I want to start by saying Susie is amazing and I give her and her service 5 stars but everything else was underwhelming. The food would come out slow and they even forgot one of my items one time. Most of the girls working would send out one girl (our server Susie) to do ALL of the work. And she would do so with a smile on her face. She would go above and beyond for us but the same cannot be said about the other employees. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was pretty cute as well. My family and I recently visited Crab N Spice and decided to try their All-You-Can-Eat special at $40 per person. There were five of us in our group, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. For our first round, our entire table received only 1 lb of shrimp, 1 lb of crawfish, and 1 lb of mussels to share among five people. We placed a second round of orders right away, including snow crab legs, but after waiting more than 20 minutes, nothing arrived. By that point, we had already lost our appetite from the long wait. One of the worst feelings when dining out is being hungry while waiting for food that never comes. It's especially frustrating when you've paid for an all-you-can-eat option and never receive the items you ordered. We never got the snow crab legs, and we never received our second round of food. I don't blame our server, as they appeared to be doing their best. The issue seems to be with the restaurant's overall system and operations. Looking around the dining room, it appeared that many other tables were also waiting a long time for their orders. We always try to support new and local restaurants, and we truly wanted to have a positive experience here. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I believe this will be our first and last time dining at Crab N Spice. I hope management can address these issues because the concept has potential, but the current execution left us disappointed. read more

I usually love seafood boil but this place was not it im surprised by the reviews we ordered a pound of shrimp with some add ons and the recommended Cajun sauce and it was so flavorless. Doesn't taste like garlic doesn't even taste like salt there is just no flavor. The Cajun fries are overly seasoned and still somehow were flavorless too. When a server finally came to our table, we asked what kinds of drinks they had, and they didn't seem to know the menu very well or couldn't answer our questions. We forgot to take pictures of our food because we were hungry, but we did the all you can eat. For starters, we got the lemon pepper fries, onion rings and regular fries. The fries were very crispy. We also got the mild crab and spice as our sauce for the shrimp, snow crab legs, and crawfish along with the sausage and potatoes. The food was really good and fresh. Zero Star Service. I came here with my family to celebrate a new promotion i just got! Only to be hella disappointed at the quality and service i received. First of all the manager is so weird. I was at my table with all my girls (under age btw) and the whole time he kept staring at my girls. Second when we received our shrimp it felt like it was still raw. And i told the girl and she brought me back the exact same bag not even cooked more. It wasnt even changed. Because one of the shrimps still had a bite in it that i couldnt finish because it was RAW! Im not trying to get food poisoned! Not only that but they have the AC blasting at about -18 degrees. I ordered extra butter in my bag and i swear 15 minutes or less being there and ALL MY FOOD WAS ICE COLD! Butter was solid i couldnt even dip a damn shrimp in there. i even told the waitress and it seems like they turned down the temperature even more. Idk if the manager taught these employees that customers dont matter but its sure obvious that customer service is NOT their first priority. Never coming here again. We went to this new location opened recently for Father's Day lunch. Wait was about 10 minutes to be seated and our server was a young man who explained the menu to us being our first time. We selected all you can eat option. Food started coming to the table out much delay and was excellent. There was a miscommunication with the server regarding all you can eat option. The menu indicated the is person but the server said we can share one but charged for two. They don't serve alcohol as yet. The issue we experienced was the temperature. It was very cold and couple of customers went back to their cars to get jackets. Unfortunately we didn't have any. The other issue is lack of a wash basin. Since lot of customers use hands to enjoy the good food they have lineup to the single stall restroom. Suggest taking a jacket and wet towels. In all fairness must mention that they do provide plastic gloves & bibs. All considered it's a great place for seafood. read more
