Chicken Parmigiano Di Pollo Panini and side pasta
    Robert G.

Came here for dinner while in town. Nice ambiance and good service. Decent menu options. Prices are a bit high. Got the Ceaser salad and the $5 bread. Bread is now extra at most restaurants! Pizza was very good, chicken parm was decent but $8 extra for small side of pasta so really $39. Food was good and there are many choices for Italian in Vegas!

FOOD ***** Calamari ***** (5/5) Crunchy and moist--if there is such a thing. Flavorable and fresh. You bite into it and it sort of melts in your mouth. Didn't even know calamari could do this. Delightful Chicken Marsala ***** (5/5) In-house homemade noodles. OMGosh! So good! Sauce/gravy had a little sweetness to it. So so good! I'm not even a fan but this was the best I ever had and I would order again. Hubby ordered this and allowed me to try. Shrimp Scampi **** (4/5) In-house homemade noodles. Love the noodles. Maybe a tad more seasoning would have been nice but still pretty good. Risotto***** freshly made with rice. House made bread ***** fresh and made in house. SERVICE ***** Mandy was outstanding. Knowledgeable of the menu and a breath of fresh hair AMBIANCE***** Sexy & chic. Great for date night, girls or boys night. Have a bar area. Very luxurious. So glad we decided to try it and will be back.

I think i found my next Italian Pasta spot! Ate here for a late lunch with my daughter during Mothers day. Had ordered a pizza and the Pesto Pasta! SOOOOO GOOD!! Service- Awesome wait staff. very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Ambiance - cute little resto, with a full bar and outside seating avail.

This is a favorite in our house. My 6 year old requested this for dinner to celebrate her birthday and we gladly obliged. Having gone a handful of times and experienced different servers, shopped around the menu and explored most of the cocktail menu, this has become a staple stop in our neighborhood. The pizzas are generous size, delicious and will make you make the tough decision of ordering a pizza with your entree or not. The chefs specials have been a home run every time and they listen to the people and add the favorites as menu items. A sleeper item on the menu as well is the bread, don't skip it! Service. The service is always great. The staff checks in regularly and has several fine dining tendencies that carry over through out the visit but still keep it a little more relaxed and friendly than fine dining. The staff also always takes the time to make it a special experience for my 6 year old. The atmosphere is busy and upbeat. You'll find a mixture of casual families to formal date night folks in the crowd. It is an upscale casual experience that you can bring the whole family to.

What a cute place! My sister and I came for brunch one Saturday morning before heading out for shopping right as they opened. Wasn't super busy, but we did do a reservation just in case. I really liked the interior, really cute. There was lots of seating, including bar seating. Our server was attentive and very kind, she was also very on top of it! They weirdly didn't have coffee drinks on the menu, but they did have brown sugar syrup and was able to do simple lattes which was very kind. I ordered the eggs benedict and we got the fruit plate to share. What intrigued me about the benedict that made me get it was that it was on foccacia rather than english muffin and had prosciutto. I loved it! The portion was big and the food tasted great. I'd love to come back to try their dinner menu.

I only had a cocktail, while the other ladies had ordered prior to our arrival. They had a salad and prosciutto pizza, plus a special noodle and seafood dish. The place was busy for a Friday however not packed. The decor is a nice gold and black with a view of the kitchen and pizza oven.

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Staff Non-Perk: Paying Ambiance: Modern, casual vibe with warm lighting and a relaxed Dress: Smart Casual Noise: Low to Med Temperature: Comfy Recommend: 100% Response Time: Medium Professionalism: 100% Date: 1/10/26 Dissertation: Stopped by Nudo Italiano and had a good overall experience thanks to the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which always makes a big difference. The food, however, was... okay, not a lot of flavor. Bread was cold as well as the veggies. Not bad by any means, just not something that really stood out. One of those meals where everything is perfectly fine, but you're probably not going to be thinking about it the next day. That said, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant, so it was still an enjoyable visit. Sometimes great staff can carry the whole experience and here, they definitely did.

What a find -- just two minutes from my house. Authentic, family-owned, with house-made pastas and true Neapolitan-style pizzas. The food is fantastic. We actually went twice in a few days. The Mushroom pizza was incredible. The Margherita was spot on. Calamari was outstanding and the perfect size. The meatballs were excellent -- order the focaccia with them, it's a must. Everything we tried was really good, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. The only miss for me was the gelato. Already looking forward to working my way through more of the menu.

We had the best dinner at Nudo Italiano and I already can't wait to go back. First of all, our server Sergio was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and just made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. You can tell he really knows the food and cares about service. 10/10 energy. The food was seriously so good. Their pasta is handmade and you can absolutely taste the difference, the texture was perfect and it just felt authentic. The Neapolitan pizza is what they're known for and it did not disappoint. The crust had that perfect char, super airy but still sturdy, and the flavors were so fresh. We did get the pizza well done! I loved every bite. The Caesar salad was sooo good!! It was fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. I just wish there was a tiny bit more dressing because it was that good. The focaccia was okay, just slightly on the stale side, but still decent with all the toppings. The drinks? so strong. And I loved that for us. Definitely worth it. We got the italiano paloma as a cocktail and a riesling. The tiramisu was so yummy. Light, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending. The decor inside is so cute and cozy too and it has that modern Italian vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Overall, such a great experience and I will absolutely be back.

Came here again because Amanda does such an excellent job running the show. You need to ask for her specifically. The pizza always hits and the vibe is intimate yet lively.

