Dates stuffed with Boursin cheese, yum!
    Paula Z.

What a little gem. Comfy and cozy with a warm vibe. After a day of working in the yard, was too tired to cook so checked out Craft Kitchen. My husband had a yummy Side Hustle Pilsner. We shared a life-altering appetizer of dates stuffed with Boursin cheese served on a bed of bacon-laden arugula. I had a fantastic cous-cous Mediterranean arugula salad with chicken and took half home for tomorrow's lunch. The fried chicken breast was crunchy, not greasy. Mike devoured his single smash burger and killer fries. Friendly and efficient service by Michael, too. Definitely going to bring friends. Just hope to score a table!

Our server, Karla, was attentive helpful and overall fantastic on a busy Saturday afternoon. She made our little one feel important too. Our group of 5 adults and one 3 year old enjoyed the casual atmosphere. Clean, new and nicely decorated with TVs featuring sports events and family fun programs. There is a huge offering of craft beer on tap and in cans/ bottles. An exceptionally wide choice of tasty N/A beers. I recommend the Fat Orange Cat Free Kittens N/A. The kitchen kept orders moving through the restaurant. Our whole group enjoyed our food and drink choices. Smash Burger - not shown -beautifully done

Very good burgers! Cheese sauce on fries is legit! SO GOOD. Nice little place, cozy atmosphere. Smaller menu but fresh ingredients. Nice staff!

Best gastropub anywhere near Bluffton/HHI. Beer selection is incredible, service is always great, the owners are super nice and my family and I have shared many special occasions there. Love how they've expanded their menu and how they allow modifications. The bar is very clean and there are at least for TVs if you want to watch the games. Everybody is always having a good time and a grear lunch or dinner.

From the moment we sat down, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming -- the kind that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. The Coconut Lime Shrimp Bowl was incredibly fresh with bright, vibrant flavors, and the Traditional Eggs Benedict was perfectly executed -- beautifully cooked with rich, balanced flavors. Every bite tasted thoughtful and well crafted. The fresh juices were so flavorful and a perfect addition to our meal. What really stood out was how balanced everything felt: a creative, well-curated menu, excellent flavors, and top-notch service all coming together for a memorable meal. We went there to get the beef short rib only to go to order it, they didn't have it that night, they were out and it was their main feature item on the website. So I ordered the steak with corn risotto ($45) only to get 4 small pieces of steak maybe 4 oz and no risotto so they gave me white rice with pieces of corn In It. The rice was so dry so I asked for chimichurri thinking this would help and they had that on the menu serving with the flank steak and wouldn't you know it they were out of that as well. Service was really slow there was 4 of us they finally gave us our cocktails after 15 wait (again we were the first ones there) then delivered only 2 drinks to our table we had to wait 5-7 minutes to get the other 2. I eventually went to the bar to get the drinks myself. The martinis were small not even a normal martini glass and watered down. $18 per The food and drinks was expensive for what you got. We will never go back over priced poor service and just Ok food

Their menu is extensive with plenty of domestic and imported wines, craft beer and creative cocktails to pair with your meal. I opted for the Soup, Salad and biscuit "Nectar Combo" with She Crab Bisque, their Nectar Salad and a sweet potato biscuit. The Nectar salad has thick cut bacon, cucumber, blistered tomatoes, blue cheese, topped with toasted almonds served with their tomato vinaigrette. It had fresh mixed greens and was very good! The She Crab Bisque was flavorful but very thick - not actually a bisque texture. Backing off the thickening ingredient of their bisque would improve this soup. Lastly, I changed my original choice of Seafood Omelette once I found out their shrimp is brought in from Louisiana. I do not understand having access to fresh shrimp daily in this coastal area just off the Atlantic Ocean and opting to serve frozen, trucked in shrimp. I guess to comes down to profit? I was glad I asked my waitress, and I appreciate her checking and giving me an honest response. I'll return, but I certainly won't be ordering their shrimp unless they change their supplier to one of the local businesses.

We got there 15 minutes after they opened and the only ones seated at the bar. You would think they would be on top of things that early in the evening. Nope, my wife had to wait 18 minutes to get her wine (which we bought the whole bottle). Second, they haven't changed their fryer oil in FOREVER!!!! Yes, I know what I'm talking about. As it being an open kitchen and you can see everything. We witnessed them take oil they just cooked in a pan and dump it in the fryer with the other oil. Are ya kidding me??? All the fried food came out dark as all get out it's been that long since they changed it or even filtered it. Third, some of the cook wore gloves and others didn't. No big deal normally. I watched one cook reach in the garbage and then proceeded to start preparing food!!!! No fing way!!!! Four, the Egg Roll was bland, the inside ingredients was garbage. Over cooked and tough. My wife's filet was under seasoned (well no seasoning at all), a cheap cut of meat and dry!!! The béarnaise sauce tasted and looked like it came out of a jar. It was the worst I've ever tasted. She asked for no vegetables and the risotto instead. She did get the risotto. I'll admit, that wasn't so bad. The bread that was under the filet was ICE cold. Not even sure why they served it or put it on the plate. Fifth, this is a one and done for us. There are soooooo many better options in the area with a better menu, price and service. To say disappointing is an understatement. Oh ya, almost forgot. We had to get a Togo bag and it reminded me of the bags you use to pick up your dogs poop. I'm not even joking.

It doesn't feel corporate or manufactured at all. More like you've stumbled into somebody's lovingly chaotic backyard dinner party where the food just happens to be genuinely top-tier. The mismatched charm, handwritten feel, and warm atmosphere are part of what makes it so special. There's this brilliant contrast between the laid-back hole-in-the-wall vibe and the seriously refined cooking coming out of the kitchen. We started with the fried green tomatoes which were incredibly tender, fried perfectly, and drizzled with a lovely house-made ranch. The sweet house pickles alongside were such a good touch. We also each had a cup of she crab soup which was beautifully seasoned and packed with tonnes of crab morsels. For mains, we shared the shrimp and grits and completely understood why the recipe has won awards, including being recognised as the 3rd best in the world. The recipe is rooted in traditional Lowcountry cooking but elevated with layers of flavour that somehow still feel comforting and homemade. The grits were unbelievably creamy, and the shrimp and sausage were perfectly cooked with fantastic flavour throughout. We also split the seafood purloo with blackened grouper, and it was equally impressive. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted incredibly fresh without trying too hard to be fancy. What really made the experience though was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond. They took time to chat with us about the area, paced the courses perfectly so nothing felt rushed, and by the end we were leaving with handshakes feeling more like guests than customers. Places like this are getting harder to find. We'll absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Lowcountry food served by genuinely wonderful people.

The pulled pork was very tender and had a good smoke and BBQ flavor. I also recommend the BBQ corn on the cob. Had a nice seasoning blend along with a butter type blend soaked into the foil wrap. The one end of the corn has a large wooden skewer/toothpick for holding. It was very fresh and not overcooked. The pulled pork was $14.99. Our waitress Tracey did a great job serving the 7 of us. No problem with separate checks either.
