Simply blown away! Wow. Although this was my first time ever having some authentic Cajun/Creole style seafood it will definitely not be my last! We decided to go with a dozen headless shrimp seafood boil since they were recommended and chose the 3 sauces mixed in (crafty cajun sauce, buttery garlic sauce, and lemon pepper sauce) which they dub the "BOOM" sauce and added potatoes and boiled eggs in for good measure along with some steamed rice and corn on the cob. My creole partner decided to go with a sweet tea and I went in with a half & half for drinks to wash it all down. Boy oh boy! Delicious is simply just not enough to describe all the ways the seasoning and flavor basically dance on your tastebuds! It was sooo good! We both looked at each other and shared a nice belly-laugh because we could feel it! The BOOM sauce was just infiltrating all of the add ins and we could especially taste it in the boiled eggs and corn on the cob wow! It was spiritual! The service was professional and courteous and the atmosphere felt like a good old fashioned cookout with a southern flavor to it inside the venue. We will be back! 5-Stars! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I took my aunt here for a crab boil and they messed up her order and gave her the pound of food instead of the 1/2 pound. When my aunt opened the food we called the waitress over to confirm that correct order was put in and asked is this the $24 seafood boil. The waitress confirmed that it was. When the check came my aunt was charged $40 when we questioned the check the waitress asked to see her to go bag so that they could remove the extra crab leg. She then took the bag back to the kitchen and never returned with it and the rest of her food. When we questioned this we were told that my aunt ate a half of pound of food and The rest was trashed. My aunt ate 1 crab cluster and barely any shrimp, none of her potatoes and corn because she had a side of sweet potato fries. We were told this was a decision from the big manager but When we asked to speak to the big manager we were told he will not come out to speak with us. This is one of the WORST displays of Poor customer service that I have ever experienced. I will NEVER come back. read more

We've been waiting for this place open, seemed like it took forever! But it was worth the wait! The boil was delicious, just the right amount of heat! I got the crab legs and crawfish and we also got an appetizer of fresh oysters on the shell. We both enjoyed our meal. My honey got the crab legs. Our server was wonderful and so personable. I order the King crab special via Door Dash. Was not pleased with my pick up experience. While walking to the reception area to pick up my order, it seemed as if I came at a bad time and disturbed the young ladies at the front. One of the young ladies asked for a confirmation of my order, to see the name. I went back outside to retrieve my phone. Came back in and asked the lady that was helping me, would she like to see the information via text or DoorDash app. She said I just need to see a name. There was no name on my order to show her. Another young lady, that I gave my phone to, to look for herself for the name. I'm not sure what she found but she more helpful than the first young lady. Until she dropped my phone while trying to hand it back to me. My phone literally slid across the floor. The security guard, another gentleman, and the three young ladies all gasped. She picked my phone up and handed it to me, asking if everything was ok. At that point, I just wanted my order and to leave. Before my phone fell on the floor, a male customer came in to pick up his order (am not sure if he was a Delivery Driver or not) but no name was asked from him, just a phone number. I didn't even want to give this 1 star honestly. My mother bought a seafood boil with mussels and it was good but it made her really really sick, she felt bad for days. And at first I thought maybe it was just her, or maybe it was a bad batch even though that shouldn't be the case. They should never have bad batches that make you THAT sick. She says she's had a seafood boil with mussels before at a different restaurant, so it isn't her. The server came to the table and informed us that we could order but that the kitchen was closing at 10:30pm and that they had to close the doors at 11pm. Then we received our food at 10:29pm. At 10:45, a security guard came to the table and said we had to leave at 10:55pm. When we asked for the franchise owners contact information, a manager came over and we had explained that we had just gotten our food and we were being rushed to leave. He said he didn't know the owners contact information such as name or phone number. The security guard then came over while we were trying to pay and said we had to leave the table and go to the front of the restaurant. When I asked if he was a police officer he said maybe . I explained that every time he came to the table to have us leave that it was intimidating to the diners. As we were paying there were servers and staff who proceeded to yell back and forth with us as I asked the manager for the owners information who then was revealed to be in the kitchen but he did not speak English. I asked the manager to control his staff and to get them under control because they were yelling at us and we were not even speaking to them. Service was inadequate and they continued to sweep the floors as we ate our 15 minute meal of Seafood boils and fried platters which was quite unsanitary. I never wrote a review before but I need the people to know! I went to the one in Eastpoint before and thought it would be similar. First of all, the water was yellow like diluted lemonade. Honestly we should've walked out then. But we got sodas instead. We got the hush puppies which were okay. Then my boyfriend got the king crab special and I got the snow crab and shrimp boil. The corn was mushy, the potatoes were baby, and the crabs barely had any meat in them. It was just an awful experience. The only good part was the shrimp. read more