This spot is a bit tricky to find at first--the entrance and parking are tucked in the back, so you could easily miss it from the main road. But once inside, it opens up into a really well-designed space with beautiful decor and a warm, lively vibe. We sat at one of the high-top tables, and what stood out right away was how social and easygoing the atmosphere felt. People around us were casually striking up conversations, asking how the food was--it had that rare mix of being relaxed but still feeling like a place people put effort into (everyone was surprisingly well-dressed). The food delivered. Everything we had was flavorful and well-executed, and the pizza in particular was excellent--crispy, balanced, and clearly made with care. Drinks were just as good, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it's one of those hidden spots that feels both casual and elevated at the same time. Definitely worth seeking out.

Unfortunately we left hungry. The portions were small. Calamari onky had 7 slices in it and the breadding didn't stick to it. The white aauce that came with it was not good but the marinara was food. No lemon comes with it so that sucked. Her steak and my lasagna arrived cold. Not sure why restaurants rely on heated lamps when they dont seem to work, plus at my family's restaurant you had to bring the food at once and not wait for everyone's meal to be ready and bring because the meals done first will cool off. My lasgans was about 2 inches thick and was liquidy and falling about. Hardly any meat and ricotta cheese in it. Flavor was good I'll give them that. My wife's steak looked big but it was a thick as a breakfast steak. Again tasted good. Her veggies were not allot and the potatoes in it was about 1 inch diameter. Service was slow and it semed like just one waitress was working and she had someone else serving food. Maybe someone called in sick? And maybe that is why the food arrived cold. My limoncello drink was good. I would have given this a higher rating but an Italian restaurant that doesnt serve free Italian bread and makes the customer, esp an Italian-American ask for grated cheese is not good as far as I am concerned. Also no spaghetti in itslian soup in the menu? How a child suppose to eat Italian and spin otlr slurp spaghetti? Where's the fun in that. SMH. There are others with btter prices or same prices but bigger portions, like Trattoria Italian, Alexxa on LV BLVD or Gaetanos.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

An Incredible Hidden Gem on Silverado Ranch!…read more If you're on the hunt for a standout culinary destination in Las Vegas, look no further than **Rustic House** on Silverado Ranch. I stumbled upon this gem during a lazy Sunday afternoon, and from the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its inviting atmosphere and unique charm. Daily Specials & The Legendary Sunday Steaks One of the standout features of Rustic House is their impressive lineup of daily specials that cover both drinks and food, ensuring there's always an enticing reason to visit any day of the week. However, my Sunday experience was particularly remarkable due to one of their most talked-about offerings: **50% off steaks**! I couldn't resist trying their gigantic **16 oz NY Strip** (served à la carte), which the friendly staff highly recommended. To accompany my steak, I decided on two delectable sides: crispy **fries** and perfectly cooked **asparagus**. My total for this hearty meal came out to just $46 before tip, which I found to be exceptional. Sure, there are cheaper cuts around town, but considering the generous portion size and the quality of the sides, it felt like an unbeatable deal. he Food & The Verdict Now, let's talk about the food. The NY Strip was nothing short of magnificent--cooked to an ideal medium-rare with a beautifully seared crust, it was seasoned but effectively, allowing the natural flavors of the beef to shine. Each bite was tender and juicy, making it clear that this steak was sourced with care and skillfully prepared. The chili sauce I decided to have on the side was a nice touch, but I would rather dip it than have it on my steak, in my personal opinion. The sides did not disappoint either! The fries were golden and crispy, seasoned just right, while the asparagus was fresh and vibrant, adding a perfect touch of brightness to the meal. The ambiance of Rustic House enhanced the experience; the decor exuded a rustic charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. This place completely blew me away, and I'm already eagerly planning my next visit, this time accompanied by a friend so we can dive into their steak and lobster special together. Rustic House has certainly earned a spot on my go-to list for great food and incredible value. If you're looking to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience, do yourself a favor and check out Rustic House! Five stars all the way!

The service was very good and the bar area had plenty of video poker machines open. The food was surprising good and were generously portioned. They have a players card and seem to have pretty good odds. The best part is that it's smoke free so you're not having to sit next to a smoker if you don't smoke. This was a quick stop and dinner and didn't have time to take pics. prices were reasonable and it's located near the Krispy Kreme so that's a win too! We will be back to try out more of the dishes, watch some sports, and just enjoy the open smoke free ambiance.

We started with a few apps. Salmon Skin Tacos which we devoured before getting a pic. The Steak Tartar is very reminiscent of a Korean Yukwei with a great fermented salty kick. The Spare Rib with coffee glaze was fall apart tender but still had a great crust. We moved to entrees and had the Strip Steak and the Braised Short Ribs. Both were delicious the only hit I might give is I thought the short rib could have used just a touch of salt but when paired with the Kimchi Fried Rice it balanced nicely. We were too full for dessert so didn't give those whirl this time. Big shout out to Calyn our server who was friendly, pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be coming back

Also, a wonderful drink menu filled with lots of mixed drinks with exotic flavors. Not the regular/boring expected dishes here. Everything seems to be cooked fresh and made to order. The trout is very eye catching. No bones. Amazing! Very easy to eat for a whole fish. A+! My only dislike was the rough rap with vulgar lyrics being played when enjoying such creative and levelled-up cuisine with friends and familly. Luckily, we had no younger members dining. (Songs had vulgarities spoken, sexual aspects and lot of "N" words) Later in the evening, the restaurant transforms into more of a bar setting. This after dinner time seems more appropriate for this type of rap music to chill and relax.

Fried white trout in almost an au jus sauce. Very savory, but maybe a tad too salty.
