Overall this place is off. Our first seating was too close to the bathroom and you can actually smell it. The food was ok, a bit bland if you don't dip the shrimps into the sauce. The crawfish here was pretty good, went as a group of 5 and had trouble finishing the 3 pounds of crawfish, there is also corn and potato inside of the large bowl. We got 3-star spiciness and it wasn't spicy at all. We also had the calamari and it was really good. The Asian bread was basically a soft baguette, it was really soft and absorbed a lot of the flavor in the crawfish. The chicken was also really good, we got lemon pepper flavor I believe and again didn't really taste any spiciness but it was still good. The seafood fried rice and garlic pasta were kinda bland but when eaten with crawfish and other stuff, it brings out the flavor more. The only problem I would have with this place is that we ordered 2 diet cokes, a root beer, and Pepsi and the drinks came way later than the food, I think they would have forgot about the drinks if we didn't remind them. We were really excited when we came in because we are from the South. The walls headed to the kitchen and bathroom look as though they have heavy water damage and pretty decayed so that was a red flag at first. There is also Christmas decorations hanging everywhere including ornaments laying in floor where they had fallen. As the food came it originally looked great. They serve raw oysters but don't have crackers. We asked for extra lemon and butter and had to remind them several times before someone finally brought it to us and then the next time we saw our server was about 35 minutes later even though we were standing looking for someone for a good portion of it. Our drinks were never refilled and the cocktail sauce we asked for never came. Got partially into the crab only to realize that it was rotted through the meat. We immediately stopped eating and still paid $60 on a bill that would have been about $80. They gave us a $20 discount on the $40 plate of rotted crab even though there was an entire bag still full of crab that had several other spots of rot, shrimp, and vegetables that we would obviously not be finishing. We also left half a plate of fried shrimp at that point and that seemed to make no difference to the staff because they seemed as though they didnt understand why we wouldnt want them to make us more. Not the most honest workers. The waitress Anne was very friendly yesterday. She said she has a sister near San Francisco after I told her I was visiting from California to help my older sister because my brother-in-law passed away 5 months ago from Covid-19. Food was fresh but unfortunately my sister removed her wedding ring to use the provided disposable gloves that are used to eat the boiled shrimp. We both got up to use the restroom when finished eating & table was wiped clean when we returned from bathrooms. Unfortunately the wedding ring which was a huge diamond solitaire on a white gold band was left on the table & my sister forgot about it until late last night. To make matters worse the restaurant didn't open until 3pm today. I immediately called & spoke to same nice waitress who said neither of the 2 men that would've cleaned up mention or turned in the ring. She also said it's common for guests to forget hand Jewelry on the table so they(employees) know to always check table before cleaning up. You want more than just Butter and Salt??? Come to this place and get some flavor! I have just about stop trying to find good seafood like you find near big bodies of water. The big name restaurants like the Ruston strip high dollar disappointment row in Tacoma or the Seattle favorite next to the pier with the Crab in the name all fall short. If You have never had a seafood boil before defiantly one with all those kinds of seasonings put together then you probably wouldn't think it was too bad of a sauce but their version of it was just not my cup of tea. And 2, the crabs had so many barnacles on it! Like, I know it's normal to have some on crabs, sometimes but the amount of barnacles on my order of crabs was completely disgusting. And not only that but my snow crab was not clean properly there was so much green and brown poop looking stuff in the body of my crab that it completely grossed me out and it had this weird brown furry looking plant thing on it that I've never seen before on a cook crab. I was looking for a seafood boil in the area and found this one. To say I was a bit confused when I walked in the door is an understatement. I was expecting a Cajun like Louisiana style southern Restaurant. Well, the only southern about this place is maybe South Korea. It was more an asian themed place. We ordered the Shrimp and Lobster boil with house sauce. It was more of an asian curry sauce. And Don't expect to dump it out on the table like you do in the south or you will end up with half a gallon of liquid in your lap. The food was ok just not what I was expecting.
