    The Country Boy Breakfast

Good old fashioned country cooking. What's not to like? I always order the Country Boy Breakfast with ham, eggs, hotcakes, hashbrowns. Just good, honest, homemade food. Best part is, served just after being made from Scratch. How can you argue with down home country goodness!

Terry was beyond rude, she had an attitude I came in and she didn't acknowledge me, nor the people I came with, I had to confront her for her to be able to help me, on the other hand Jocelyn flipped my whole experience around, I've ever been to Cracker Barrel in this was my first time, I the kitchen did great but the people in the front were extremely disrespectful, Jocelyn was amazing I give her 5 s she made sure I was good without making me feel bothered Jocelyn was able to help me maybe give Cracker Barrel a 2nd chance

This is absolutely the worst food experience I've ever had in my life. The manager was horrible with an attitude. She told me that my grits have to be running like soup, and that was the only way they make them. the catfish was cooked hard as hell and burn, they made no attempt to fix my order. They told me that is the way they cook here. I recommend that the manager and the staff all be replaced. They didn't make one single attempt to fix my order. She told me that it would take her 40 minutes to make new grits and a restaurant where they were only five people, and she couldn't guarantee that they would not be runny. I cook grits at home in four minutes and she had the nerve to tell me it would take her 40 minutes to have them redo grits just the audacity for her to say something like that was a insult on my intelligence.. I wish I can give this Cracker Barrel -10 stars on top of the waste. Staff looked appearance was horrible and not clean which I didn't want to order from him in the first place.

Debra, Irma and the crew know us by name. We love the food, the service and everything about Cracker Barrel - regardless of logo! The ambiance is like every Cracker Barrel, but that what makes this place great. They put Halloween stuff out in July but we're okay with that. I recommend the Chicken Fried Steak or the French Toast. Always get refills on the coffee...we'll see y'all again soon!

I ordered a country fried chicken dinner and looks like they cooked the chicken on the fish fryer because it tasted like fish I told the server and she tried to help but the damage was already done i was disgusted . Usually in cases like this you expect a manager or a supervisor to come out and show interest especially when I cancelled my meal but all I got was the meal cancelled and a free item for the next visit. Okay my question is what about if that meal is given to someone that is allergic to fish. I just feel like nobody cares anymore! Hopefully they are been more careful with the way they are handling the food in this place.

Thank you, Cracker Barrel. During the Covid Pandemic, you fed our family with your Big Box Breakfast with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes complete with warmed maple syrup. We ate countless orders of Grandpa's Country Fried Steak breakfasts. For that we are so grateful.

Was there with two female relatives, we wanted a quick and efficient breakfast. The store is always the star of the show and I admit it's August but I bought a few Halloween items that was too cute to pass up! ....we can leave the highs there. Our server while kind did disclose that she doesn't work the breakfast shift usually only lunch.....okay we definitely could cut her some slack; however some red flags indicated I don't know if her lunch shift would be any better. When we stated we needed another few minutes she said "okay no problem if you are ready and I don't notice you just get my attention"........ahhhhh okay. Three Iced teas with about 6 ice cubes in them by the time the food came out there was nothing, I thought it was common knowledge that iced tea requires lots of ice because it melts fast. I had the "old timers " breakfast with sausage and hash browns which was their casserole cheesy and salty the eggs were good but when everything was delivered we asked for ice for our ice teas , napkins as there were none and my biscuits that came with my meal according to the menu. We waited and waited and waited finally we got two cups of ice, napkins and biscuits which was suppose to be biscuits and gravy ! But okay I don't want to be a pain, gravy isn't healthy anyway so I ignored it . One relative had a gray spot on a piece of her French toast which she refused to eat as she didn't know what could possibly cause a gray spot besides a dirty griddle. Not exactly a great experience food was marginal.

Food is good, make sure to come hungry. The Service is about the same as any other regular place you go. The ambiance is nice, gives out the old western vibes with the rocking chairs outside. The shop is where its at, you can get a lot of cool stuff there. I like to try their odd ball soda.

The food was up to the standard expectations for the brand. I ordered the Cajun shrimp dish with green beans. Wonderful

We looked at the website and noticed that they had some gluten-free alternatives for my hubby so that was a plus in our book. First thing we saw when we walked in was all the goodies that they have for their bloody Mary bar. They had over 30 different items that you could add to your Bloody Mary for as little as $14. This included meatballs, and bacon. Everyone that we spoke to was kind and very friendly. Son decided on the peanut butter and jelly French toast, hubby decided on the lemon ricotta and blueberry compote gluten-free pancakes, and since I knew I would be sharing the bougie biscuits. I just ordered two fried eggs. One of the things that was so great about this place -for especially gluten-free eaters - is that they were willing to adjust or accommodate almost anything on the menu in order to make it adaptable. The host, the gentleman behind the bloody Mary bar and our server were very well educated. The restaurant was super cute and had a vibe with black-and-white sayings all over the wall. The food was delicious although my husband said the pancakes were a little dense, but that's to be expected for gluten-free pancakes. Phoenix area ( Peoria) had some really good restaurants to choose from!

Trying to book my mom's 50th birthday party was a nightmare. Emails went unanswered, phone calls weren't returned, and I ultimately had to drive there in person just to get the event booked. After finally securing the date, I waited for a follow-up regarding the details, only to discover that the general manager had been let go. I was given the new GM's name and phone number, but despite multiple calls and text messages, I was completely ghosted. This left me scrambling to find another venue with only one month before an important family celebration. No customer should be left hanging like that after booking an event. This was actually my second chance giving Lola's another opportunity because I genuinely like the vibe of the place. The first time, my group of only six people was still enjoying drinks when staff told us we had to leave at 11:00 p.m. because there wasn't enough business to justify staying open. That experience was disappointing, but I decided to give them another shot anyway. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be returning. Great atmosphere means very little when communication, professionalism, and customer service are consistently lacking.
