We ordered the filet with lobster along with the ribeye and both steaks were cooked well, flavorful, and satisfying. The margarita paired nicely with dinner and the service was friendly throughout the evening. While it may not be an over-the-top luxury steakhouse experience, it's a solid and dependable spot for a nice dinner with quality food at a reasonable price. For being a chain restaurant we always have a good experience here so we tend to go to the same location. We started with the firecracker shrimp which are always good with a little kick & they're very generous with the portion. My husband started with the Caesar salad, loved it with the generous shaved Parmesan & I had the chowder which never disappoints! Then for our entrees my husband had the surf & turf with grilled shrimp.... steak was perfectly cooked & the grilled shrimp were large, grilled just right! I had the salmon with Mac n cheese & broccoli, the salmon was some of the best that I've had for a long time also the glaze helped tin keeping it from becoming dry & the Mac n cheese is my little splurge... love it! The worst steak I've ever had in my life. I placed a curbside order- arrived right before the designated pick up time, checked in. No response after ten minutes so I called the store letting them know I'd arrived. Waited almost 30 minutes AFTER the food was supposed to be ready, the woman who brought out my order was rude, and everything was cold and extremely salty. I ordered steak and broccoli with a baked potato. Even the broccoli was salty. My first time trying out this restaurant and extremely disappointed with both the food quality and service. I almost always order the rib eye with mashed potatoes. It's one of the few chain spots that doesn't feel like it's trying too hard. The music's at a good volume you know loud enough to drown out awkward silence, but not so loud you have to shout over your date or server. The space is clean, booths are comfy, lighting is warm but not "romantic date night" dim.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now, here's the part that kills me to write: the service just... isn't great. Not rude or anything, just checked-out. It's like once you get seated, you have to start manifesting attention with telepathy. We've had to flag someone down just to get soda refills or remind them we're still waiting for our dessert. It's not every server, but it's a pattern that has started the last 1.5 years. 4/5/25 The staff's attitude was welcoming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The hostess seeing that my mom had mobility issues and walking on a cane, passed several open booths and seated us in the very back in a corner near the restrooms. We asked to be moved. Granted, there were a few large groups, but they were finishing up their meals, but we still took this into consideration. During our wait, no one checked in on us or gave us an update as to why our meals were taking so long. We thought maybe there was a shift change and our server went home. We tried to figure out why others who came in after us, received their food before us. Our salads came after we began eating our entrees, because we asked about them. Our server showed up after someone else brought our salads. I was never asked what kind of salad I'd like. The extra condiments never came. We just asked for to-go boxes. The server then stood over us while we discussed the bill, the tip and how we were going to pay. This was very odd and rude. Came in for our son's 17th birthday on a Sunday at 5, table for 5 and we were seated right away. 15 minutes later a waitress came to get our drink order and said she wasn't aware we were her table. We told the waitress we were ready to order already but she said it 'would need to wait'. 10 minutes later our drinks came and she took our order. 2 of us got the Parmesan crusted chicken, one with mashed potatoes and the other with loaded baked potato, 2 of us got the 6 oz Filet both with loaded baked potatoes and the last for the boneless ribeye with a loaded baked potato. 35 minutes after our order was put in the manager walked to our table and asked if the waitress had been by to let us know they were out of baked potatoes, ummmm no. So she asked what we would like as a replacement and we all said mashed potatoes- 15 minutes later our medium steaks came out overcooked on hot plates and no sides 'they were still working on the mashed potatoes' and the parmesan crusted chicken came out one with mashed potatoes the other with Mac and cheese?! Didn't order that but my son's friend kept it anyway and didn't complain. 5 minutes later 2 of the mashed potatoes came out- and finally we just told them we wanted to go boxes and to just box up the other mashed potatoes also as we would like to leave. The waitress says, ' so you would like a side of potatoes to go?' No, we would like the side that came with our meal that never came out, she then proceeds to count the potatoes on the table and says oh, I must have missed one. She leaves and brings back the check 15 minutes later and we finally flagged down someone else for to go boxes. The food is still great at this location and presented well. The three stars is due to service. We ordered steak and lobster with multiple sides, yet our waiter consistently forgot about our table. It was actually another waitress who noticed our drinks were low or that the table needed cleared. The waitress was not new and just seemed checked out. They were cooked to temp, but I have to complain because I don't remember them having so much salt in their seasoning. It was hard to finish my steak because of that. My broccoli was over-cooked...almost too soft to eat and it too had a bunch of salt. The butter was good but not sure why the heavy salt. Only other complaint was too much dressing on the salads. We visited for lunch on 3/14/2025 with my family of four. I ordered my usual, but it seems like the food quality has declined each time we come. I got the ribeye, 12 oz, medium rare Pittsburgh style--perfectly seared on the outside and warm on the inside. However, this time it seemed like they just seared it briefly and rushed it to our table. After the first two bites, I realized the steak was cold. I flagged down a server since our own was busy, and I mentioned that the steak was cold. She said she would have a new one made, which I appreciated. A little later, our original server came by to apologize and informed us they were reheating the steak. I was surprised, as I thought it should have been remade entirely. When the steak returned, it seemed like it had been microwaved for two minutes, and it tasted even worse and was still cold. When our server checked on us, I explained that it wasn't acceptable and tasted like it had been microwaved. She apologized again and said they would take it off our bill. While I expected a new steak instead, I respect their decision. However, at no point did a manager come by to apologize or check on us. Now I understand why this place has a 3.2 star rating... Longhorn has a great Outlaw Ribeye if you can afford it! Their prices are out of control. I won't be going back til Trump/Vance wins in 2024 and the prices come down. Longhorn need to take a look at the Red Lobster play book on what not to do if you want to stay in business. Red Lobster is closing more restaurants across the country amid its ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. In a bankruptcy filing Thursday, the company said it was rejecting the leases of 23 struggling locations that it had deemed to be a drain on its finances. It plans to vacate the restaurants by Aug. 31 2024. The closures follow the shutdown of 103 Red Lobster locations on a single day in May 2024. read more

It was one of the best steaks I've had in a very long time. To be honest, I could not have asked for a better steak. In addition to amazing food, the staff at Longhorn are always attentive and friendly. Our server, Tyler, was wonderful. 4.5 star chain restaurant!! For the money this place earns a 5 star Most steaks cost about $22 and they come with 2 sides. In a upscale restaurant, where else can you find that? On previous visits I have also tried the Rib Eye & New York. Honestly, I love all their steaks! Every time I've left completely satisfied. Our party checked in and was told to wait an hour, but the host failed to take a name and only took a number. After an hour of waiting we asked when we would be seated and the host stated she has never "seen any of our faces before" and that we will need to wait another hour. I proceeded to ask to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager, so I asked them to check the cameras because we are being unfairly treated. She said she doesn't know how to use the cameras, while being a manager, and said only her boss knows how to use them. So I asked to speak with her boss and she said she wasn't there at the moment.
