My friend referred me to come to Craftsman Collision. I was a little skeptical at first since the last shop I went to botched re-attaching my front bumper and the fact that this shop was extremely out of my way but at least it was close to my office. I couldn't be happier with the work done to my Corolla. There are no gaps in between the front bumper and fender. It looks as if it just came off the lot. Communication was great. Jason gave me updates about my vehicle every step of the way. Mike made sure that my car was ready on time. I would definitely come back here again. Came here after my vehicle was in an accident. I interacted most with Abby, Carlos, and Jose, all of whom were very courteous and had excellent customer service. They are great with their communication and keeping you updated. They told me when my car would be completed and kept to that date. They also updated me along the way. You feel really taken care of, unlike other repair shops where you get a lot of radio silence for a while. I also was helped by Abby and Jose as I was collecting my personal belongings from my car. They even helped me carry them out to my rental car! Super sweet people who care about their customers. I also was offered assistance multiple times by Carlos when it came to understanding my insurance claim and they said if I ever needed help understanding anything, they'd be happy to help. Naomi, the receptionist, is by far the most organized and nicest receptionist I've ever met. She makes the other receptionists seem lackluster, to be honest. The others don't seem as organized or friendly. One receptionist even lost an envelope with cash in it (not my envelope but I observed her hunting around for it). Naomi is AMAZING. Side note: wonderful refreshments in the waiting area! Office is spacious and clean. The shop itself is also very clean and organized. I would give this place five stars but my car wasn't completed correctly the first time; my rear view camera was no longer working when I picked up my car. As a result, I had to bring it back in and it was time consuming, of course. But the great customer service made it not a terrible experience despite having to spend an afternoon at the office waiting for them to figure out what happened to my rear view camera. read more

Can't recommend craftsman collision enough! After my brand new F-150 was rear ended 2 weeks after I purchased it, they took care of everything without any hassle. Claudia and Josh were great and made the whole process smooth. Both kept me informed throughout the process and sent pics, texts, etc. My truck is now back to its original shape after having the bumper replaced and sensors recalibrated. Im so sad to give this bad review. I had been there once before for a previous repair, and the associate who handle us before was amazing. This time we where informed we could pick up our car Wednesday. After calling out Wednesday they said Thursday. I explained to them that I could not do Thursday due to work. I could pick it up early Friday morning at 7am or else have to wait till Monday because we would be out of town. we compromised and agreed on 7:30 am no later because i would be late for work. I arrived at 7:20 am money in hand excited to pick up my car. I waiyed patiently knowing i had arrived early. At 7:30 he tells me my car is almost ready. An hour goes by and they are just finishing up! I waited and hour and a half for a car that should have been done yesterday! It wouldn't have bothered me so much if they would have just had me pick it up on Monday! Why play with my emotions and even worse why play with my time and money! read more

My Insurance estimate was done by another shop which I'm sure also would've done very good work but I came here to get a second estimate and was so pleased by how easy and pleasant everything was, and how friendly everyone was, I opted to do the repair here. Great service and progress updates. I went to this shop through my insurance after a fender-bender. I was impressed at their thorough analysis of the damage, and that they correctly identified previous damage not part of the claim. This means they are paying attention and know what they are doing, which I appreciate. James was really friendly and on-top of things. Updates were emailed nearly daily. Claudia up front really takes her job seriously and is really helpful. She scared me half-to-death with a joke, but I do appreciate the lighthearted, friendly attitude. Shop is clean as a whistle, and HUGE, obviously well equipped. In the end the price for the repair was very very reasonable IMHO, using mostly second-hand parts, but the quality (paint, functionality, cleanliness) was impressive. Highly recommend. read more

The best part was the free transportation they provided , it really helped simplify the process. When I mentioned to them I wouldn't be able to pick up my car on Friday they pushed it so I could pick it up on Thursday. They did a beautiful job fixing my passenger side and even made the inside look immaculate! I really appreciate the extra effort this company made in making this as painless as possible. Where do I begin? Well, I was in an accident on a Tuesday morning. I was side swiped by an idiot and the car spun out of control. It was a terrible accident. After speaking to claims at AAA (which is a wonderful company may I add) they suggested this business since it was close to the scene and my home. I brought my battered car into this place and hour later after the accident I was greeted by the beautiful Claudia, who also called me prior to coming in. They already had my information and all I had to do was sign paperwork which only took a few moments. They provided me with transportation home. I called to follow up the next day which was Wednesday and was told by Richard that they are trying for Friday and guess what by Friday the same week, my car was done! It was beautiful and looked brand new! I hugged Richard, I'm sure he thought I was nuts but hugged me back! Lol. Needles to say the process was seamless and the customer service and quality was excellent. I had a mishap on the freeway, not sure if something hit me or I hit something but I have a bent wheel cover to show for it. I wasn't sure if the car was okay to drive, since I commute from Long Beach to Pasadena, it's an important question. AAA insurance suggested Craftsman Collision and so I stopped by and talked to Michael Godfrey, Estimator. He took my car for a drive, reassured me I had nothing to worry about, gave me a couple of suggestions on how to handle the replacement of the tire cover when I have the extra cash. I was really thankful that Michael didn't put me through any unnecessary estimating costs or take advantage of my insurance - and he was sensitive to my concerns. I would recommend this shop to anyone - they have integrity. read more

My experience with Craftsman Collision USA was horrible. My vehicle was towed to the shop on March 20, 2018 for repairs, the young man I was working with by the name of Gerry did a full walk-through of my vehicle. He and I pointed out damages to the vehicle from the accident to be repaired, he ensured me that my vehicle is in good hands and that I will have my vehicle back and looking as of it was never in an accident. After not hearing from anyone at Craftsman Collision for about two weeks I decided to go up there to check on the progress of my vehicle. To my surprise Gerry no longer works for the company and someone else is handling my vehicle. (My vehicle was just sitting at this shop for two weeks with no work being done to it) No one called to inform me of any of this. A young man by the name of Fernando spoke to me and apologize, he indicated he will be taking over and keeping me updated on everything (which he did not do) his communication was horrible, I was the one calling and going up to the shop to check on my vehicle, his customer service was horrible, he wasn't answering any of my questions he would just try to go around them and not give me a direct answers. I then became unhappy, irritated, frustrate, and I just completely wasn't satisfied... After me constantly calling and going up there is when he decided to start contacting me via text with information about my vehicle. I also spoke to another young man named Joshua when Fernando wasn't available, Joshua tried to make me feel better about the situation but he didn't do a good job. My vehicle was in this shop for over a month and when I got the call on May 4th, 2018 to come pick it up, it was not done correctly. The paint didn't match the original color of my vehicle, it was a part that was damaged due to the accident that was not replaced and just put back on... (that's just to name a couple things that was not done properly) I still don't have my vehicle, today is May 5th 2018. I'm hoping to get my vehicle back and it looks like it did before the accident. I didn't pick up my vehicle because I'm not satisfied with their work. (I don't believe they deserve any stars) read more

Honestly, I was sick to my stomach about the whole process, especially since I'm leasing my Prius and how the dealer always reminds me that Prius parts are ugly expensive ($3500 for a battery cap??). Mike brought me back to reality with his lifetime guarantee on genuine Prius parts and service, also a promise to return the car to factory condition.
