She clarifies the cost to deliver, total amount, if I want to add anything extra such as balloons, etc. The prices are extremely reasonable and the flowers my wife receives for her birthday and Valentines day each year always exceed my expectations for what I'm being charged. I tried the online flower delivery services previously and those flowers required my wife to assemble the flowers and vase herself in addition to arriving at the end of the work day sometimes causing me to spoil the surprise and tell her to wait a work for her flowers. Judys always gets the flowers to my wife early in the day, fully assembled. I will always go to Judys for all my floral needs!

Up until now, they've always done a great job, but this recent experience for Mother's Day was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery driver brought the wrong bouquet. I paid $209.41 (including delivery), but my mom received a bouquet that was clearly not what I ordered later confirmed to be a lower priced arrangement. I had to call customer service, who then contacted the driver immediately. While I appreciate that they responded quickly, it still took about 47 minutes for the driver to return, take back the incorrect bouquet, and retrieve the correct one from the truck. When the correct arrangement finally arrived, the presentation was still off. The vase was too short for the flowers, making the bouquet look unbalanced and like it was falling out. For over $200, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. On top of that, the company advertised "free delivery," but that only applied to very limited areas on the island. I still had to pay a delivery fee despite the initial mistake being entirely on their end, which felt misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before, but this one really missed the mark.

Later, I saw more of her work, at the Kuhio Village Towers condo, and, more recently, at the Waikiki Banyan condo/hotel. I'm an eye witness to the fact that she is an absolute ARTIST, GENIUS, and WIZARD, when it comes to plants. She knows plants which can live in a pot indoors, with no sunlight, no fresh air, and little or no watering or fertilizing, i.e., virtually maintenance free, and yet they remain green, healthy, and beautiful, and do not shed any leaves or anything else. They are some kind of cave-dweller plants, and can grow big. Under her direction, the plants and landscaping at the Waikiki Banyan changed from the former "so-so", "okay" job, to a striking exhibit of beautiful artistry and impressive mastery with plants. I've never in my life known of anyone else who is better with plants than Susan Knott of the Why Knott Nursery.