The website was NOT clear when ordering .5 pound crab does not include any corn or potatoes even though when selecting it says corn and potatoes included. Got home had to drive back only to be told I have to pay EXTRA for the corn. No way too hat I received was 1/2 a pound I got three legs and the top part had no meat it was all brown like rotten. Customer service was horrible!!!! Server was so slow. There was a special she did not inform us of the special instead we order items that totaled to $50 per person. If i could give them zero starts I really would, basically It was me and my friend first time going there and the lady with red dreads was talking about it and explaining it so basically we ordered the big bag and i'm pretty sure it was the small big bag , and at that point I was really mad because It only had 3 crab legs and I was really tired so I didn't complain. Then it's time to pay and she takes my card and my friends cash and we specifically told her to put 42 on the card and cash on the rest. When I open the app to see how much she charged she charged me FULLY FOR EVERYTHING AND TOOK THE REST OF THE MONEY AS A TIP. This place is so so good! I went and ordered the combine em' with the snow crab and headless shrimp for me and my boyfriend (1/2 lb of both). It fed us both without any left overs and we felt full enough! Their shrimp was the best i've ever had with perfect spice and sauce! It's a different type of dining experience that i much enjoyed! Yum yum yum! Came on a Tuesday around 1:30/2, it wasn't busy which was nice for us. Our waiter Ivan was very sweet even when we took forever and kept asking him to come back b/c we weren't ready. I ordered the small platter (40.99) with cajun medium seasoning, my mom ordered the headless shrimp (17.99) with cajun mild seasoning. Mild was perfect for her as she can't handle a lot of spicy stuff and medium was great but I might try fire next time for an extra kick. The food was hot & fresh & the corn was juicy, it was all delicious. My only complaint is that on my platter a lot of the clam shells were empty and I didn't see many at the bottom of the bag. We both think it was worth the money as everything tasted great and the service was wonderful. Hopefully they're still as great during busy times! read more

If I could have rated lower I would have! I go to dinner after waiting for this "Restaurant/Bar" to open... waitress comes by and gives me menu and takes my drink order (No alcohol... thought it was a bar).. Comes back 15 minutes later and I order the "crab special" and I say "I want 6 oysters" she responded "We only sell them by the dozen and half dozen". I should have left... But I wanted to try them. So I order the "Half Dozen" instead of just 6. Shocking part is the oysters and the food came out at the exact time... Less than 5 minutes! Oysters were only half shucked and all were still connected to the shell... No big deal. opened the crab bag and called the waitress over to have her look and she said there were no refunds or exchanges. You get what you get. So I ate the pound of sausage (No way that it was even a half a pound), 2 eggs, 2 potatoes and the smallest corn with empty kernels of corn I have seen, I wish I would have taken pictures of that... then I go back to the crabs. I originally called her over because of the first crab I ate... but then I really looked at the other 3 after I ate one with barely any meat in it (I know with crabs you take that risk) but look at the pictures of the other 3. It is disgusting! They all are missing their LEGS! and there was only 3 swimmer fins among all 4 crabs. The legs were not in the bag. This means they had the legs when they swam in the pot... and between there and before being cooked they were RIPPED off while the crab was alive! I told the manager and she did not care. She actually seemed to act like it is what they do there. my guess is they season other meals with the meat that was ripped out of what I paid for. I felt completely ripped off. So it is time to pay... I had to wait 30 minutes from the time the check was printed till the waitress dropped off my change. I also ate an entire meal and not once was I offered a refill. read more
