Loved this place! The inside was decorated so cute, we sat outside and the patio was very comfortable with prompt service. The hostess was very welcoming and several friendly servers stopped to ask me if I had been helped, which was nice as good customer service is pretty hard to find these days. Our server was Troy and he was awesome! I was so happy to see Ube items on the menu so I had my breakfast sandwich with an ube bun and then my friends and I shared the ube bread pudding for desert and it was EPIC! 10/10 would recommend this great brunch spot! read more

The food speaks for itself but the service sucks . We had a reservation for my sister birthday brunch and we were seated in an appropriate timely manner. Soon as we sat down, it was a party of 4 who came 30 minutes after us, was greeted by their server and they drinks and appetizers came out before ours and we all looked at each other shocked then I made a comment to my server about that and she didn't even apologize she just said the food comes out however the screen from the kitchen see first and I was like not true because why didn't we even get our drinks out first or at least an appetizer something to keep us occupied and they take so long to refill your bottomless mimosas it was like every 38 mins a refill would come or we had to mention to our server. Sadly, this was a terrible experience. My mom and I were visiting family in Vegas and thought this would be a great place because we're gluten free. First, when we sat down it took 20 minutes for us to be greeted by a server, then when we ordered our food took 40 minutes to come out. Our food was cold due to sitting on the line so long. My cousin spit out her burger because she thought the meat tasted spoiled. When she ordered something else they wanted to charge me for the bad burger. I argued with the server and she called over the manager which took 15 minutes to speak with her. Then the manager was defensive and said just because she didn't like her burger doesn't mean we're not going to charge you. I said "the meat tasted spoiled!" That was crazy they were defensive and not customer service oriented at all. I had really high expectations as the ambiance and look of everyone else's food looked amazing. I was greatly disappointed. Ultimately she refunded the burger but it took a lot to get it. Not a pleasant experience. read more

The Yelp waitlist was super convenient, especially on the Saturday of a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving). Our server was super nice and gave us two containers of waters for our dogs. My sister and I shared the Potato Cake & Smoked Salmon Benny, as well as the Chorizo Skillet. I'm glad we did because I like to try a couple things, but also, I don't think I would've wanted to eat the entire dish of either. It was nice to have both. The potato cakes were good and the smoked salmon tasted fresh. The Chorizo Skillet had good-sized potatoes and had a Mexican casserole sort of feel to it. read more

This has quickly become one of our favorite brunch spots to visit every Sunday. We've been a number of times and the drinks, food, and service are always wonderful. We've had the chilaquiles, a couple different types of waffles, berry pancakes, and a couple varieties of their benedicts. The only time I wasn't pleased with my food the server took it off the tab, and was happy to replace it with something I'd enjoy more. (The Benedict sauce had come out v runny and separated bc the kitchen was absolutely slammed that day. Other than that we've always had perfect plates!) The staff takes the time to remember their regulars and the outdoor seating is always comfortable. We finally had the opportunity to dine at Craftkitchen. We love eating at local restaurants. We arrived and were quickly greeted and seated. Our server did take a short time to visit us. Everyone was very nice. The restaurant is nice inside. Lot's of room. Great atmosphere. The server was nice and helpful with the menu. We ordered family style and it was the right way to experience several great dishes. Everything we had was awesome. The only knock is on the service. We had to wait to order anything. When we had the opportunity we ordered drinks and food. The food arrived before the Old Fashions did. In fact we were halfway through dinner before the drinks arrived. Ate breakfast here with my husband and another couple during the week. I ordered a churro waffle and boy was I sorry! Way too sugary sweet smothered in a very sweet sauce too, definitely a dessert and not a breakfast item. We were seated outside at our request which was nice, however didn't realize by sitting outside we wouldn't get much attention from the waitresses who stayed inside hanging around the counter. Went to the new happy hour tonight at Craft Kitchen and have to say it was super! I'm going to give this an A+! The interior design is extremely relaxing and inviting, the happy hour menu was wonderful. I had the shrimp tacos and hummus, and give a compliment to the chef! I'm excited to go back next time for dinner and I thank the owners for giving us a restaurant that has crossed its "T's and dotted its I's". This place is great, I've had delivery and ate here, it's quite the trendy place. I got the harvest bowl when I did delivery it was very good and fresh,at the location I had the crab cake benedict, my with had the quiche. The eggs came out cooked all the way through however they happily sent another two out without any worry.The quiche wasn't quite worth 5 stars however still a notable quiche. It's my second time at this place but when I saw them at Bite of Las Vegas event and they have Ube bread and Ube pastries---Im determined to try out this place again. Sunday is a bit crowded so I used their Yelp waitlist app, we checked in and after 5mins we were seated. We ordered the following:: Ube bread pudding - Must try and don't forget to ask for their coconut sauce which added flavor and warmth to the delicious bread. Yum Pork Carnitas Omelet - it was ok but not something to crave for, I think it needed a toasted bread to compliment the meal. I also ordered their truffle fries - I love it! Try it and you will not be disappointed. My friend ordered the CK breakfast - 2 eggs, sausage and smashed potatoes. When we ordered we were told by our server that the smashed potatoes comes with rosemary but it taste like plain smashed potatoes maybe they change their menu. I had the worst experience for lunch today! Im super disappointed in the food and service! our server Kaycelynn was inattentive and barely came by to check on us and for the refills i had to flag down the supervisor to help i was dying of thirst. she said she will get our server after 5-10 mins we got the refills lol she could have easily gave me the refill and avoided us waiting longer but i guess that shows u why the team isnt attentive the supervisor isnt either My food was warm and unenjoyable. We got the short rib hash with egg and it was about $18 per person plus drinks so about $55 for two for lunch!!! super high priced for what u get, the service is really bad here! I came here before the pandemic many times and it was great but not anymore... i wont be coming back here again and i highly recommend not to go here the food is a hit n miss and service has always be ok. not worth the hype and $$ read more

My hubby and I came here on a Saturday with surprisingly any wait! The unlimited mimosa option was great (and strong!) I had the pomegranate and mango both good. The fries were very tasty and I had the taco carnitas omelet which was great but we both felt the portions could be larger for the price. That said the Mango cream dessert was out of this world! One of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Henderson! We live all the way up in Summerlin, but if we meet up with friends for brunch, this place is definitely the spot. Being able to join the waitlist here on Yelp is super convenient because it's always busy! And it's nice that that they have a patio area and allow dogs. Today we had: Starter: spinach and feta kouign-amann. Main dishes: crab cake benedict and strawberry cheesecake crispy french toast. The kouign-amann was a nice and savory appetizer. The crab cake benedict had a lemon caper hollandaise sauce that complemented it really well. And the crispy french toast was a weekend special and was super filling. The atmosphere was truly amazing and comfortable. I love that they had a Vegan option on the menu and all their hot coffee drinks had the option to be made with Almond milk. The bad part was it took over 15+ minutes to receive my Cappuccino. Apparently they only have one person making the hot drinks. My server Aaron didn't give me a heads up that it was going to take this long. He wasn't very tentative. I'm thinking he had something on his mind today (2/17/22) The food made up for the lack up of service. The food was cook to perfection and absolutely delicious . I will definitely be back.
