We were here last year and the scallops were wonderfu! We came back this year and they no longer have scallops. My fried shrimp were very good, but my husband's seafood wrap was just ok. Our waitress was friendly but had too many tables to wait on. She told us the onion rings were homemade, but that wasn't true. They charged extra for them and they were just from a bag frozen. Had a few drinks, ordered lunch, bought some tee shirts & hat in the souvenir shop and then were asked to leave even though we just ordered another round of drinks. Asked why & our server just shrugged her shoulder. Asked to see the manager or owner. The owner came over & told us to leave because they wanted to turn the table even though we had spent close to $200 on lunch & drinks plus another $100 or so in the gift shop. All she was concerned about was burning through customers & not anything else. The food was adequate at best. Will never go back there again. Worst experience we ever had at a restaurant. Needless to say we returned the cheap over priced crap from the gift shop. Stay away if you want to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner. All the owner wants is your money. My family's favorite spot to get seafood when we visit Marco! We tried the scallops, shrimp, shrimp salad, fries, calamari, and the crab dip appetizer and loved all of it. We went when there was live music. Someone brought their dog and asked if she could walk around, so that was a nice surprise too! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. And the pies are AMAZING! Love the peanut butter one. My parents never liked key lime pie until coming here, now theyre obsessed! We went for both lunch & dinner, and definitely like lunch more (cheaper, and the portion was just what we wanted) but the salad, rolls, and veggies for the dinner meals were good! read more

Not sure why we haven't been here before, but had family in town and wanted to "eat local." Drove over for lunch and loved the food, the service was great, my daughter loves Stone Crab and said these were the best she'd had! Grouper and Mahi were delicious. We had the Baked Crabby Lady Dinner. It was excellent. It is the catch of the day baker and served with 2 crab balls in a yummy sauce; with salad and dinner roll. My husband and I split the dinner, because we always do. It was more than enough for both of us. The restaurant is basically outdoor seating along the water. We usually go to "The Little Bar" at Goodland, but they were crazy busy. Next time we are at Goodland, we'll go to Crabby Lady instead!!! Highly recommend. read more

Awesome food, super nice server, great dock front location. We had seafood bisque based on the reviews and it was perfect! Not too sweet, not too thick, but flavorful and delicious. For entrees we had Trigger fish with crab meat and a fantastic Oscar-style sauce, and grilled shrimp dinner, both with perfectly cooked squash and zucchini. Even the bread was incredible. The salads were a bit basic, but the blue cheese dressing was excellent. The drinks were well made and very tasty. Comfortable chairs and good fans. A+ and truly best dinner we had at Marco Island. So if you're going to come monitor the hours. The environment seem nice, but I'm very disappointed if the kitchen is going to close at any time after you sit down within a relatively close. I own a Shelling Tour company here in Goodland and I refer all my clients here and everyone always raves about the food. It's a Salty Fun place that is totally casual and authentic wild Florida. My $14 Shrimp Pasta Salad had 2 tiny tiny shrimp laid on top of one cup of pasta in an Italian-like dressing, ONE grape tomato, 2 cucumber slices, 1/2 of a red onion slice and TON of chopped romaine lettuce. Served w 1/2 of a small plastic cup of dressing. I went in starved and left starved and I am not a big eater. I basically paid $14 for a bunch sickening romaine lettuce. Worse yet the server and owner who I both told of the situation in a nice manner were accepting of the situation. Lack-luster "I'm sorry" from the server. Don't waste your time or money. The Crabby Lady is a hidden gem. I have never had such great food and great service combined in one fantastic place . The breakfasts were fresh and served hot. Peel and Eat shrimp included 12 large shrimp seasoned perfectly and at a reasonable price. The fresh catch during my stay was Red Snapper, cooked perfectly, and also at an unbelievable price. The gals that work there definitely are the best! Oh and the best thing of all.... the beer is super cold!! I hope this place stays open for many many years. read more

This is a small place in Goodland and certainly worth the drive. They have a nice view and a Macaw named "Pirate" that greeted us. The food was good and fresh and the service was fantastic. The beer is ice cold and on tap and during the day they had live music. The place was clean and the menu was simple. I had the shrimp platter and my husband had the chicken sandwich, very good! We have the potato salad, which was an up-charge--which I didn't understand which was a bit to mushy for my liking. The live music was amazing, this place is old Florida flare for sure. As you drive up all you see is crab traps and trailer parks, truly a fisherman's paradise and stomping ground. Be careful of the holes in their parking lot, I stepped in one and jacked up my leg. The parking lot is filled with them and in some places they are deep. Please fix them, they are a hazard! Get there, you will love it---just avoid the pot holes in the parking lot. read more

Tiny, casual place with a Margaritaville vibe. Staff is fantastic! Super friendly and attentive with a friendly dog or two roaming around. Your only choice is to sit on the water, but they are prepared for frequent storms that roll in ( a really hellacious one moved in while we were there and staff sprung into action rolling down the plastic windows/like a boat Bimini cover) Got the red snapper, blackened and it was outstanding !! Truly tasted like it just came out of the Gulf and perfectly prepared. Also, got the firecracker shrimp..shrimp itself was good but missed the mark on the breading, too much cornmeal and the type of hot sauce was poor pairing. Keep in mind, it's only beer and wine but that's secondary or even tertiary to getting an excellent SWFL fresh fish experience. Definitely sets the bar. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for the price ($27) you should've gotten more than one side as is the typical experience as comparable restaurants. read more
