They gave me all the information that I needed to go back to the dealership to get my money back and return the car. Natalie in the front, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. this will absolutely be the shop that I will be taking any of my cars to to have repairs done! Tried this new shop and so glad I did. Courteous, even if you are not sure what is going on with your car. Accurate diagnosis and fixed on one visit. Certified mechanics are nice to talk with, and yes, you can talk with the mechanic directly. No bogus laundry list of "emergencies" recommended when you go to pay the bill. What was recommended is what I know it does need. The car is a 23 year old Chrysler with a Mitsubishi engine with the service engine light. The correction was to locate and fix one vacuum leak, replace the EGR valve, and replace the upstream O2 sensor. Service engine lights is off and stays off, idle is smooth and the car is back to running great. Highly recommend. read more

The repair took longer than expected, and I later learned it was because disassembling the wheel to access the puncture was more complicated than usual. Throughout the visit, the manager, Ian, was incredibly friendly and kept me updated on what was happening. To my surprise, he made the repair complimentary as a gesture for the wait. I had a very bad experience with this repair shop. I left my car with them for a simple service, and during their "test drive", their technician crashed my vehicle. This was completely due to their negligence. The situation caused me a huge inconvenience, delays, and unnecessary stress. Communication was poor, and I felt like they weren't taking full responsibility for the damage they caused. A repair shop should protect customers' cars, not damage them. I went to Craftsman Auto Care because I couldn't figure out how to install my new wiper blades and I was getting desperate because of an upcoming trip. We frankly had stoped going there when it was an NTB, because we didn't like the service. Matt offered to come out to the car and inside 2 minutes had the old ones off and the new ones on. Incredible service! Made the mistake of purchasing tires from another shop and it went downhill from there. End of the day, original shop refused to fix a screw in the brand new tire and told me it had to be replaced. Took more than three hours to come up with that answer. Grabbed the truck and went to Craftsman, plugged and patched in 30 minutes. They did it for free and in less than an hour. Awesome service for a Friday afternoon.
