    Mediterranean Bowl

Stopped in for a couple of bowls on a Saturday afternoon. The chicken in our bowls was really dry and the bowls themselves did not have enough sauce. I was very happy with our service and the helpfulness of the staff, but not with the quality of food we had that day.

After our visit to the nearby Laumeier Sculpture Park, we were in search of a lunch that wouldn't feel too heavy, as we still had a full-ish day ahead of us. We had become familiar with CB&W years ago as a good place to go for healthful options, and were pleased to discover a franchise just a short distance from the park. We arrived just before noon, which turned out to be excellent timing because shortly after we placed our order, there was a steady flow of customers. This place apparently has its share of regulars, because we heard the fellow behind the counter greet several by name. In the years since our last visit, the menu has become more diversified, with vegan and low-carb options, and more flavors from which to choose. The ordering process is easy to understand; the only thing that will slow you down is deciding which permutation you would like. Today we enjoyed: Santa Fe salad with crunchy chicken - a good-size portion of crispy chicken nuggets on a bed of salad with chunks of avocado and tortilla chips, served with a tomato ranch dressing. I guess the deep-fried nature of the chicken detracts from the healthfulness of the dish, but it's okay to cheat a little. The greens were fresh and crisp. Teriyaki bowl with grilled chicken on brown rice - this was very delicious, though maybe just a little too much teriyaki sauce. Served with plenty of steamed vegetables that were done just right. Thai bowl with quinoa and tofu - this was my main dish and I loved it. As with the teriyaki bowl, it came with a lot of vegetables. There was quite a bit of quinoa as well. It probably could have used just a little more of the thai peanut sauce, but overall the flavor was really good. I was quite hungry going into lunch but wasn't able to finish the entire dish. Prices vary according to your choice of protein, but on average a bowl comes to about $12 - a very good price given the amount and quality of the food. This is certainly an excellent choice for a healthful meal.

Really nice staff and food is always great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because it does take quite a while to get your food even if you order ahead. It's a bit small and gets super busy especially around lunch so seating can be limited but it's a really nice casual place to grab lunch on your break and I really appreciate the service.

I'd never been here before but thought I'd try it out! When I entered, the space was totally empty but I could see some workers in the back through the pass window. I stared at the overhead menu trying to figure out what I wanted. There's a STL Bread Co right around the corner that was my first choice, so I was leaning towards a salad but nothing on this menu really appealed to me. I got settled on a Caesar Wrap with chicken. I was wondering why no one came to take my order then realized there's a terminal to punch in your order and self-pay. An employee that was passing through the front area did finally say hello to me, though. I sat down and my wrap arrived very quickly. My first impression was that my wrap was mostly rice and in order to get the slightest bit of protein in each bite, I had to open up the wrap and rearrange the ingredients. Annoying. It was a nice fat wrap (though mostly rice). The tomato tortilla could have been a regular tortilla. Flavor was meh. The Caesar wrap from Jimmy Johns is way better. The side tortilla chips were toasty hot but I was actually expecting and would have preferred potato chips. Only 2 other people came in during my meal. My meal was over $11. I'm glad I tried it but I'll not return.

I would die to eat this for the rest of my life! Service is very good and it's nice to have the choice of either electronically ordering on the touch screen tablet or ordering with a cashier worker. Sauces are sooo good bro pls try it. Never super duper busy from what I know so it's really chill.

This is an amazing location. The wraps were really fresh and I enjoyed my experience here. The chips and queso were top-notch. I love the crispy chicken on the barbecue wrap was a nice combo. Can't wait to try those lobster ragoons next time.

Went to this area with the intention of going to another food spot but decided to try this instead. I ordered the fajita bowl with grilled chicken and jasmine rice. It was really good for a quick meal to go! I also ordered a water and the guy told me to choose from all sizes of cups rather than giving me a tiny little water cup which I REALLY appreciated (one of my biggest pet peeves are those stupid water cups). Everyone was friendly and the order took a reasonable amount of time to complete. The bowl had lots of good flavor. I would've hoped for more chicken, and one piece was burnt but otherwise I was pleased. It lasted me two meals as well which is always a bonus.

This is such a great little spot. The bowls are so tasty and they have such a variety of options. By far my favorite is their poke bowl with quinoa instead of rice. I was also surprises that the side was an actual tortilla instead of tortilla chips. It went really well with their green chilly condiment. Service has always been fast and with a smile as well If you ever in the Fenton MO area I highly recommend you stop by.

We were 11th in line when we signed up, and by the time we arrived, we had moved up to 5th. Since it was raining, we decided to wait in the car. When we reached 3rd in line, we were unexpectedly removed from the waitlist. I tried calling the phone number listed on Yelp, which was the same number displayed on the building, but it went straight to what sounded like a personal cellphone voicemail. We decided to go inside anyway and discovered the waitlist wasn't necessary because there were plenty of tables available. The menu had a lot of interesting options, although I wish it included photos of the dishes. We ordered the Hawaiian Bowl, the Truffle Burger, and what I believe was the Blueberry Jam Burger, along with regular fries and sweet potato fries. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and each bun was stamped with the Circle 7 branded logo, which was a nice touch. The Hawaiian Bowl was delicious and generously portioned. I had enough left over for another meal. The atmosphere is definitely more of a sports bar than a traditional restaurant. Every wall seemed to have multiple TVs, making it easy to watch the soccer matches from just about anywhere in the dining room. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Before leaving, we couldn't decide on just one dessert, so we ordered the dessert sampler. The cobbler was the standout--it tasted homemade, especially the crust, and all of the desserts were served with ice cream. The only disappointment was the brownie, which was quite hard instead of soft and fudgy. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the service. The only downside was the confusing Yelp waitlist experience, which could definitely use some improvement.

Ribeye cap, lounge fries, the same fries as with the Lobster Bites, arugula, citrus herb aioli, and bearnaise butter. The Rib cap is a cut I haven't had before; it reminded me of skirt or flank steak. It was tender and flavorful. I love arugula and this with the citrus herb aioli was great. I would order it again. This was super disappointing, and I honestly can't say if I'll go back or not. I can say this, I know other people who have been there, and they swear by the place, so I'm really hoping I just caught them on a bad night. It's just unfortunate. But we had never been here before, so we were excited to try out some healthy options. We were looking at the menu and after about 10 or 15 minutes the employee finally waited on us. Apologized and said that he had a lot of things he was doing at once. (In which I understand.) That the kitchen was running a little behind. There was another patron picking up a to go order. He was waiting a while and went up to ask to see what the problem was and it wasn't getting any answers. After waiting over an hour, we finally received our food. We were completely baffled at what we received. My daughter's "burger" looked like it was the scrapings from the end of the night off the grill. My vegetables looked old and dried out. You can see from the pictures how ridiculous this food came out. The manager brought it to our table. You would have thought if this was a new cook or whatever was going on he would be doing some sort of quality control. We called the manager over and asked him to look at the food. He said that he was sorry that it was a new cook. So we asked for a refund, and left. They definitely need to work on staff communication. Communicating with each other and with patrons. I had planned on purchasing some of the frozen meals to have later in the week, but because of the negative situation, I didn't even bother.
