This bubble tea location is right in the middle of bishop arts district. It's cute inside and the staff members were really nice. The only downside of things is the drinks. I wanted 0-25% sugar fruit milk tea, but all the options were a syrup flavoring that they just add water. And they just water the flavor down if you want less sugar. So I ended up getting the jasmine green tea with Mango bubbles and you could barely taste the bubbles and the tea was so bitter it was unenjoyable. My cousin got the traditional milk tea which was too sweet. Only good drink was the Thai milk tea which my brother enjoyed. I have never been to a bubble tea location that doesn't adjust the sweetness levels for fruit Teas. That was disappointing.

Shopping around the Bishop Arts area and was craving for a boba drink. Accessibility- there was a ramp that led up to the counter. Drinks: Had a Taro hot drink tea. It was good. I wish they had the options of 50%, 75% less sugar.

Cute little boba place with a decent variety of options. I ordered a Lychee So Peachy and my friend ordered Taro. The drinks were pretty good. There's on-street parking. If I was in the area, I would stop by here again but I wouldn't come out of my way to get boba here as it was a pain to find parking and there were no restrooms, even for customers.

I choose 3 teas. I picked a flavor and I let the sweet cashier choose my other 2 flavors. The tea was absolutely delicious. I'll make sure to stop in every time I'm in the area.

How has it taken me so long to try boba? Roomie brought me back a drink to try and it was so good! It was a mix of strawberry and mango and had coconut lychee in it. Cool and refreshing and the boba was cylindrical (not circular) but had a gummy texture that I liked. Will definitely try again!

Great customer service. Tasty and refreshing are their drinks. My semi-sweet favorites have been their "Honeydew Slush with Regular Boba" and "Taro Milk Tea With Yogurt Popping Boba"! Masks on and tidy/clean is their ordering counter. I'd visit more often if there's a capacity control of the number of customers with the waiting and/or sitting inside implemented at this present time! CHEERS!

went here on my first visit to dallas! the horchata milk tea was a such a surprise to me... so I had to try it. The drink was overall good, but nothing great. The place is right on Bishop Arts District, which makes it so convenient to check out other shops before or after getting boba here!

Was strolling through Bishop Arts and found this spot. Super cute spot for boba! The place is pretty small; not a whole lot of room to accommodate many people to sit down. The inside is cute; the menu is rather large and the staff is very friendly. I got a wintermelon milk tea that was delicious.

I spotted Craft Boba Tea just as I was leaving Eno's Pizza. I love Boba Tea so of course I had to give it a try. The menu looked a little overwhelming but I managed my order. A 16 oz chai tea with boba jelly. The 2 young ladies that took my order were extremely helpful an patient. I had never seen a charge though (.55) just for the jellies? I mean, what's Boba Tea WITHOUT the jelly balls!?!? I would go back an take my time to order something new. The cost was reasonable at about $5+ ($6 because I left a dollar tip).

This place is small on the I side and got crowded quickly. But my, my, my does this Slush pack a major flavor punch!

    No tapioca boba.

I came into Craft Boba Tea with high expectations. Sorry!! I hate doing that and stuff but they have the word craft in their name, and if you're reading this review you are probably boba junkie like me! In the end, while I wasn't let down, I felt that my experience could have been better overall. First, I wanted a lychee fruit tea w/ boba. You have boba in your name, you probably should have boba available at all times. Second, when I was told they were out of tapioca boba, the staff just pointed to what looked like an ice cream topping bar and said this is what we have available. There was things like gummy bears, sprinkles, Oreo crumbles and other toppings probably better suited on ice cream that made me rethink whether I really wanted a drink any more... but I decided to take one for my fellow yelpies! Third if you use craft in your name, I'm hoping for something like real fruit to be used, instead of syrup. I was told they don't add any sugar to the drinks which gave me hope but then I saw the syrup come out and I felt a little misled. It also has a chemical aftertaste In the end, $6.17 or so for a drink is pretty up there for a what is just a run of the mill drink. Also, as a shop proprietor, if you are flat out of tapioca boba and have a huge stock of crystal boba, perhaps as good will sort of thing just charge for the tap boba ($0.55) vs extra for crystal boba ($0.80)?

Craft Boba Tea is located is a nice little art district. They're the only boba tea shop in the area. The place is new with really great vibes. They not only serve boba but frozen yogurt as well. There's street parking and neighborhood parking. We went on a Friday in the afternoon and it was very easy to find parking. I ordered the Taro Milk tea with boba, Honeydew milk tea and a Matcha milk tea. All drinks were ordered with 100 sweetness, and tasted delicious . I'm from LA and the milk tea boba from Craft Boba was very reminiscent of the boba there I personally loved the taro milk tea because it didn't have a starchy flavor like some other places. Overall it was a great experience and the workers were very friendly. Every shop I went in to afterwards I had people asking about the milk tea boba place. 5 out of 5 would and did recommend to other people

Came in at night and sadly most of their flavors sold out, this is a massive tragedy. My friend and I then decided to rob them of the rest of their stash Harold and Kumar style. Lavender- tastes like I'm eating a flower. Straight Delicious Pistachio subtle nutty flavor, not overpowering, very nice. Passion fruit/ Guava: tastes exactly like the sweetest version of the fruit. Coffee Espresso- S tier. Dangerous for coffee lovers. The espresso bean is the literal topping that topped this off. Bruh we ordered 4 and it was a good decision. You can just keep eating it and you don't get flavor fatigue. Blueberry- tastes like a very fresh blueberry muffin Creamsicle- refreshing orange cream popsicle flavor- the name is exactly what the flavor is. The server girl was very cool and the store is small and quaint and hidden. I am more of a savory person than sweet and am very selective of what sugary diabetes I allow into my body; but this, this is makes me feel a certain type of way, the hot and bothered type and I welcome it. The depth of flavor is bewildering. I felt like a kid discovering flavors again. We sat there and demolished the dozen. Good night
