I needed to get back to work at home, so we decided to try this bagel place which we had seen here last time we got Stans. The place also has good reviews. They are tentative to your needs and can get a long line depending on the day of the week with having Stan's right next door bringing in a lot of business. The atmosphere is alright, they do welcome you in and are quick with the sandwich's which makes sense since the fillings are nuked in the microwave. Everyone devoured their sandwiches before I remembered I needed to take a photo! Next time for sure as we will be back here! I've been meaning to pick up some bagels from here every time I come shop at Safeway. I finally remembered to do that yesterday. I was so happy to see that they were still open in the afternoon, and also they had my very favorite bagel, the poppy seed which usually is sold out of most places in the morning!! The bagel was a bit underwhelming; it didn't have the dense bready feeling I was looking for and the everything seasoning had a disproportionate amount of sesame seeds. After they toasted my bagel, some parts of the everything bagel seasoning on top was burnt, giving a slight bitter taste. The amount of cream cheese they put is also on the smaller side. Although the garlic cream cheese spread was pretty tasty, there was just not enough in my bagel.
