Having been about a year since we first dined here we wanted to try this place out again and had the perfect opportunity in that it was my mother in law's birthday and she's a big fan of Italian cuisine (who isn't). I'm happy to share that the service issues from our first visit have been more than made up for and the food was once again excellent. Dinner for three on a Sunday night at 5:30pm (I hate eating that early but when you have an 80-year old in your party these are the things you deal with ). Our server Sandra was wonderful and took great care of us. She refilled our waters and soft drinks multiple times and was so friendly and welcoming. The food runners and bussers are also working very hard to take care of everything. We started with the meatballs, focaccia and the eggplant parmigiana for appetizers. They were all outstanding but the eggplant really impressed. It's perfectly tender in a lovely light egg batter. The bread is the perfect accompaniment to sop up the red sauce from the delicious meatballs. I ordered the branzino for my entree and loved it. The skin was perfectly crisp without overcooking the fish. Very well done. Wife and her mom shared a couple of chicken dishes (they only eat chicken breast in their family lol) which I didn't try but they reported as good. We shared two sides - the Brussels sprouts and the risotto. I really enjoyed the sprouts - roasted to just tender inside with crispy outside. The risotto was the only item I tried and didn't care for - it was overcooked beyond the toothsome texture you want which resulted in a bowl of mush. We wanted to try a dessert so we went with the peach cobbler pizza since that wasn't on the menu the last time we dined here. We were very impressed with the flavors and especially with the super fresh pizza dough. Definitely recommended. Overall we're so pleased to have this caliber of restaurant so close to our neighborhood and even more pleased they've made it this long being so close to Green Valley ("Where culinary dreams go to die"). Dinner for three came to $197 before tax and tip which we felt was an excellent value considering the food quality. That included two soft drinks and two glasses of good wine. We had plenty of yummy leftovers to take home.

Great atmosphere with good Italian food. + Calamari ($19): very meaty and yummy calamari with tomato sauce and thinner based mayo. The sweet drop peppers had a unique sweet flavor (8/10) + Parmigiano Di Pollo ($32): expected it to be a tad bigger but enjoyed it all with the burrata and basil on top (7.8/10)

FOOD ***** Calamari ***** (5/5) Crunchy and moist--if there is such a thing. Flavorable and fresh. You bite into it and it sort of melts in your mouth. Didn't even know calamari could do this. Delightful Chicken Marsala ***** (5/5) In-house homemade noodles. OMGosh! So good! Sauce/gravy had a little sweetness to it. So so good! I'm not even a fan but this was the best I ever had and I would order again. Hubby ordered this and allowed me to try. Shrimp Scampi **** (4/5) In-house homemade noodles. Love the noodles. Maybe a tad more seasoning would have been nice but still pretty good. Risotto***** freshly made with rice. House made bread ***** fresh and made in house. SERVICE ***** Mandy was outstanding. Knowledgeable of the menu and a breath of fresh hair AMBIANCE***** Sexy & chic. Great for date night, girls or boys night. Have a bar area. Very luxurious. So glad we decided to try it and will be back.

Came here for dinner while in town. Nice ambiance and good service. Decent menu options. Prices are a bit high. Got the Ceaser salad and the $5 bread. Bread is now extra at most restaurants! Pizza was very good, chicken parm was decent but $8 extra for small side of pasta so really $39. Food was good and there are many choices for Italian in Vegas!

You guys.!! (First timer here) But OH MY EFFING GOD..... This food is 100/10. The carbonara pizza is TO-DIE-FOR. Like literally. I'd kill for this pizza. The noodles are homemade, al dente and PERFECTION. Don't get me started on the focaccia bread. Licking the damn bowl clean. I'm screaming with my hands rn.

This is a favorite in our house. My 6 year old requested this for dinner to celebrate her birthday and we gladly obliged. Having gone a handful of times and experienced different servers, shopped around the menu and explored most of the cocktail menu, this has become a staple stop in our neighborhood. The pizzas are generous size, delicious and will make you make the tough decision of ordering a pizza with your entree or not. The chefs specials have been a home run every time and they listen to the people and add the favorites as menu items. A sleeper item on the menu as well is the bread, don't skip it! Service. The service is always great. The staff checks in regularly and has several fine dining tendencies that carry over through out the visit but still keep it a little more relaxed and friendly than fine dining. The staff also always takes the time to make it a special experience for my 6 year old. The atmosphere is busy and upbeat. You'll find a mixture of casual families to formal date night folks in the crowd. It is an upscale casual experience that you can bring the whole family to.

What a cute place! My sister and I came for brunch one Saturday morning before heading out for shopping right as they opened. Wasn't super busy, but we did do a reservation just in case. I really liked the interior, really cute. There was lots of seating, including bar seating. Our server was attentive and very kind, she was also very on top of it! They weirdly didn't have coffee drinks on the menu, but they did have brown sugar syrup and was able to do simple lattes which was very kind. I ordered the eggs benedict and we got the fruit plate to share. What intrigued me about the benedict that made me get it was that it was on foccacia rather than english muffin and had prosciutto. I loved it! The portion was big and the food tasted great. I'd love to come back to try their dinner menu.

I only had a cocktail, while the other ladies had ordered prior to our arrival. They had a salad and prosciutto pizza, plus a special noodle and seafood dish. The place was busy for a Friday however not packed. The decor is a nice gold and black with a view of the kitchen and pizza oven.

