I'm serious, if you hangout with me during an Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas dinner, I'm grabbing for the rolls, and making small sandwiches out of whatever is in front of me. It's a problem. But anyway, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, Ruebens, monte cristos, it was all just sandwiches. I was in heaven. I ended up ordering the Po Boy Crispy Shrimp (Tartare sauce, cucumber, cilantro, carrots and chihuahua cheese). Just to be clear, this was not a po' boy. I feel like it was also trying to be a banh mi. I'm not sure. What I am sure of, though, it that it tasted pretty darn good. The roll was soft and large. The veggies were fresh and crispy. There was plenty of shrimp on here, so I wasn't getting cheated of meat like some food trucks try to do. It was just a good sandwich. I can't ask for much more. Big fan of this food truck. Hope to see it around again.

My burrito was well made and tasty where it had three scrambled eggs tossed with bacon, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream wrapped in a perfectly grilled 12 inch flour tortilla. The Burrito was quite large and generously packed with the ingredients, no skimping here, leading to a very filling meal. Other Burrito options include a Sausage burrito, Ham Burrito, Greek Burrito, Veggie Buritto, Hummus & Veggie burrito and a Sausage & Gravy Burrito. Relative to the facility and staff I would label this restaurant as your prototypical mom and pop operation. The Facility itself is nice and clean with a rustic vibe and a smallish number of tables on the order of ten or so. The staff which I believe is a husband and wife combo had the wife waiting on the tables and tending the cash register and the husband cooking. Service was very friendly with good follow up throughout the meal where my order was taken promptly and food brought out in fairly quick order. Nice! Depending on what you are looking for breakfast and what their menu offers this is an excellent choice for breakfast especially if Breakfast Burrito's are your thing.

The nachos are over flowing with toppings such as beer cheese, pico de gallo, sliced avocado, fresh jalapeños, hot red peppers, sour cream, and your choice of a protein (Brisket, Pork, or Chicken). What I love about these nachos are that the cheese and toppings are layered throughout the nacho chips. I typically see the topping only thrown on top, not the case here. All the flavors work together exceptionally well, with my favorite being that of the beer cheese. My only nit pick is that the brisket was a bit dry and over cooked, but still complimented the dish well. At the pretty reasonable price of $14, I was pleasantly surprised with amount of toppings and portion size.

It took a while for our food to come, which was surprising because we just got the pizza slices.
