We love Cinnaholic!! If you're in the mood for a sweet treat this is definitely the place to go. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful when picking out your sweets. The rolls are always made fresh to order and dairy/ egg free which is wonderful for people with allergies. I really enjoy their seasonal menu suggestions, they are always so cute in the display case too. They have limited seating inside and no outside seating so it's very congested when they get a busy rush, I've been in other Cinnaholic locations so this seems normal for the brand. So I had the opportunity to visit Cinnaholic in South Tampa. I have been wanting to visit this place for a while and finally had the opportunity to come by. First off, the place was pretty much nice and had a good atmosphere. The staff were attentive and nice. But I did come out unimpressed and disappointed. Here's why: I selected to drink some hot cocoa with marshmallows. It was good. But the staff only filled it up halfway. I'm not one to complain, but that did not give me a good impression. Next, I selected a Maple Caramel Roll. Again, it was okay, but I was not impressed with the presentation. It was a bit messy and It certainly did not look how its portrayed. So overall, to me, it was not all that hype it was portrayed to be in the Social Media Apps. It didn't give me a wow factor. If you like Cinnamon Buns and all that, then it might be a place to come try, but you can probably find other places where you can enjoy a good Cinnamon Bun as well. First time and terrible service! We were craving something sweet around 8:30 pm and found this place online. Since our kids don't have school tomorrow, we put them in the car in their pajamas and drove about 15 minutes because we were excited to try it. When we arrived around 9 pm, my husband went inside to order while I stayed in the car with the kids. It wasn't crowded at all. He placed the order and waited...and waited. The staff inside seemed very slow and there was no sense of urgency. No one mentioned that the order might take a while. After about 35 minutes, my husband finally asked about the order and was told they had given it to someone else. There was no apology or attempt to fix the situation. At that point, he just asked for a refund and we left. Our kids were really disappointed after getting excited for a treat. We came in for Bogo cinnamon rolls on October 4Th. This was our first time at Cinnaholic and we were surprised how big the cinnamon rolls were! The ones on display were so cool, lots of different flavors so when we got to the register we ordered what we thought were bogo but realized after we paid the were not bogo so we spoke to the lady working the register & she said "those aren't included" so we said "is there anyway to fix the order" she quickly said no that the cinnamon rolls we ordered were more money than the ones that were bogo so I asked is there anyway chance you could just give me to classics for the exchange of bogo since I spent more on the specialities than the signature rolls?? she said Yes I can do that let me ring you up then tries to make me buy MORE cinnamon rolls! It's all 100% plant-based, dairy-free and egg-free, making it guilt-free and oh-so delicious! I went in just thinking there may be one or two vegan options, so imagine my shock when I asked what vegan options they had and the cashier said EVERYTHING. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie (for my husband), the mini buns, and a customized standard bun with cream cheese frosting, blueberries and pecans. I got to check out Cinnaholic for the first time this weekend, and I was not disappointed! The place was very tiny and clean. It's located in SOHO, Tampa. I was overwhelmed with all of the different types of cinnamon rolls, so I decided to just go with the classic one. I figured it has to be one of their best! The roll was super fresh; you could tell it was right out of the oven. I also got an iced vanilla latte. They don't have normal milk which I found a bit odd. They only had oat or almond milk. But the latte was really good as well! The workers were very nice and offered their help in choosing the best roll. I really enjoyed this place and glad they brought one to Tampa. I had the pleasure of trying Cinnaholic up in Atlanta so I was super excited to hear they opened one in Tampa. I will say I enjoyed eating it right then and there instead of driving 20 min back to my house to enjoy it. The Vegan icing does melt pretty fast, so if you're not going to eat is immediately, ask for it on the side. Other than that, we've always gotten warm cinnamon rolls. Staff is friendly and very efficient in fulfilling your order quickly. It is in south Tampa so parking can be pretty annoying as it's still on the SOHO strip. read more

Cinnamon roll fans NEED to try out Cinnaholic! I've been dying to check this place out, so while I was in town over the weekend I made sure to swing by Hyde Park! As soon as you walk inside you're hit with the delicious scent of fresh baked cinnamon rolls that'll make your mouth water! The store was super clean and organized despite how busy with were, which was awesome. I wanted to try multiple things so I made a to go order of the Old Skool Roll, Maple Mocha Roll, Cinnamon Toasty Crunch Roll, Banana Bread, and the PB&J Cookie Dough. My favorite was the maple mocha as it tastes and smells just like a delicious pancake breakfast! The Old Skool Roll was a close second. Idk what they put in that frosting on top but holy cow is it DELIGHTFUL. The banana bread and cookie dough were pretty good as well, so if you're not a cinnamon roll person, there's still other options to enjoy! Something interesting that I learned from my friend about this place is that the items are vegan, which is so cool that we have options like this!