What a find -- just two minutes from my house. Authentic, family-owned, with house-made pastas and true Neapolitan-style pizzas. The food is fantastic. We actually went twice in a few days. The Mushroom pizza was incredible. The Margherita was spot on. Calamari was outstanding and the perfect size. The meatballs were excellent -- order the focaccia with them, it's a must. Everything we tried was really good, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. The only miss for me was the gelato. Already looking forward to working my way through more of the menu.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which always makes a big difference. The food, however, was... okay, not a lot of flavor. Bread was cold as well as the veggies. Not bad by any means, just not something that really stood out. One of those meals where everything is perfectly fine, but you're probably not going to be thinking about it the next day. That said, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant, so it was still an enjoyable visit. Sometimes great staff can carry the whole experience and here, they definitely did.

We had the best dinner at Nudo Italiano and I already can't wait to go back. First of all, our server Sergio was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and just made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. You can tell he really knows the food and cares about service. 10/10 energy. The food was seriously so good. Their pasta is handmade and you can absolutely taste the difference, the texture was perfect and it just felt authentic. The Neapolitan pizza is what they're known for and it did not disappoint. The crust had that perfect char, super airy but still sturdy, and the flavors were so fresh. We did get the pizza well done! I loved every bite. The Caesar salad was sooo good!! It was fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. I just wish there was a tiny bit more dressing because it was that good. The focaccia was okay, just slightly on the stale side, but still decent with all the toppings. The drinks? so strong. And I loved that for us. Definitely worth it. We got the italiano paloma as a cocktail and a riesling. The tiramisu was so yummy. Light, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending. The decor inside is so cute and cozy too and it has that modern Italian vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Overall, such a great experience and I will absolutely be back.

Located in the Uncommons, I parked in their parking structure. I hung out for longer than 2 hours so I think that's why I paid $3 for parking at the end of the night. Entrance located in the Quad Area. Our waitress Bella was sweet and recommended the right drinks. We tried the Li Hung Hula margarita, Monkey In A Tree piña colada, and the Oso Panda signature cocktail. All drinks tasted amazing and looked very good. I loved the ambiance of this place. They have outdoor patio seating and inside seating. It gives a comfy feel with their seat cushions, small tables, and stools. I noticed it got busier as the night got later. They have one T.V. that they had on when I came in but was covered up by the time I left. I definitely recommend this place. Glad I came after dinner as they do not serve food here. I would definitely come again!

I will say on weekend nights, I had always seen this place crowded and lively. I was for sure curious. On a weekday evening, I strolled into this venue. It had great chill music and had some customers, but not busy at all. The weather had been a little more humid than usual and with the full opened walls/doors to the outside patio, it was a bit warm, little muggy sitting at the bar. The decor is really nice though, a really good tiki vibe. The bartender addressed us right away and we were first looking for an espresso martini but they had a Carajillo, which was explained to be a Spanish version of an espresso martini. The bartender said it was really good. We got it - and you have to expect something that is the same as the espresso martini. The flavor was alright, but the knock for me was that it was all ice. There was very little drink in it. The agua fresca was a winner - the Sundown Sipper. It was refreshing and a great blend of juices. Not tart, perfect amount of sweet tropical flavor. I did really enjoy this. If you're not a drinker, you have options here.

I booked my reservation about 3 weeks ago and confirmed if I could also bring a cake. They told me it was fine to do. Upon entering, there's a cute formal sitting area perfect for photos and a large center bar that had serving chairs around it. The host was nice and asked if I had reservations, I told her yes and I asked if she can take the cake to be served after our meal. She gave it to a busier for them to take it in the back. We got seated immediately. Our server was the best! She greeted us as soon as we sat down. She gave us the run down for the cocktails and the highlights for the dishes. I also asked her about vegan options since one of my friend is vegan. She gave him a few options to choose from and gave him some of their house sough dough bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. He went with the spicy rigatoni and he devoured the dish lol. She was attentive making sure we were alright with everything. The house bead was so airy and light. The cocktail I tried was the magic mushroom. It was so good I got two of them lol. For appetizers, I ordered the scallop ceviche and coastal oysters which was fresh and just the right amount of seasoning. On to the main course; I had the salmon dish which had a shredded coleslaw on top and the creamy special sauce on the bottom. The fish was cooked perfectly every bite was delicious. Towards the end of our dinner our server sent out my cake and gave us their house made chocolate chip cookies to go!! Thank you Guest House for making my B-Day celebration a special one!!! Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

We ordered the Imperial Rolls, Salmon Skin Tacos, Butternut Risotto and Bao Buns. The Imperial Rolls were crispy and full of flavor, and the tacos were delicious. The risotto was a generous portion and very rich, so we couldn't finish it--but thankfully we were able to take some home! The Bao Buns looked amazing and came with shrimp chips, but by then we were way too full, so we each took one home to enjoy later. I had a Riesling and my friend enjoyed the "As You Wish" cocktail. The vibe was cool, with a nice bar area, and our server Kayla was wonderful--friendly, attentive and welcoming. Overall, a really enjoyable dinner with great food and service!

The Black Sheep - Fried white trout in almost an au jus sauce. Very savory, but maybe a tad too salty.
