Always going here after church. The bagels are always a hit and service is quick. I would choose their Vietnamese coffee over Starbucks any day :-)

The staff was really kind and helpful. The food was also really good. The apple croissant in my opinion was probably one of the best I had. It was so buttery and flaky and the amount of apple was perfect. I also got it heated. The vibes were nice and chill there. Not pictured. Is the south of the border on pesto bagel. My partner said it was delicious.

Love coming here to get bagels or to get a breakfast sandwich. I've been coming to this place since as long as I can remember. Their bagels are fresh everyday and they're also pretty big. Don't forget to get their whipped cream cheese they have quite a variety!

I was looking to try a new bagel spot and came across Cramers Bagels on Yelp. I decided to stop by and was not disappointed. I visited on a Wednesday morning and the service was excellent. The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. They had a large selection of bagels and different types of cream cheese. I ordered a cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, egg, bacon, and American cheese. Bagel was hot and very delicious. I also tried their Funky Mocha Monkey blended drink which was just as tasty. Highly recommend this spot!

We ordered a bunch of bagel's from Cramers this Good Friday for work. We got a variety of flavors and everyone enjoyed them. I had the egg bagel with both the onion/chive and the jalapeño cream cheeses. Both cream cheese were excellent. A bit surprised to see only 3 stars for this bagel shop. Cramers is 10 times better than NOAH's bagels or the Donut Den close by our work.

Kramer's bagels is right across the street from the main entrance for Santa Clara University. It serves as a pretty good alternative to the Starbucks next-door. There's all sorts of bagel sandwiches and bagel options plus different types of coffee including Vietnamese coffee. I ordered a lox sandwich which was pretty good and packed with all the essentials. The capers are strangely extra large. Also got sesame bagels with a small to-go lox spread. That's it

Very nice sandwiches -- nothing beats a hearty, filling breakfast. Even though I don't regularly eat bagels, I still love the extensive selection and picture menu cards you can look at in case you're not sure what's what. Great for brunch too!

Solid bagel spot but nothing too special. I wish they had more of a wow factor, something more saucy about their bagel sandwiches. It kind of lacks that pop that you look for when choosing to go out and buying a bagel bacon egg and cheese.

This is a pit stop type of place to grab a bagel or sandwich. I got the egg and cheese with bacon and it was okay. There are lots of different bagels to choose from. This place is close to Santa Clara University.

I stopped by Cramer Bagel during my lunch break, and I have to say, their bagel sandwiches are incredible! The bagel was perfectly toasted--crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can really tell they make their bagels fresh daily. One thing that stood out to me was how quick and friendly the service was, even during a busy lunchtime. It's rare to find a spot that combines quality, speed, and such a welcoming atmosphere! This place will be my to go for lunch in the next few months!!

The lox cream cheese was honestly disgusting. I lived in new york for a few years and I have never had lox spread like this. It tasted more similar to tuna than lox. Lox is supposed to be light and buttery. I am usually not picky but I genuinely couldn't even finish the bagel. The bread/bagel had a good taste and texture but sadly the lox spread ruined it.

(they all taste the same). The difference here seems to be the quality ingredients that go into the bagel sandwiches. I recently ordered the tomato with the New York cream cheese (it's on the tangier side which I enjoy) and avocado. It was delicious and had the right amount of ingredients. The service, however, is extremely slow. I'm not sure why it takes over 15 minutes to get a bagel with some cream cheese and toppings (this is where I throw in New York does it better). The seating is limited. With all the space outside, you'd think they would add some more tables.

The Santa Clara shop is minimalistic and utilitarian, with a large open bakery and racks of bagels everywhere. Despite the pizza bagels and $6 iced matcha lattes, it feels like a real bagel shop. Service is efficient, and you can place an order and be out the door in five minutes. Most importantly, the bagels have holes, crust and chew. The exterior is glossy and properly browned, the crumb is tight and substantial, and they're generous with the schmear. This is not a giant, pale, puffy roll covered with bagel seasoning. I asked for a well-done bagel and was offered one double-toasted. "No! When was it baked?" "Like two hours ago." "Then just cut it in half, my God." The drip coffee is proper drip coffee, too. No espresso-machine nonsense. The bad news is the price. Bagels are $3.25 each, with every twelfth bagel free, and chive cream cheese adds another $2.50. Very good, but at that price it would be an occasional single-bagel treat rather than a regular dozen-bagel order.

Unfortunately, customer loyalty means absolutely nothing here. For a long time, my standard DoorDash and pickup orders have included the note: 'Add extra cream cheese please.' They upcharge me for this every single time (around $0.50+ per bagel, which I am happy to pay!). However, for my last several orders, I received barely a smear of cream cheese despite paying the extra fee. Today, I added a polite note to my order explaining that I haven't been getting the extra cream cheese I've been paying for for last 3 times. Instead of fixing the issue, they canceled my order without any notification. When I went into the store and reordered, the lady at the counter heard my name, immediately marched over, and started angrily shouting at me in front of the entire shop. She aggressively told me she wouldn't make the order with that request and demanded I remove the note in the future. When I pointed out that I was already charged for the extra cream cheese, she haphazardly had the other employee hand me a $1 bill and told me I was getting a normal order. To be fair, the guy working the counter is always nice, chill, and accommodating. But the lady at the counter is incredibly rude, lacks basic customer service skills, and has a terrible temper. Shouting at a dedicated, long-time customer in front of a full shop because they asked for an ingredient they paid for is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values your business and gives you what you pay for.
