The restaurant itself is kinda strange. You basically don't see the staff. They are hidden off somewhere in a room in the back, prepping orders. They occasionally pop out to call out an order. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The Ultimate Sando also came with sausage and a generous portion of avocado slices. The sauce was creamy and a little spicy. The Scrambled Sandwich was similar to Ultimate Sando except that there was no sausage or avocado. I'd highly recommend the Scramble Sandwich if you like eggs! Self service kiosk available. Staffs are all inside the kitchen area. What I really liked was my matcha guava beverage. It wasn't overly sweet with bitter matcha like at most matcha spots. Taste was good. Most Vietnamese places making matcha beverages are too strong in matcha flavors. I can actually enjoy my guava juice with matcha here. The egghead salad I had was pretty darn good too, especially the cheesy egg and lots of arugula greens. Vinaigrette sweetened my salad which was awesome. Fresh! Yes, lots of tomatoes/cheese/bacon bits. The bacon bits were a bit too much on a salad for me though. Overall, good portion size. Vibes were quite inside. Not much noise here after 10:30am weekdays. Plus, it's still got the perfect crunch and juiciness inside. Yesyes. Usually I'm not a really big matcha fan, but this one changed the game. I was in the area to go to my sauna appointment nearby, and I needed some food to fuel myself since I worked out prior. This is my second time coming here and now I can give my review. First off, location is great. It's on the corner when you enter more into the plaza, close by the parking structure on your right. You can order with the cashier or use their kiosk, which is great if it gets busy. I ordered the Chic sandwich and the strawberry matcha latte w/ oat milk. The sandwich was delicious. The chicken was grilled very well, juicy, and the seasoning they used very much tasted similar to Taiwanese popcorn chicken (the five spice seasoning). The bun was soft, and I like the chimichurri. It flavored well with the chicken and greens. As for the latte, I thought it was refreshing. I liked how pretty the layers were before mixing them all together. Overall experience was okay, but I won't be going back. No one was at the front to greet people as they walked in. There were small sticky notes pointing to an electronic kiosk for people to order from. It was off to the side of the register so we didn't know at first if it was optional or to wait for someone to come from the back. I hadn't been here in a while and decided to try it today and it was all so disappointing. First of all, the place is sooo dirty. The refrigerator doors are disgusting, the wood parts on the wall were so dusty, the floors probably haven't been mopped in weeks and the bathroom had no toilet paper.
