I have arrived at this location on multiple days at different hours, and there is no tapioca pearls. I'm told that there should be some available in 30 minutes, it usually isn't. How does a boba store run out of tapioca pearls, all the time? If I wanted inconsistency I would go to McDonalds and order ice cream. I recently came to this place and as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcomed. One of the workers was acting sassy and giving attitude. She didn't even greet me and my husband, which I think is rude. I gave her my order and she said there was no more boba, but when my husband ordered his drink she asked if he wanted boba or jelly's. I thought there was no boba?? If your a regular boba drinker I would NOT recommend this place. Or if you have any taste buds. The flavor of tea doesn't taste as they should, yet the prices were a little more pricey than an actual good boba shop. I got the wintermelon tea w/ black boba and brown sugar w/ crystal boba. The cups weren't filled up all the way. I asked for "less ice" in the brown sugar drink. Usually they would adjust the recipe to fill it up but there was even less. The wintermelon tea was so bitter I couldn't drink it. It tasted like a regular half/half sweet tea you'd find in your local restaurant. A normal wintermelon drink is suppose to be one of the sweetest teas on the menu. To make it worse you could tell the black boba was old. It was hard and had no sweetening added to the syrup when it was made. The brown sugar drink was thin and there was no drizzle. It almost tasted like regular black milk tea. The crystal boba came with a few pieces shredded just floating around. It was a better option of the two drinks but definitely not worth my money. On a better note, the drinks came out within 5 minutes. The shop decor was eh. read more

The only bad thing is that these drinks need to be made with some love. They are very watered down and not milk tasting at all. This place is very nice inside but please fix the drinks. read more

Hi Ashley (owner) I live very close to the location on bishop and I go often not because I love it, but because it's the only boba spot in the Oak Cliff area. Boba shortage? The lady on register said tapioca pearls would be ready in an hour, so I left and went back an hour later and tapioca was not available still. This has happened on multiple occasions. I've come to the conclusion that there's no shortage (since the lady said she would make more) but instead your workers are lazy. One of the girls working there on the many times I went gave me attitude and raised her voice at me for touching one of the snacks on display. Another time I sat where I could see the kitchen, and their were 4-5 girls laughing and on their phones when I waited 15 minutes to order and behind me was a huge line. Biggest complaint of all, how do you run out of coffee at a coffee shop? You MAKE the coffee. How do you run out of boba at a boba shop? You have to MAKE the boba. Suggestion: teach your workers to make tapioca pearls BEFORE you run out of boba. read more

It's always a treat coming here and getting some sweet boba and of course I always come to get my usual favorite which is a mango peach fruit tea! I absolutely love it but I feel like the size of cups do not have enough variety! There should definitely be a bigger size than what they call a "large". I finish my drink way too quickly and always feel disappointed... Which is why I usually just go to Starbucks and get their "Trenta" sizes. Drink usually lasts me longer. That's probably the only complaint I have. Other than that I love the atmosphere of the shop and how nicely decorated it is! The staff is always so nice... well except for the first time I ever shopped there and one of them was rude. I ordered drinks perfectly and somehow they gave me a different one and gave me an attitude when I pointed it out. I of course felt bad and told them to just charge me for the one that gave me since they already replaced it for what I actually wanted. I felt dejected after leaving though and a little embarrassed. Still. It's always a treat going there to get one of my favorite drinks and that situation wasn't enough to turn me away from going again. Please consider upping sizes on the cups though. read more
