Decided to try it despite hearing a negative review on their boneless wings. We ordered the regular buffalo wings and they were quite good. Janina, the young order taker at the counter, though was another story and the reason for this poor rating. There was 1 customer ahead of me and 1 after. A few minutes passed and the person behind me received his order. I guess he was a friend bc she even went to the window to watch him drive away and kept muttering some words about him. By then, I was the only customer in the store. I waited for my 20 pc wings for almost 30 minutes. (My husband who did some grocery shopping in nearby H Mart was even done before I was served). I watched her stack 3 takeout bags on the window. Hoping that one of them was finally mine. After all, I was the only customer there for a very long time! When I asked about my order, she gave me a look and said that there were Uber or Grub Hub orders ahead of me. She arrogantly pointed to the sign on the wall that explained why orders "take so long". In a controlled tone I told her that she had quite an attitude. She went back to the kitchen and through the window I could see and hear her tell the 2 kitchen staff that I had not read the sign. My husband joins me after loading the groceries in the car. He was surprised that the order took quite an unusually long time. After another 10 minutes, Janina came out with my order and BANGED the bag on the counter. She surely showed her annoyance. She THREW the utensils and the condiments inside the bag. Before walking out, I told her that I did not appreciate her throwing my food around. She of course denied it but my husband confirmed her tantrum. He does not usually speak rudely to anyone but this time he was very upset. We asked to see the manager. The manager promised to review the encounter recorded on camera. I will not return to CravWings if it is the same rude Janina who will greet me at the counter. Best to order wings through Uber or from the Korean chicken take out counter at H-Mart where you will receive better service. More delicious wing choices at H Mart too. Some of the best wings in Westchester. My only gripe about this place is that they don't have a very big menu. They only have wings, dumplings, and fries. They are all good but it wouldn't hurt to offer more than what's currently available. Otherwise these wings are excellent. I really wanted to love this place. It had been on my list of places to try since it opened a few months ago. It was overall an okay wing place with a few high notes. I will say, I LOVED the sweet and spicy sauce on the wings. It's kind of like an Asian bbq sauce with a good amount of spice. The buffalo sauce on the other hand was bland and boring. It lacked heat and flavor. The wings themselves were crispy, juicy, and came out piping hot. I tried the fried wings so I can't say how the baked ones are. As for the sides, I really enjoyed the broccoli slaw. It's broccoli, raisins, onion, and almonds with a sweet dressing. Tip: don't pour all of the dressing in, they give you so much. I used about 1/3 and had excess at the bottom. The "seasoned" fries taste like they just have salt and pepper on them. I saw parsley and (maybe) parmesan, but definitely didn't taste it. Wings are good but the attitude of the employees is not. This place has some work to do if they want to last. After a recent incident I will not be coming back here. If a restaurant doesn't make an order correctly, it shouldn't be a battle. Remake the order how I ordered it, I'll gladly pay, and come back again. This wasn't the case. Can I just say that I love wings... I've had good wings and bad wings, wings that were over done and wings that weren't done enough. On the grand scale of wings from 1 being the questionable wings at 7-11 and a 5 being my mamas wings I would give Cravwings a 4. I had the soy garlic wings and from first bite I was in love. I'm addicted to this place. Their menu selection isn't the biggest, but their two main flavors are what I usually get anyway (sweet&spicy and soy garlic). The double fried wings are so good. Got 30 wings for take out for my friends and I. Our favorite flavor was soy garlic for sure. We ate it half an hour after they were fried so it wasn't as crispy or fresh but the flavor was still delicious. If you want to get maximal yum factor eat these in store, fresh!! I came for the soft opening-where they gave 10 wings for $1. The wings were juicy & flavorful with a great crunch (soy garlic and sweet & spicy were my favorite flavors). It was a rainy Saturday night and we decided to try out this new Korean Wings place located on Central Ave in Yonkers. Once we arrived and opened the door it was a spacious and very bright restautant. The locaton was very clean. We had preordered our wings before we arrived. The cashier was very nice and warmly greeted us upon entry. We discussed the weather. So now on to the food We ordered 30 Wings, 15 Potstickers, 1 Brocoli Slaw, Fries and a 3.75 Cup of blue cheese. The wings were good but I definitely reccomend eating them at the restaurant and not doing takeout becuase on a 10 min ride home they lost a lot of crunch. The spicy and sweet wings were ok It tasted like a standard Honey BBQ nothing special. The soy garlic was just ok it lacked depth of flavor. The Hot pepper spicy however was the shining star. The Hot pepper sizzled the tongue while delivering amazing flavor. By far my favorite flavor. The fries were standard and by the time I arrived home they were soggy and had not an ounce of crunch. The blue cheese was standard. A ten count order of wings comes with 1 small blue cheese container and a celery stick. On to the pot stickers You have your choice between chicken or pork and we chose pork. The flavor of my pot stickers was the Hot pepper and I loved them. They had just the right level of crunch. The brocolli slaw was delicious. The secret is you control how much dressing your slaw gets because it does not come pre mixed which is a great idea. Now on to the not so great. The wings were not labeled. So when we arrived home we could not tell properly decipher whose wings were whom. You guys need to get a label or at least a pen.lol. Maybe look into different type of packaging for take out so it dispates some steam that can make the wings soggy. Work on the flavors for the Soy Garlic wings and the Sweet and Spicy. In closing nothing spectacular but will save you from having to drive to Queens for such places as Mad for Chicken. I may try this place again but I am not craving it. read more

I used to love this spot. Than they discontinued the naked wings which I do not understand because in order to make double fried wings you start off with the naked wings. This place..... I wish I could explain to you how good it is. I literally dream of the chicken. It's SOOOOO crispy!! I definitely recommended the sweet and spicy flavor!! I usually get the tenders cause they're so huge, but the wings are really good too. You might have to wait a little bit to get your food but it's totally worth it. Their wings are great, their tenders are amazing. There's a lot of controversy over the term "boneless wings" and CravWings doesn't use that label but you really could call them boneless wings. They're perfectly crispy and never dry, they only have four flavor options but they're all very flavorful and satisfying. The staff is extremely friendly but not in a creepy or overbearing way. If you're doing the asian flavors I highly recommend getting the radish pickle as a side. read more
