Recently moved to Chandler and this place is right across the street from my house. Love all the choices for beer on tap and cans to go. I've been here a couple times already and the beer rotation changes often but the selection is great. The service is really good as well and the beertenders are friendly. RAR has become our new favorite, along with Drekker and they are hard to find but Casual Pint is on it! Service is always great. We have regularly frequented Casual Pint over the years because they have a great selection of beers, ciders and sours on tap and in the refrigerated case. They even have some non alcoholic choices that are perfect for non drinkers and our designated driver! We don't normally get food since we're usually stopping in before going to dinner at Keegan's Grill or other nearby restaurants so we can't comment on that. The service is always helpful, friendly and courteous so they definitely keep us coming back! read more

This is a great neighborhood craft beer and wine bar. They have a lot of games you can play, really chill vibe and coolers all around where you can grab different types of bottles. They also have draft and some minor snacks but I think the snack menu might be on hold didn't see anyone eating lately. Has a great outdoor patio at night too. read more

One of our favorite places for bar trivia in the Valley (Tuesdays at 7!)--it's nice and competitive, but not aggressively so. They also are wonderful about having the clues projected on to one of the TVs (though the crowd is generally pretty much all trivia players, and people are great about being quiet when the question is being read). The staff is also attentive and kind, which makes for an even better experience. Food: The menu used to be bigger, but they've gotten smaller since COVID (understandable), but what they have is fine. Nothing to write home about, but soaks up the alcohol and is fun to nibble on through the night. Drink: Excellent! They have a huge draft list, and are great about keeping their selections updated both on their website and on Untappd. They also have a huge selection of cans, great for a build-a-6 or if the draft list just isn't doing it for you. I don't like beer. However, after thoroughly enjoying a Guinness in Dublin (and then in the rest of the U.K.), I've decided that not all beer taste bad. If you can't find a beer here that you like, then you aren't trying. The menu is color coded, but a word of warning: the stouts are lumped in with the porters, which makes sense but my tastes buds like the stouts better. So you might want to pay attention to the groupings. The waitress brought just two different stouts for a taste before I settled for the Peanut Butter Latte golden stout. It sounds really strange, but it really has a unique taste. If you like the taste of peanut butter, you'll like this beer, but have a sample first, just in case. Nicole H. and I also shared some sidewinders--the Southwestern ones. The appetizer was a lot of food for the two of us, but maybe not for two really hungry people. Our waitress was helpful and accommodating, even when Mark H. and John B. showed up late and expanded our table. She continued to check back with us for additional drinks and food (Mark had one of their brats and it looked pretty tasty). The prices for their beer seemed a little high, but maybe we're paying for the experience, too. I noticed a cool wheel of beer that I was going to try out but forgot about it (my back was to it most of the evening). This place is pretty cool. As their name says, it is super casual and they have a great selection of beers. Its got that coffee shop vibe. You can stop in to shop for some beers or chill at a couch for some conversation or hang at the bar and watch a game. In the shopping area, you can create your own 6 pack to go (bottles or cans). I like having the option of trying out a few beers without having to buy a full 6 pack. You can also fill up growlers here as well straight out of the tap. Bring your own if you own one. If you are hanging here and want to grab a pint, their have a nice variety of rotating beers on hand that are showcased on a big chalkboard. Hungry? They have some light bites and appetizers as well. Great ambience, wide selection of beers and decent collection of board games for you to try. Not super loud so you can actually have a conversation with the people around you. I LOVE the Pretzels here! An order comes with 3 and is served with their beer cheese. Sometimes it's a little salty but if you scrape it off you're golden. Went to the grand opening last night and had a great time! They have a wonderful selection of beer on tap and bottled/canned on shelves like a market. You will find some beers here you won't be able to find much elsewhere in AZ, including one of my favs, Mother Earth Cali Creamin'. They also sell the usual merch and growlers. I really like the cafe feel to this place, between the outdoor patio and the indoor setup with comfortable seating. The staff was also very friendly even with the chaos of their opening night -- very impressive. My only reason this isn't 5 stars is that they do run pricey. While they are close by and thus convenient, some of their beers on tap are $10 for a pint. All in all, I will definitely be coming back as its close to home and seems to have a great crowd and great staff running the place. Cheers! read more

