His attitude flipped fast--he got aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only reason this place is getting three stars is because the manager stepped in, actually listened to me, admitted the work wasn't done right, and had my car fixed properly. Following an accident, my Prius had a body issue with a cost of repair that would drive the insurance to total/salvage the car. This place is one to avoid, but my complaint is about the one in Goodyear AZ. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service is none existent, Manager and workers are useless[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], Quality of the job is poor, the cost is high for the poor customer service, they tell you at the beginning that they can fix everything, but they are use crooks, they do not honor the supposedly lifetime warranty, because if they cannot fixed the first time does not matter if you take it back 20 times the results are gone a be the same. they should shut down this place. from 0 to 5 stars I give them -20 FPOSMF. read more

After my driver's side door was struck by a very large RAM pickup truck trying to make a turn and didn't see me, I needed the door replaced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jessi at Crash Champions on Bell Rd. did an excellent job and was very communicative.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I received the text that my vehicle repair was complete, there was one more problem they discovered, so Jessi said he would deliver my Nissan Sentra to me at my home and return my rental car to Enterprise for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While it took longer than expected, Jessi showed up at 7 pm with my car. He was apologetic about the time but I was grateful that he worked a very long day to ensure that my car was returned to me on the day I was told the repair would be finished. I dropped my car off 2 weeks ago and after Madison looked at it she said to shoot for a week. She would respond day late if I had questions or not even respond at all. I am now currently waiting for another couple of days because the damage was "more than expected". The only cool thing was a dude named Grant who leveled with me but it doesn't make it any better. Crash Champions Collision Repair Bell - This damage took almost 3 weeks to repair! - Body Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I had 1 previous accident and went to the prior body shop at this location (Service King); dropped off vehicle once and it was repaired to my satisfaction, no return trips (earned the 5 star rating). With a recent accident, used the new body shop at the same location, Crash Champions, which could have taken a few pointers from the prior business, I now found something else that was missed (however, the last three returns were very minor) so it will be the fourth time taking my vehicle back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the manager is super nice as well as the staff, and will go out of their way to make things right; they have also arranged transportation for me, as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Incidentally, the manager even noticed they needed to do a minor touch up even before I noticed it the third time. The work/rework when done is a high quality 5; my inconvenience brought the rating down. If most customers are like me, they want it all done right, the first time. Do recommend them. The quote was $2000 less than it should have been. I never heard back from them when it was done and was told about additional costs after I reached out. After agreeing to some of the added charges the manager called to apologize and offered a free alignment, promising it would be done monday morning with a pick up monday afternoon. After getting a call it was ready, I gave it an extra day and went tuesday only to be told the alignment hadn't been done and did I want to wait while they took it someplace to do it. My insurance company strongly recommended this place. I took the car to the Bell Road shop. The work was very substandard. We found 10+ bad noticeable bad repairs. As soon as I took the car home my son immediately said, "you can't accept that". He took pictures and I took the car and pictures to the Raintree shop. The manager agreed that the work was bad. In fact he found more defects. He said he'd call me to bring the car to his shop. I did not hear back and called. I was informed that he was no longer there. I took the car back for another manager to look at. As soon as I told him that it was repaired at the Bell Road shop he shut down and stopped listening. Another person brought in a car and the manager said that there was a loose bolt and he crawled under the car and put another bolt in. Who knows if that was really a fix. Then he came back to me and said that he couldn't take care of the number of cars returning for repair issues done by his shop; that I needed to take it back to the original shop; which I really had no confidence in. I took it back today and a supervisor looked it over and said that it looked fine to her. I showed her that the hood would not latch without jimmying it. She said that was the way it was suppose to be. She saw nothing wrong with the gaps between the repaired/replace parts. She really did not see anything that the other manager agreed was poor work. She was not very polite about it. I did call back to Raintree and found that the new manager was gone (he was there about 9 days). I have an appointment to take the car back to Bell Road again.... and have little confidence in them. The woman was not happy that they have to pay for a rental for me. My insurance company said that if it is not fixed to my satisfaction, I could take it to another place, of my choosing and they would bill the Bell Road shop. It is about 20 miles from my house to the shop and I have had to drive there 3 times for re-repair.... and they wanted me to come in twice to look at the car. I certainly cannot and would not recommend this business to anyone. I usually write good reviews. This is the first time that I have criticized any business. read more

Was hit by a USAA customer- they sent me here for an estimate only- because it's my new car and I have the right to choose who is fixing my car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The receptionist said "estimate only?" I said yes ma'am.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Guy walks out "why aren't you leaving your car with us today" I said because you're not fixing it and I'm here for an estimate only.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He said well it's going to take longer somewhere else that doesn't work with USAA because there will be more damage once they take the bumper off. I said I'm taking it to a Lexus certified collision center- the car has 10k miles. He said look on the wall- we are Lexus certified. 1. There are two collision centers listed on Lexus.com in Phoenix. They aren't one of them. 2. Lexus certified is not even listed on their website. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I said can we just do the estimate only. I get they have sales quotas- but my god I'm taking my car where I want.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe they should start being ethical because the reviews alone should make everyone else choose a different place. read more

Formerly Service King on Bell Road. . . Please understand that dealing with manufacturing delays and parts issues is something we can all relate to. But the total lack of communication from the Bell Road Service King staff regarding our car situation really is unacceptable. I have personally and repeatedly asked the manager (Jose) and the agent (Melody) to call, email, or text me regarding delays, parts issues, or scheduling. After yet another week goes by with no communication. We are shuffling our lives around getting to work, school, grocery stores without our vehicle- with absolutely zero feedback from your store. We are now on our 11th week of our car being at the Bell Road shop. And today, as I walked in again, I was told it will be an underdetermined amount of time yet again. read more

Had car accident in early Nov. and my car was towed to this outfit. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, they lied to me, telling me my was being repaired and would be ready on Dec. 1. But, they actually recommended to my insurance company that it be totaled but never sent notice to my insurance company for 3 weeks. I didn't learn this until I checked on the status on Nov. 29. Then some guy named Joseph lied to me about what had happened. So I had 2 to settle the claim and buy a new car. Total clown show. read more

Crash Champions was the recommended body shop from my insurance company. We did not know anything about them at all. Well, I have to say we had a 5 star+++ experience. First of all, the communications was great. We had a text almost daily with an update. We were very impressed when an after market bumper did not fit to their satisfaction and they sent it back for a manufacturers part and then texted us to inform us of this fact. My car was 5 years old so after market parts would be considered normal. But Crash Champion has higher standards. We brought our car in on a Friday, and I was sure nothing would get done until Monday, but he sent it right out that day to check the alignment. On Monday we were told the car would be ready the following week on Tuesday, and all week they updated us saying they were on schedule for that Tuesday. Surprise, surprise. On Friday at noon we got a text that the car was ready. 4 days earlier then expected. Most of all I have to mention Sal. Sal was phenomenal. He also sent texts to my husband and I updating us. This auto body shop was highly professional, well run, and very well organized. The work is perfect and at the highest standards. While insurance paid for our repairs, we were also impressed that the costs were reasonable. read more
