I got it at spice level three which I thought offered the right amount of kick without being too overwhelming (I also like to think I have a pretty strong spice tolerance). It had a good variety of seafood; namely, the shrimp and oyster. I'm not the biggest fan of clams but they were definitely still tasty. The tofu was soft and silky. The yellow croaker and rice were great supplements to the dish. The rice perfectly absorbed the broth. The croaker added a nice crunchy break from everything. The meat was sweet and tender and just melted in your mouth. You do have to get your hands involved to peel and eat the crabs but they do provide gloves you can use if wanted, but prepare for sticky hands regardless as the crabs spine easily poke while you eat.
