The atmosphere here is fun and festive. It's a good place to take kids, although there's no kids menu. There's fun specialty drinks and foods. And the food was delicious. The service was poor. The staff was friendly but disorganized. Our order did not get submitted properly and the waitress had to come back and review it. Still we did not get everything we ordered. I witnessed one cook touching the lettuce and toppings of a salad with his bare hands. also, the staff was extremely unfriendly- making remarks like "next time come before midnight" and "'they' got $10 worth of sauces". the waiter was also very combative and rude when asked if there was cheese on an order of nachos. The waiter literally grabbed a fork and picked through the order of nachos to show where the cheese was- which is completely inappropriate. My husband and I decided to go here to grab a drink while vacationing in Branson. We walked in and stood there awkwardly waiting for the hostess to seat us. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting until a lady told us to find a seat anywhere. After looking around, the only tables that were available were dirty tables that people just left from. Their food was still on the table and everything. So we stood by a dirty table and waited. 15 minutes go by and no one came by until a waitress told us that someone would come by to pick this up for us. 5 minutes later a man server came by and asked us if we were headed out. I said No this isn't our food. We are waiting to get this cleaned off so we can sit. Then he asked us are you gonna stay and sit here. Me and my husband looked at each other when he asked this. He then rudely said well I need to know NOW! So I can clean this table off. I looked at my husband and said let's go we are leaving!! My husband and I were very patient with waiting on a table and giving them time to clean it up and everything so it was really upsetting that they could not show that same courtesy and clean off the table because ITS YOUR JOB. I so wanted this to be good but it just wasn't. I had the Macaw margarita and it was the worst margarita I've ever had. They remade it but it was still awful. They say they use house made simple syrup and I saw them using different things but I think the squirt bottles both had sour in them. My husband agreed it was terrible. The wings are advertised as crispy but they were soggy. The flavor was good but hard to get past the sogginess. Same with the fries, limp and soggy. My Reuben was pretty good. My husband had the Caesar salad. It had tomatoes in it??? I looked at the menu again as we were leaving, doesn't say anything about tomatoes in the Caesar salad. He said it was nothing special. Honestly, I've worked in the food industry before and I tried to give so much grace to this place but the service was absolutely horrible. Our server who started serving us was also the bartender. His way of joking around with customers was rude, and then we waited 30 minutes after he gave us our drinks to order. We had to ask him if he could take our order, and there were only a few people in the whole restaurant. After we ordered he then transferred our order to a server and she did an excellent job accommodating us afterwards. For two of us it was almost $80. Definitely not worth the money in my eyes and would have picked somewhere else if it wasn't one of the only places open after 9. Save your $$ for somewhere with better service. read more

We arrived at this establishment after an amazing day with friends on the lake. Immediately upon walking in the disgust on the hostess or servers face that 9 people were coming in for dinner at 8pm which was blatantly obvious. I excused myself to use the restroom which was locked and was waiting by the toilets for one to become available. Leaning up against the wall so to be out of the way of anyone accessing the door to I'm guess the kitchen or store room. As I was standing there the very rude and loud server / hostess walked by with a small tray and even though I was out of her way yelled "MOVE" and went on her way. I waited a moment or two longer to try to use the restroom. Knocked. No one ever came out. So I returned to our party who at that point was being yelled at by the same hostess / server that she needed all our ID's and that due to bar code regulations we couldn't move two tables together so we could all sit together. When I told her I wasn't planning on drinking she insisted I show my ID so I had to go back to the car to get it. While doing so noticed two employees sitting at a small table by the front door smoking and complaining about the lack of staff. Would gather employees smoking by the front door complaining isn't the vibe a viable restaurant would want. Upon returning to our two tables at the point she didn't even look at my ID and threw a free shot which I didn't ask for or want down in front of me and then loudly told us we would all be on separate tickets to get a credit card out to start a tab and that food is at least 45 min out. Rude and abrasive can not even describe this interaction. The two of us left but the rest of our party stayed. Just called to ask to speak to a manager as it's the next morning. Was told one was not available. Rudely asked to leave a message and the guy couldn't even get my phone number right. Truly the only way this place is going to stay in business is getting tourist to come once because repeat business can't possibly keep them afloat. read more

We took a chance, Branson is not really our vibe to begin with so we were worried, we had the BEST time though. Let's start with the "welcome to the Treehouse" that the staff yells when you walk in! How cool is that? Then you get a sample of the drink of the day. What a way to start a visit to this cool bar & grill on the strip in Branson. The decor is funky and inviting. The food is delicious. I had the Cubano Panini with the amazing garlic-parmesan fries. The fries alone are worth a trip to Branson! My husband had the Naan-chos. (I sampled them and they were wonderful.) I had the housemade Sangria and he had the Toucan Twist.
