Every person who came to our table took the time to introduce themselves and ask the names of the people at the table. It was a nice, friendly touch. There was a main level with a bar, upstairs with a pool table and outside deck where there was live music. I ordered a chicken sandwich and homemade cole slaw. Everything was good. Ugh, so we tried this place recently because they're open late. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted, so we weren't sure if we seat ourselves or wait at the door. After standing there for a bit looking like a deer in headlights, someone finally yelled from the bar area to seat ourselves. We did so and it was a while before our server came over. Once she came, she brought a complimentary/welcome shot to my husband and I. We found this a bit odd, but ok, we'll try it. It tasted like juice with no alcohol whatsoever and it was a but watered down. Ok, no biggy, we didn't have to pay for it anyway. So the waitress is gone for a while, after having taken our drink order. And by a while, I mean a very long while. Finally a guy comes over and asks to take our order. He lets us order our appetizers and my son's meal, then he cuts us off and says he'll put that in and the waitress will be back to get the rest of our order, then he leaves almost immediately. We're just looking at each other like- uhhh ok, that was rude and weird, but alright. Then years later, the waitress brings our drinks and forgets my tea. I don't mention the tea because she did bring an extra water. My blueberry mint julip thing was ok. It was watered down and not exactly what I hoped, but I was just happy to finally have it. At this point, we're still waiting to give her our entree order. She disappears after dropping off the drinks and then eventually comes back to take our order. In the interim, another waitress dropped off our appetizers. Our waitress takes our order and disappears again doing who knows what. We're in need of refills for our non-alcoholic drinks and still no waitress. Finally she comes back and I ask her for a refill. I'm literally like 2-3 bites into my meal and she asks me if I want it to-go. Like what? No..? I want it for here..... as I'm still eating my food... Every time she did come to the table, it was like she was scared of her own shadow. She'd barely speak and wouldn't project her voice, so it was really hard to hear her. She seemed pretty new to waitressing and wasn't great at following up with her customers. When we first sat down, before she came to our table to get our drink order, I saw another customer have to flag her down to get their ticket so they could go. We had to do the same in the end. Just terrible service. Food was mediocre. Parmesan garlic fries were ok, but the parmesan was that grated cheese in the shaker. Kinda sad they couldn't use actual shredded parmesan. Idk, after all the waiting and the mediocre food and the watered down drinks, and the poorly trained staff, it was just so annoying, we couldn't wait to leave. We definitely won't be back. read more

I absolutely love Crazy Craig's! This place is so unique and an absolutely fun time! When you walk in you immediately get handed a shot (as long as you're of age). Their drinks are so delicious, it feels like you are transported to an actual treehouse in the jungle. The food is more like bar food, lots of sandwiches and nachos. I got the loaded fries and I'm still dreaming about them. They were amazing. I'll attach pictures of all the food we got and hopefully sway you into ordered food along with your cocktails.
