However, the cocktail sauce had such a good flavor with the right amount of horseradish, so that made up for the lack of lemon wedge. I know I probably could have asked for one, but it was just so good either way. - the au jus that came with the prime rib tasted like A1 steak sauce. I am used to a traditional au jus.