The menu can be a bit overwhelming at first glance, but it is color coded by the different types of beer. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and do a great job of explaining the different beers and providing samples of the beers you want to try or they think would be best fit based off of your liking. The food menu is short and simple, yet tasty and fairly priced, especially on during happy hour. There are many options for seating including bar, table, and individual couch seats as well as a shaded and misted patio. The atmosphere is very relaxed and offers many options for entertainment. I have been in this place about a dozen times pre-Covid. I have always enjoyed the beer selection and service. Today I went in to use a $5 reward from their rewards program. I received an email stating that the $5 would expire end of August and the app indicated the same. I picked out a 6 pack worth about $35 but when I went to check out I was told the email/app info was a "glitch" and the $5 dollar credit would not be honored. To bad, I did enjoy going there every so often Reply to company response: Weird since my wife was in out of town on Saturday. I was looking forward to this place based on so many good reviews but from the moment we walked in I could tell it wasn't going to be. The temperature was extremely cold. We sat down, the bartender came over, I made a comment it was very cold and she agreed and offered to close the side door that was very close to us. But then didn't so I asked if she could and she did. I asked her for a drink menu and she pointed at the completely DARK chalkboard then said she would check for a paper menu, so odd. She came back with a QR code which told us everything we wanted to know. The beer was fantastic, cold, very nice selection. (The only reason I gave any stars tbh) We waited awhile for our 6 trial beers, a male employee walked by so I asked him if he knew when we would get our drinks and his reply was "we just got a rush of people that walked in". But there was only 2 others that walked in. After we did get our drinks we were completely ignored. We ended up walking up to the bar to request our check. After we got it, walked back to the table, put it down with cash, as soon as we started to walk away the male employee rushed over to get the money. We won't go back there, not even if offered free drinks. Very terrible experience, very disappointing. Save yourself a frustrating evening and pick somewhere else to go. Great hang out and great beer selection! We enjoyed the patio during the cooler fall weather with the heaters on beside us. The menu is huge, and the staff is all too excited to help you pick out the perfect brew for your taste buds. I lucked out on the night that was being sponsored by La Cumbre and got some schwag and a great beer cup! They also have a section of 6 packs and other unique beers for sale by the door so you can stock up on some of your other, harder to find favorites. I am a regular at the Central Phoenix and honestly this location severely lacks compared to them: Smaller tap selection. Smaller packaged beer section (1/4th the size). This location doesn't allow free tiny samples. Service isn't as good. The one thing I like about this location is they generally have a good variety of sours and stouts (about 4-5 each). Lots of beers on tap here. Depending on the season, the beer selection will be varied, unusual and will delight your palate. When I was there, there were 30 beers available on tap (well, actually only 29 as I don't count cider as beer). If you enjoy IPA's, you will have a large selection from which to choose. If you want a chocolate stout, you may have to settle for a choice of only one, but it will probably be excellent. They have a fairly short food menu but it will probably satisfy your craving for munchies and it will help soak up some of the beer you will have drunk. There is a small parking lot, but there are also a lot of cars parked for other businesses in the area so you may not find a space close to the entrance. Prices for the beers are a little on the high side. However, if you choose to sample their beers at home, you can make up your own six-pack from the bottled beers they have for sale. When I entered the establishment, I felt like I was entering a bar that focused on craft beer but that also served food. Love this little joint. Found it after playing a round at Ocotillo Golf Course. The barkeep was super knowledgeable of all the draft brews on tap and offered suggestions based on what I was craving. He can saunter in, look at the expansive menu, and say, "how 'bout a pint of the Castrated Elk" or "only the froth of the Soggy Butler will grace this upper lip." The bartender will smile and nod.
