This is the Cuckoo, a Munich Dunkel. It's toasty and delicious.

My fiancée and I have been making time to visit the Booze District more often, and have really enjoyed our visits to Crafthaus. We have found the staff to be patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with suggestions on pairing their delicious brews with food. On recent visits we tried their brats with chips, and really enjoyed them. I tried the beast brat, which is a combination of a few different meats. It's something I feel like I can regularly enjoy. My fiancée tried the traditional brat, and preferred that one. We enjoyed these with the Czech Plz slow-pour and the Sugoi! green melon mochi IPA. We also recently ordered the Smorgasbord, which consists of two types of sausage, beer cheese, radishes, pickles, and warm pretzels (we ordered ours without the pretzels). It was the ideal shareable meal. We paired that with the Evocation, a delicious farmhouse ale, along with the Resinate, an American IPA. These beers went perfectly with the meal. The ambiance is very welcoming, suggesting a German Biergarten. They host different theme nights throughout the month, from tabletop gaming to trivia. They have a selection of board games, and are family friendly. This is a great stop anytime when visiting the Booze District.

Love this place! Great beer. Great environment. Will certainly give it five stars.

As much as I love large breweries with an extensive beer selection, CraftHaus hits in the vibe that's most important for me. A great local hangout spot With some small bites like the pretzel we got and the a fantastic selection of beers, it's a smaller venue to kick back with friends and watch a game. We loved their All The Peaches sour and their smoked red ale. Even at 8PM on a Sunday night, there was a consistent crew of locals hanging out The lone lady behind the bar was super attentive and accommodating

Delicious samples of the previous Comarades and Hawaiian inspired stouts.

Another year I am here celebrating Comrade Day. This stout has to be my favorite because of the age whiskey barrels they were in. The atmosphere was so chill with Hawaiian music playing from a live band. The service was friendly and on point with everything. We were treated so well. The food was so good. The best katsu I've ever had. A huge shout out to the food truck that always serves amazing Hawaiian food. Thank you for the delicious food Hapahaole's.

Crafthaus is always a pretty fun and interesting experience in the Henderson artisan brewery district. They have their own in-house limited kitchen but it pops out some pretty dang good meals. They also have their own beer of course but carry ciders from places like Mojave brewing and Ace which is great for people who aren't beer fans. The workers at the bar are always nice and helpful and spot on with their recommendations. We started with the standard pretzel which comes with a stone ground mustard and beer cheese which are both quite delicious. I then ordered the sausage that was recommended from the server as it has some raspberry aioli sauce on it which you can see in the photo. It was good but next time I'd probably go lighter on the sauce since I prefer to just taste the meat. The other sausage I had before had peppers and jalapenos on it which was freaking delicious. There hasn't been a single thing that I've had here that wasn't great! Sometimes they even have food trucks for this little area which gives you even more choices. Don't forget to try their seasonal craft brews as well!

CraftHaus has been on my radar forever and I FINALLY got to try them today! I got there right when they opened. Walking in, the place is clean, welcoming, and you can tell it's well loved. I took a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted with a smile. Since it was my first time, I was a little bit indecisive but the bartender gave recommendations, let me sample a few, and ultimately I decided on the "All The Watermelon" and their Beast Brat. Firstly, the beer was DELICIOUS. Unlike other breweries that have a massive selection of beers just for the sake of it, the selection at CraftHaus seems really intentional. It's not an intimidating amount of beers, but there's something that everyone can enjoy. Onto the brat- this was just *chef's kiss*. The brat had a nice char, the sauerkraut was high quality, and the aioli was a creative and welcome addition. Again- the food selection isn't extensive, but it's everything you'd want when you're enjoying a few beers. Overall, service was amazing. The bartender was incredibly personable and attentive. I even watched them handle a potentially difficult situation with a customer that might've frustrated someone less adept at their craft (pun intended), in a really patient and gracious way. The crowd is nice. Everyone who came in while I was at the bar seemed like a local/regular which I love. All super friendly and had great things to say about the place. Affordable beer, delicious food, welcoming ambiance, and kind service. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great brews. Particularly like the Hop Vegas. Friendly beer tenders, clean, music not too loud, comfortable contemplative atmosphere for study and quiet conversation.

Go out and support this local brewery in the Henderson Booze District! CraftHaus has some of the nicest owners and how they got started is super inspiring. I love that there's no smoking or gaming and it's truly a place to gather with friends for some brews or just hang out on your own and enjoy a beer.

Great service. We came during happy hour and were disappointed to find out you pay for a brats ($13.00) and receive a pint for $5.00. We ordered the charcuterie board for $17.00 and enjoyed the variety of cheese and meats with our beers.

