There was a groomer, a young lady in her early 20's that you could see through the window grooming one of the dogs. She was being very forceful & aggressive with the poor scared labradoodle. The gentleman waiting with us thought it was his dog and got very upset. He said he had, had enough and demanded that they stop & bring him his dog because he did not like the way she was handling his dog. Come to find out it was not his dog. I'm pretty sure he won't be back again even though it wasn't his dog. I decided that I wouldn't be bringing my dogs back after that either. I didn't want that lady groomer to ever touch my dogs like that. She really needs to find another profession because that type of aggression with an animal is unacceptable. I personally would've taken her outside and treated her like she treated that poor dog, if it was my dog she was mistreating. Most of the people working there looked to be teenagers. Maybe the inexperience in handling dogs is the issue but that is something the owners need to step up and take care of before I'll ever return here. Please be sure to watch the groomers through the window before you leave your dogs. I would hate for this lady to be grooming your dog as she has no business touching anyone's dog. FYI the other women grooming through the window appeared to be as gentle as a lamb. Salty dawg you might want to install cameras in your establishment to keep an eye on your groomers & so the customers can see what's going as well. Pet parents beware.

I needed to keep my sweet kitty somewhere while I stayed with family that's severely allergic, so we found McKee's for a few day kitty day care. The place was pretty clean and straightforward. They were super nice and it seemed that they took pretty good care of my cat. Plus, the price was really reasonable, so despite my uneasiness, it worked out pretty well. I informed them that she didn't like her face to be touched and her feet and I knew she would be a challenge for them. Other groomers gave up on Nahla and left her face half cut before. When I went back to pick her up, she looked AMAZING. I couldn't believe how successful they were. Her cut was a classic Toy Poodle cut as requested. I also wanted her feet cut down and they did such a great job with her. I know she wasn't the easiest client but hopefully that changes over time.
