The restaurant is beautiful with fancy light up menus which is needed because it's pretty dark inside. I ordered the beef ribs and my husband ordered the picanha. Both came out extremely tough and chewy. My daughter had to spit out her bite because she got tired of chewing so we had to cut each piece into 1/2 cm pieces for it to be palatable. I've been to Brazilian steak houses before and beef ribs are usually the most tender and flavorful especially when there is bone. The server did say it was going to on the chewy side but I didn't think he was serious. Like why would you make meat intentionally chewy? For a $50 dish that came with no sides and worse than what we've made at home it's pretty disappointing. We also ordered a side of the grilled veggies which had some veggies that were so bitter and others that were undercooked and no seasoning. The purple yams were decent and the coquettes but again the pricing for each was exorbitant. Also because they have a somewhat open kitchen style concept the dining room got extremely hot and we were just dying to get out quickly. For two entrees, two sides, one app, a bottle of water and glass of wine a bill of $225 was not worth it. Sadly not a great experience.

That's quite a name, conjures up some western cowboy wagon train buffet! We don't have any buffets where I come from with names like that! I pointed it out to my crew and they wanted to come here for dinner some time. So, here we are it's dinner time at the Chuck Wagon ... or Rama or whatever! There plenty of parking and the big shopping center is located just north off the 215. We go in and it's actually a decent sized buffet dining room and seems more clean and organized than some Chinese buffets we've been to and all the servers speak perfect English too. The website has a good display of prices and what's on the menu everyday, so best to check that out. They offer regular American food every night like roast beef and fried chicken as well as turkey and mashed potatoes along with French fries and pizza, so you see, there's something for everybody here. It was BBQ night when we went, so there were ribs on the menu. Ribs, fried chicken and fries, can't beat that for around $19 per person, that's a reasonable price. The food quality wasn't say Vegas $90 buffet, but certainly well worth $19! I like the ribs just fine as did the rest of my crew, I know they're big on the rib thing. Yes, they do have decent salads, so it's not all meat and potatoes. I'd come back here again!

We went for Mexican Night and loved it so much that we came back again for Italian Night. As someone who grew up going to HomeTown Buffet, this felt like the homemade version of that experience comforting, fresh, and made with care. Everything we tried was delicious. Italian Night was just as impressive, with favorites like lasagna, spaghetti, Alfredo pasta, meatballs. I love their fries and pizza lol. The dessert selection was amazing too, there was so much variety, like their rice puddinf. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was consistently great both visits. Honestly, I wish we had a Chuck-A-Rama in California. We'd be regulars! If you're in Utah and looking for a buffet with homemade comfort food and plenty of options, this place is definitely worth a visit.
