On the downside, we did wait 45min to receive our food, not sure if they were short staffed or what, because it wasn't a busy evening and the wait was way too long. It's been forever since I've been here due to the time length, but with the hope of shorter times and my spouse now being gluten free we decided to give it a go again. Luckily, it only took 30mins instead of over an hour, and the food was yummy as always. My spouse really loved the gluten free sandwich--it's so hard to find good gf anything and they were very considerate of cleanliness. Plenty of seating and it can get pretty busy, so sometimes the wait for your food takes a bit longer, but as long as you aren't in a rush, it's definitely worth it. Used to really dig this place but they have gone downhill lately. Tonight I tried to order dinner for curbside pickup using the PIONEERDAY discount code but there was no spot to add the code during the checkout process. After getting an answering machine during the first seven calls they finally answered and took my order over the phone. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes but is was 25. Got the order home and found that only half of my Monte Cristo sandwich had ham on it and not much on that side even. We ordered the fresh squeezed flavored lemonades and they had so much syrup in them that we had to water them down before drinking. At the ridiculous price they charge and the amount of ice they add, you'd think they would fill the cup, but no...the last 1" of the cup was nothing but air. Look I get that they are short handed and that they have signs asking for understanding. I'm a patient person by nature. However, after watching the entire Bistro get their orders before me when I placed my order previous to theirs, my patience wore thin. This is NOT a lack of staff. We had The Gormet sandwich which was good and was an excellent price at at 6.95. I enjoyed it but it was bland. My wife had the Mac n Cheese with BBQ pork which is her standby, not bad at 11.95. The disappointment for me were the Sweet Potato fries. My wife loves traditional sweet potato fries and I thought that with fry sauce they would be good, but they drizzled them with amply amounts of honey with made them overly sweet. I couldn't even eat them but my wife, who enjoys sweet, liked them. Real bummer for me because it doesn't say anywhere on the menu that honey is added. All in all a good place. read more

I ordered a tomato and pesto grilled cheese (petite $3.50; regular $5.50; manly $7.95) and a tomato basil soup (dipper $1, small $3, bowl $4.50, quart $8.95). Was told to try this place out and we did! Alright for starters, they have a online ordering option that makes things super easy. I recommend this to have less wait times and such. So I did that, and got a text within 20 minutes that my order was ready. Decided to eat inside the venue. It wasn't crowded, and there is plenty of seating even if it was. The staff was really friendly, and the whole atmosphere was a positive vibe. The prices are kinda crummy, but when you factor in Joe Bidens America, it's normal. After some contemplation and maybe a few prayers, I decided that I am going to go ahead and give this the coveted 5-star rating. For those who really follow Yelp they know that my 5-star reviews carry more weight that Michelin ratings. Anyways, time for business. Cravings is situated on a quaint little Main Street drag in Pleasant Grove Utah. It just feels right eating here which for vibe gives it 5/5 stars. The service was good, and openly not super fast. It even says on the wall that it will take like 15 minutes for you food. So just enjoy the chatter with your friends as your cheese slowly melts backstage. 4/5 stars here. The food itself is yummy! I got the tomato, mozzarella and pesto grilled cheese. It was grilled very well and was the perfect mix of crunch and gooey cheese. Next time I might add bacon or something. The Mac and cheese was even better than the sandwich. 6/5 on the Mac. 4/5 on the sandwich. Price is also good. Was full for $10. They could work on a new logo. Looks like it came from clip art. Cravings Bistro is such a diamond in the rough. You can't find places like this just anywhere. Let me start by saying that this is a specialty grilled cheese cafe. You heard me right--GRILLED CHEESE! Comfort food at its finest. It's the restaurant my 7 year old self always dreamed of. They make all sorts of different gourmet and specialty grilled cheeses and they do not disappoint!! The best grilled cheese I've had is the ABC. It has apples and bacon on it and I savored every last bite of that thing. I also normally hate tomato soup, but I would do some pretty crazy things to get another cup of their tomato basil. It really is that good! And perfect to dunk your grilled cheese in. There are a couple areas they could improve. The decor inside and out needs a bit of updating. Service was a little slow. Even with a few of those things, I found myself wanting to get back here as soon as possible. That is ultimately what pushed this place over the edge into giving it 5 stars--I couldn't wait to come back and bring all my friends! And I will definitely be back again soon and often. So I didn't grow up particularly loving grilled cheese sandwiches (call me crazy) and so I never really got the hype of different grilled cheese places that were popping up. Today for lunch I was convinced to go to Cravings Bistro and my mind has been forever changed. They have a great variety of grilled cheese sandwiches and different sides. What really got me was adding the parmesan crust which literally coated my sandwich in parmesan cheese. If you are even slightly considering adding the parmesan crust, DO IT! I would love to see some more wall art and decorations as it is pretty spread out and clustered. There are some really great interior design possibilities with this place to really step it up to the next level. All in all, I will absolutely be coming back again. read more

I went for my first time with a group of friends and was BLOWN AWAY. We called in our order ahead of time and it was ready right on time! Oh my gosh, it is downright DANGEROUS that this restaurant is so close to my apartment, because I could eat here every day. My first meal here was the Gourmet sandwich--spinach, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese--and if that description sounds good to you, it doesn't even scratch the surface of how good it TASTES. Heaven between two slices of gluten-free bread! I also did a lemon-lime spritzer, having no idea what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a flavored Sprite topped with an actual popsicle! You'd think from its appearance that it would be too sweet, but I found the flavors well balanced and enjoyed every sip. I can't wait to go back and try something else. "Whatever you do, do it well!" - That's exactly what Cravings Bistro is doing. Their menu may be full of grilled cheese sandwiches, but they are killing it! Their sandwiches are in no way boring. They take grilled cheese to the next level, aka: Adult grilled cheese. I love the absurd flavor combinations they put together: the "ABC" with apple and bacon, the "Grilled Mac n' cheese" with pot roast, or "The Gourmet" with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes and feta. I like that it's bizarre, beautiful, and luscious food. I particularly love the idea of getting a "dipper", which is a tiny cup of soup just big enough to dip your sandwich into. TIP: Make sure to REMEMBER to ask for PARMESAN CRUSTED! No one ever asks me if I want it parm crusted and then I'm a little sad when it comes and I had forgotten. Both Cravings Cupcakes and Cravings Bistro are owned and run by 2 sisters. They offer both grilled/hot and cold sandwiches. I always go for the hot. You can sign up for their text alerts which notifies you of specials they have - usually BOGO or a free something. They run specials pretty regularly, so it's worth it to sign up. I also love that you can order ahead and pick up curbside. They'll bring your order to go right out to your car. Great food and run by a great family. Love this place. Monte Cristo read more
