She clarifies the cost to deliver, total amount, if I want to add anything extra such as balloons, etc. The prices are extremely reasonable and the flowers my wife receives for her birthday and Valentines day each year always exceed my expectations for what I'm being charged. I tried the online flower delivery services previously and those flowers required my wife to assemble the flowers and vase herself in addition to arriving at the end of the work day sometimes causing me to spoil the surprise and tell her to wait a work for her flowers. Later, I saw more of her work, at the Kuhio Village Towers condo, and, more recently, at the Waikiki Banyan condo/hotel. I'm an eye witness to the fact that she is an absolute ARTIST, GENIUS, and WIZARD, when it comes to plants. She knows plants which can live in a pot indoors, with no sunlight, no fresh air, and little or no watering or fertilizing, i.e., virtually maintenance free, and yet they remain green, healthy, and beautiful, and do not shed any leaves or anything else. They are some kind of cave-dweller plants, and can grow big. Under her direction, the plants and landscaping at the Waikiki Banyan changed from the former "so-so", "okay" job, to a striking exhibit of beautiful artistry and impressive mastery with plants. I've never in my life known of anyone else who is better with plants than Susan Knott of the Why Knott Nursery.

I loved looking around at all the plants. As in most places in Hawai'i, if you're prone to getting bug bites (aka me), you might wanna spray on some protection or cover up. I love that they have a mix of plants, produce, and really cute products. Everything you'd need from moss poles, spray bottles, ceramic pots of all sizes. I even got a really cute plant sticker for my water bottle.

However, at the event itself i saw pets walking on leashes so maybe they became flexible day of? it was too hot on a summer day so poor doggies to be walking on hot pavement. :( i kept them away from the market inside and if i saw food planted on the ground etc. the food vendors had a separate area off to the side which was really hard to get to with a stroller with all the gravel so i decided to skip it too. at the event there was barely no parking - i luckily found street parking in the housing area and walked over which took about 15 minutes i think. During the event the road is super narrow and only one car can get in and out of the housing area around mari's garden.
