Worst experience!! We had to call someone just to order our drinks. The music was too loud as she's taking our order, she stood at the end of the table. Everyone was pretty much screaming out their orders (a table for 10). Even with her reading our order back to us. They still managed to forgot both mine and my sister's noodle. Again, had to look for a waitress to ask for our food twice. By the time it was brought out our families had already finished theirs. So we had to pack ours to go. At the register while paying they did not apologize for their horrible customer service or mistake. Once paid we still had to wait for our food which was just very simple to prepare. When a customer came up to pay we over heard they had added something extra onto their tab also. So be careful of being extra charged!! I will never come again! read more

My sister and I just went this past Sunday 06/02/2019 with my 1 year old son. We both had the shrimp bags and my son just had fries. Ok so I've had my share of crab, shrimp and sausage boils, this place is out of this world and what makes this place exceptional is the flavors they have, the Thai is OMG, heavenly. Cat fish and garlic fries, calamari and chicken wings are on the standard menu, and all of them are bomb. Had my birthday dinner there cuz I'm such a huge fan of crawfish n pho.. Let me start off with best pho in town. The broth is so flavorful u really don't have to add much condiments to it especially its made from oxtail. Now to the crawfishhh.. Yum! The Cajun seasoning is so delicious make sure u get house special! Everyone was very happy with their food.. Service was excellent n Terry is awesome.. It was quite a big party so they had to work extra hard.. The owners are very sweet n accommodating.. I give them 2 thumbs up! I'm so glad they open here in Modesto, we don't have to drive hours away for the crawfish..did I mention they also have crabs,clams,oyster n also a full menu of delicious authentic Vietnamese food!!! I give this place a 4 out of 5 for food (Had the headless shrimp in the house sauce and I loved it. Wasn't too crazy about the spicy crawfish or the potatoes and corn side we bought, compared to taste from boiling crab) The service is more of a 2 or 3. Friendly, but slow. And the server we had was very hard to understand. Some of our requests were lost in translation (like can you split the check and can I get refill..) Overall, I do prefer the boiling crab obviously, but I would try it again because of it's proximity! read more

i was thrilled to find crawfish noodle & grill because if it's anything like a boiling crab serving pho, i'm there! we almost turned away as the parking lot appeared a little sketchy, but judging by the amount of cars parked outside the restaurant we decided to give it a try. after entering we both had a sigh of relief, the restaurant is lively and had a good amount of customers. i went there wanting pho, so i ordered a small pho tai (rare steak), but then immediately experienced fomo when everyone around me seemed to have ordered seafood instead. augh. bf went for the bbq chicken rice plate. verdict? food was good. steak in my pho were yummy, broth was flavorful, but wished the noodles weren't so soggy. my bf's chicken were delishly grilled and flavorful. the "salad" that came with our fish cake appetizer and bf's bbq plate could be a little more upgraded because it looks like it came out of a readypack iceberg lettuce bag... neither of us ate any. lol. i believe the asian couple serving customers are the owners. they were extremely nice and so were the other servers working there. will definitely be back so that i can try the seafood next time!! read more

Casual Saturday night out with the wife. This place is definitely kid friendly with snot faced screaming kids in the background, but the wife pointed out the inappropriate shows on their TVs as the kids ate. We ordered the pho. The noodles were overcooked, broth was bland and flavorless as well as the meats. The shrimp spring rolls hardly had any real filling to them, but lettuce and once again tasteless. The wife ordered their fish cakes. One word to describe it, nasty. The establishment appeared dirty with dried up sauce and food remains on the drapery over the windows, the floors appeared like no one had mopped it for days, and the soy sauce bottles were caked up with spill residue all over the bottles. If you want quality food and want a clean restaurant then you may want to skip this place. read more

SERVICE IS TRASH. The supervisor nichole was so rude. I have a citrus allergy & after being seating & have received my drink our server basically told me she couldn't serve me because of said allergy. SHE HAD ALREADY TOOKEN MY ORDER & I had brought the allergy to her attention before placing the order. I was extremely upset. I couldn't eat a single thing she said everything is cross contaminated. HOW can you not cater to someone with an allergy? If i had gone to boiling crab they wouldn't have had an issue taking care of me. The supervisor didn't even try to compensate. This place has the worst customer service. No smiles, no communication. They just come set the plates on the table. You ask them for some limes they give you attitude. Let me start by saying I'm not sure why I forgot to write a review the first time I came here but it won't happen again lol. I can't remember the first time but I remember this one. I don't remember the day of the week when we ate here but I don't remember having to wait to be seated. I usually get the same thing...one pound of shrimp, 3 corns, and a side or rice. I'll switch it up every now abad again and throw in some crab but this time I wasn't feeling that adventurous. I usually get the house special in a mild sauce.....this time I accidentally orders buttery Cajun, once my bowl got there I instantly knew I ordered the wrong flavor. At first looking at it I was upset but didn't want it to show because it was my mistake. My wife offered to tell them to take it back but I couldn't do that. I hadn't even tried it yet. YALL LET ME TELL YOU THAT SHIT WAS GREAT !! I mean next time I would get a little spice added to it, or maybe even get half house special and half buttery Cajun but when I tell you I was not mad at all boy oh boy lol. My wife was sick so she got pho. I don't eat pho like that but I will kill the broth of it's good, and this broth was REALLY GOOD! We couldn't remember if we liked the calamari so we took a chance and ordered it and to our surprise we really enjoyed it !! Been hearing good things about this place. Decided to hit it up for lunch. Can eat much there since I am vegan so the hostess help me out for my order to go. Vietnamese Tofu sandwich without mayo for lunch, Veggie Pho to heat up for dinner. Ended up spliting both with a friend at work. Sandwich was pretty good. Only down fall was the green onions were a little too tough and cut into 3 inch long pieces. A little hard to chew. The bread they use is wonderful. Was impressed so I went back to buy my friends Pho for dinner. Veggie broth is a little boring so you need to dress it up but it then was Pho-king amazing. Usually when getting Pho to go places usually put everything in one container but this place puts broth in one and noodles and "stuff" in another. This was our spot when it first opened we were there. Went this Father's Day it's was a damn shame. All new staff didn't know what the hell was going on. Food came out 1/2 the order was 30 minutes later. Crazy won't be back it's been boycotted from our places in Modesto to eat at. Not to many places to eat here to begin with. Service sucks foods not prepared the same. My fave was the Korean short ribs it's a epic failure now. Shrimp basket was worth it with Cajun fries.