Can't believe I haven't written a review for this spot since it's one of my FAVE local breweries for sure. It's been a while since I've been here, so when some friends mentioned wanting to go bar hopping around Henderson area, was super excited to stop at this place first. We came in on a Friday night and it was pretty busy, which is so cool to see! Love the vibe in here for sure. There were friends meeting up for some brews and chatting. Loved to see it! I decided to order a flight so I could try a few different beers. I love that you can make the flight as big or as small as you want! So awesome. I decided on four different brews. And then of course I had to get the meat and cheese plate cuz I was pretty hungry. Love that they also have some bites here. My husband got the brat, and he said it was super tasty, too. The brews I tried were the UNLV spirit beer, the All Watermelon (sour), the cake face (stout) and the silver state. I have to confess, I have had the UNLV spirit and the Silver State before and I'm a big fan of both. Soooo good, especially if you like a lighter beer. Lately, I've been really into sours so I had to try the All the Watermelon one. And then I always have loved stouts. The cake face was sooo good. Definitely liked every beer I tried, which is not typical for when I get beer flights I feel like haha. Such a great local beer spot and loved that they also have some cool new merch you can purchase too. I almost walked out with a Drink Local Beer shirt cuz comeon... so cool. Definitely recommend checking out this place!

Ask the Community - CraftHaus Brewery

Do carry any nut brown ale?

Hi Eric , we do make a Coffee Hazelnut brown ale in the fall, it's called Wundernutz! It's very tasty. Right now we have some barrel aged Russian Imperial stouts, a German dark lager, and a coffee stout. Cheers!

I am looking for a a place to celebrate my pups birthday. Is it true this place is dog friendly?

Is this brewery still kid friendly? I see an answer to this question, but it was 5 years ago. Just making sure that answer is still relevant today.

    Yes we are!

Do you have a coffee stout? If so, do you have it in the can or bottle?

Yes, we do. It's called Belgard, Coffee Stout and we use local coffee roasters Vesta Coffee. It's available year-round packaged in 12 oz cans, six pack format. Cheers!

Do you allow customers to bring outside food in with their brews?

Yes, we do! We encourage you to support locally owned businesses. We have food trucks on beer release days as well. We always offer our menu of cheese plates, charcuterie plates, pretzels made from our spent grain after brewing with dipping sauces,…

    Any dog friendly seating?

CraftHaus is located in an industrial park and I don't recall seeing any outdoor seating.

Wondering if this brewery is kid friendly?

I've never been to a brewery in California that wasn't. In Seattle you'll find a few that don't welcome kids. But your safe here.

Can I buy beer to go?

Yes, growlers and cans are available.

Can you buy growler or crowders here?

    Yes, growler fills

    Are kids allowed?

    Yes they are

    Do they have coder?

Hi, I think you mean cider, yes we do have a few hard cider options.…

Do they serve anything other than beer?

More than just beer my dear. Fine hand crafted beers, sodas, hard ciders and lemonade, cheers

Water Street has come such a long way and I'm happy that there are so many great spots with genuine people. Griff is awesome and so kind, he takes the time to talk with his guests and you feel like part of a club not just a customer. Besides the warm fuzzy feeling you get when visiting here, the beer, ciders and seltzers are SO GOOD! You get the best of both worlds here because I love ciders & seltzers and am not always in the mood for beer like my hubby is, so this is an awesome compromise spot for us to both enjoy a drink. Not to mention Griff always has some delicious concoction up his sleeve that you cannot deny if he offers b/c you'll most likely love it! They do not serve food here but you can order from neighboring restaurants right from your phone and they deliver to your seat! Johnny Mac's is right next door and I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already! I first heard about this place after reading about it in LV Weekly, the feature talked about it being Vegas' only "cidery" which immediately caught my attention. We have tried so many breweries around town and honestly Mojave continues to be on the top of our list. I personally love the Watermelon Sugar High Seltzer (literally tastes like a mimosa with very little juice, which is how I like it) and I really enjoy the Ready Lager One beer, it's made for easy drinking. If you are in the Henderson area, please check it out! You won't be disappointed! Plus they offer flights so you can try a few and then commit to a pint (that's what I usually do)

I know a good amount about distilling whiskey, but they talked about their specific processes and the unique attributes of distilling in the hot desert. After the tour, I spent some time in the awesome tap room. Old School vibe to it, with food that rivals the restaurants on the strip, bartenders who are friendly and make a killer cocktail, and just a great place to chat with folks at the bar and hang out for a quiet evening.
