This location has been my go to for a while. The service is always top tier and the staff is always friendly and on point. The food is always hot and fresh. Their Mac n cheese is always so cheesy and delicious and the grilled nuggets are always well seasoned and juicy! I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order from this location. Even though they are located in a tight spot, they keep the traffic flowing. I would love to see some expansion on their parking lot at some point as manoeuvring through the parking lot during the lunch rush can be very tricky. read more

Popped in for a quick lunch. It was 12:30 pm and the drive thru was packed. Decided to park and just go in. Great idea, no one in line and got my food delivered to me two minutes after I sat down. And delivered with a smile. The employees are so darn polite here and it is 'their pleasure' to get you what ever you want. My food was great as always. Chick-Fil-A's brand of quality food does it again. I went through the drive thru around 9am so it wasn't busy at all. There were probably 3 cars, but they were in and out within two minutes. The only reason I couldn't give them five stars is because the woman who took my order didn't give me that recognizable chick-fil-a 5 star customer service. I even used to work with a girl who used to work at chick-fil-a who's happy go lucky presence never wavered, but this girl was a little rude. Great experience. Then again, this chain has one of the most consistent products and efficient drive-thru's on the planet. Anyway, I hadn't used the QR from the app yet, and the server kindly helped me to access it even though it was the height of the lunch rush. I don't often deviate from the original sandwich (extra pickles) and waffle fries because both items are absolutely delicious. First things first...they've got their driver thru service down like a science! It's incredible and super fast. The people are VERY nice, patient, and efficient. My only frustration with them is that a couple times when my food hasn't been ready right away, they asked me to park right in front and said they'll bring it out. However, both times they clearly forgot about me. Eventually I got out and went over and it had been sitting on the counter for a bit, forgotten. This is particularly frustrating because I'm disabled, so having to get out and go in after specifically choosing drive thru is annoying. read more

I simply must update my review if only to talk about the amazing execution of their drive-thru process. What I witnessed today was pure genius and the line moved so fast despite having easily 30+ cars in line. 5 lines to take orders...followed by 1 traffic director to put cars into 1 line... followed by 1 person to call ahead the order of the cars... followed by 4 runners to take orders to the last person handing orders to cars. I couldn't believe how smooth went. Kudos to you Chick-Fil-A, my favorite place for lunch! read more

Chick Fil A....what can I say. I will preface this by saying that as someone raised in Atlanta it would be very hard to get me to say a single negative thing about Chick-Fil-A. They have been a staple fast food chain for me since before I understood that other places made chicken sandwiches. This location is no different than the excellent service you can expect at every location where "it's a pleasure to serve you" and you are always wished to "have a great day". Somehow the pandemic has actually made their service get even better. They do an excellent job of making the drive through move at an appropriate pace while not clogging or backfilling one specific location. The staff is still as friendly as ever and appear to practice excellent social distancing even with one another. The food...I mean what can I say? It's Chick-Fil-A. My go-to order is a 12 ct chicken nugget, with large fries, and a frosted lemonade. And I have yet to be disappointed by this selection of mine, nor do I think I ever will be. I've personally vowed to never give chick-fil-a my money on principle due to the politics that the owners of that company stand for. Alas, tonight I needed to get food through a drive thru and it was on my way home. So, I caved. Disappointment! The two way drive thru is neat, but pointless if you can't get the dang order correct! I was greeted by a young Caucasian male who seemed less than thrilled to be standing outside taking orders. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no tomatoes. Get in my car, drive home, pull out my sandwich and BOOM: tomatoes. What a joke. It's a good thing tomatoes aren't wet and slimy and make everything else they touch taste like tomatoes. Are you picking up on my sarcasm guys? I had to throw the sandwich out. Bummer. Fries also tasted old. Only thing that was good was my Dr. Pepper. The sight of the overflowing dining area already stressed me out but I didn't want to walk all the way back to the car after making it in. I was also hangry after a morning at the zoo. I ordered my food and the cashier saw the car seat. She left her register and walked me to a table, carrying my drink and table number. There were no seats open except one high top which wasn't ideal for a car seat. She eyed the place and spotted a table being cleaned. She told me to wait and she ran over to secure it. She then returned to help get all my things to a table. She set up the table mat for the baby. It sticks to the table- way to plan, Chick-fil-A! The food the promptly arrived. We went here for a quick bite before we watch the drive in movie and it really doesn't disappoint. Their service is one notch lower than that in Manchester but it's still better than any other fast food restaurant. It's the first time I've tried the chicken strips and that's where the lost star is. The chicken is nowhere close than in Raising Canes which kind of where I've set my standard. As I checked the five star box I thought truly how absurd it is too really love a chain fast food restaurant and how much perfection could come from that place but it is the TRUTH. The location was inconvenient when you are just trying to get off the highway to grab some food and hop back on but the confusion was so worth it. The line for the drive through was wrapped around the building so I decided to *gasp* park and walk it... * wow its true** and what do you know I was greeted with a warm smile by the cashier. my order was taken efficiently and I found a clean table by the window. The restaurant was spotless the employee that was throwing the trash away smiled and said hello. I was amazed I had to take a second look to make sure that I didn't know him. My food came fast and hot!! when I needed an extra ketchup its like a fast food waiter appeared and brought what I needed. Soon as I finished eating her re appeared and took my trash. I felt like I needed to tip the service was impeccable and better than a sit down restaurant. They have a kids play area, next to target and dierbergs and other stores its a no win if you want to relax after shopping and let you kids run themselves tired. This is a great place to take your kids to lunch. I've often sat here with friends and shared some coffee while our kids played in the play area. They have free WiFi and other amenities such as Cheerio cups, hand wipes and baby bibs. The staff is Very accommodating and I really enjoy the personal service they offer. My one complaint I have about this location is the parking lot. It's a bit of a odd shape and causes jams in the entrance. Outside of reckless drivers in the lot, I really enjoy coming here. Not a fan, but I'll give you 3 Stars. Your waffle fries and the actual chicken breast saved you from getting 2 Stars. What I found disappointing was your bun and customer service. The bun was more like a steamed bun you'd get at White Castle then the toasted bun as described on your menu. Mine was so moist; I pulled the serving of chicken off the bun and ate it plain. The chicken itself was seasoned well and provided excellent flavors to my pallet. My second disappointment was the customer service. I admit I was there at the beginning of lunchtime (11:37 AM). The counterperson aka order taker was cold and had the personality of a wet washrag. No perky personality, she was very robotic. She did not make me feel welcome at all. She then handed me the red marker thing, with no explanation. After getting my soda, I stood patiently waiting for my order. Then a man came up and tried to pull the marker from my hand. Not knowing what or who he was, I resisted and pulled back. At that point he finally said, "I've got your order." In this day and age, you'd think someone would identify who and what he or she is doing before invading ones space. A simple, "Thanks for waiting, here's your order, hope you enjoy your lunch" would have been a nice touch. As stated, your waffle fries saved you from being placed on my Terrible Two's List. I don't know why, but your waffle fries are the best waffle fries I have had. Perhaps it is because they were my first waffle fries, way back when. We always remember our first. Would I come back? To echo some of the other reviewers, this may be the most efficient drive-through I've ever seen. Don't be intimidated by the long lines. They have multiple lanes and staff designated roles to make your experience as smooth as possible. It is a well oiled assembly line (even more so during this pandemic)! Impressive.
