taste and satisfaction. Everything was soaked with the thick sauce. This time what I did at home was, I boiled a few golden premium small potatoes with skin, sliced them into quarters and added it to the mix. Once it soaked up the gravy of the shrimp dish, the potatoes ascended to a totally different level. So how does the peeled version compare to the whole shrimp version? I would say that the whole shrimp selection is the way to go. The meat is not overcooked and you get the flavor off the shrimp shells too, that kicks it up more than a notch. In addition, the fact that you have to use your fingers to get to the shrimp meat (though messy), heightens the pleasure of the dining experience.
