I found this spot on Yelp, because I was in close proximity. I noticed they were to close within 30 minutes of our arrival. I spoke with Izzy and she said they would stay open until 6:30 due to the play off games. We decided to sit at the bar to watch the games. We were promptly given menus and our drink orders were taken immediately. I ordered the birria burger it was really tasty. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly I tried all three of their ranch dressings .... amazing flavor combinations;the avocado was my favorite. The birria on top of my burger was flavorful. Had a good first yet here, just getting the Sessions 3 salad and some onion rings. Went to pick it up and the place looked cool and was hopping, looked like a good time in the place. The servers seemed friendly and my order was being made fresh ready. They substituted lettuce for spinach as requested and my wife enjoyed it. Nice place to visit in a small strip mall. This is a thin but long location, with lots of locals. They were all involved in a led trivia competition with prizes. I sat at the bar, ordered the OG burger with tots and a nice brew. They have a lot of brew and drink options. The staff were attentive, while interacting in genuine ways with customers. We had lunch here last week after looking up highly rated restaurants in the area. We LOVED it! We had great service and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the Bourbon Trail burger (cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions, crispy fried onions, and bourbon aioli). It was fantastic. The meat was obviously high quality and I loved all the toppings. The fries were perfectly thin and crispy, just the way I like them. My husband had the Poppin' burger (cream cheese, bacon, grilled jalepeño, crispy fried onions and chipotle ranch). We've heard about Brews Burger Joint before and finally had a chance to stop in at one of the other locations with some friends while they were visiting. Despite our unknowingly walked in from the back entrance off the patio we were still greeted by the bartender and kitchen staff and waited on immediately. Everyone enjoyed their brews and drinks as well as their food. The burgers are well known for being very good so there was no hesitation in ordering the special burger of the month w sweet potato tots in addition to fried pickles. Also ordered were tater skins (half bacon and half buffalo chicken) and chicken tenders w sweet potato tots. The food portions were all quite generous and everything was freshly cooked and quite hot! Everyone went quiet when their food arrived so we must have been a little hungrier than we thought. Parking was easy and there were lots of seats inside and outside on the patio. The bartender was very nice and helpful and very patient with us. There were some patrons there when we arrived and it got very busy. Despite his being very busy and their being a little short on staff that night, he took great care of us so we had a great first experience! We need to check out the location that is closer to home next time. We hope to go with the other friends that recommended Brews Burger Joint to us so we can enjoy it with them! Passed by this spot one day running errands and decided we needed to try it. Took my little family to dinner and I'm so glad I remembered it! Izzy was our server and she was great! I had my 3 year old with us and Izzy was great, attentive, and not overbearing. The food was SO good and hit the spot. The food was very good, the burgers are cooked using a two sided press like a pannini to speed service but that means that medium rare isn't going to happen. We tried their pretzels as an appetizer because it is a fair guage of a place, lots of places serve them. They were much better than any we have had recently! The menu is compact, like the restaurant itself, but that is a good thing! Basically this is a pub and they serve pub style food, that is great to find. The staff is friendly and the place is good enough that they have "regular" cutomers that everyone that works there knows. (Think Cheers) They have a nice covered patio that expands their size by more that half but since it was 112 the day we stopped in we didn't sit out there. I think you will really like Brews, just don't go with a party of eight and expect to all sit together. (I did say it was small right?) read more

Really disappointed in this place. We went here for national burger day with my service animal. The waitress said she needs to have a vest BY LAW. I told her that's not what the law is, and she said yes it is. She said she would check with the manager, but then came back and said she is the manager on duty. So she made us go out onto the patio, where it was dirty, had broken glass, and nails on the floor. I will be submitting a formal complaint with the department of justice. I originally wrote this for the Ray Road location and it ended up on the Alma School Reviews which is great! They're both remarkable! So here it is again at the correct locale! Not ONLY do they regularly have over 30 taps on any given day but the food is truly remarkable. My husband is a chef, former bar owner/restauranteur, and Culinary Institute of America graduate. He knows this food biz like many do not. I look to him for his criticisms and candor when it comes to places to eat. His absolute approval of Brews is inspiring. We both love their burgers. So many good delicious choices, made to delight, and infused with skill and deliciousness. The cooks are pros, the menu is new and forward thinking. I would have never thought of many of their burger ideas but man, just try one! The Balboa! The Birrio! PBJ! It's uncanny how forward thinking and fabulous these tasty delights tantalize! Sit at the bar, watch the talents of the burger masters as they prepare your food! The bar tenders are friendly, fast and cheerful. They will seal a nice can of your fave brew in their 'growler' to take home right in front of you or you can choose a delightful sixer from their cooler. Televisions for the game, tables for the fam, and even a small patio if you've got the pup along! This is a really great place in Chandler at Warner Ranch. We are so delighted! Better cocktails than I've had at fancy restaurants (try the Kalli's Collins with the homemade green chili vodka and coconut tequila!) Birria made in-house that will make you weak in the knees. First visit to the Ray Road location. It is bigger than the Alma School Road restaurant but has the same great food and friendly service. The beer was cold and hit the spot on a warm day. The food here is absolutely amazing! I am so glad that they brought a kitchen in! I have had two different burgers and my boyfriend has had three, and every time they have been amazing! I look forward to coming here to try another burger I haven't! The burgers have been cooked perfectly as well! After construction on the place died down, the inside has really come together with lighting and decor! I do miss the amount of pinball machines and the people who used to always hang here when it was bustlin' on tournament nights. I wish there was a way to keep those going with the space! Have been in a few times and they have a pretty good beer selection and service has been fine. TVs at the bar for sports and pinball machines in the back room. For me though when they are charging $18 for a burger and most beers are $8+ the value just isn't there. Burger was good even though it didn't quite match the menu description but the fries are sub par and overall just didn't feel worth it. Happy hour is 3-6 weekdays and I think $1 off on drafts so nothing special there. read more

My son and I along with a few friends stopped in for lunch today and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The owner and his son took great care of us. Delicious craft beers with a ton of taps. We got chicken tenders, wings, fries and a couple amazing burgers. I suggest the Brews Style Wings. The Phatty Melt was great and we also tried the monthly special Get In My Belly burger, with crispy pork belly. They had all the football games on inside and even had a nice patio. Great burgers and a great variety of beers! The service was very good, with our orders being taken right away. We had the mushroom burgers, fries, sweet potato tots, pretzel bites with house made beer cheese and the fried onion rings. Everything was excellent! We particularly loved that they have several pinball games towards the back, which is a huge bonus for us! Fantastic ambience and friendly, helpful staff!
