The second I walked in I was surrounded by an environment of peace and tranquility. I had purchased the Groupon that offered 30 minutes of teeth whitening. On the morning of my appointment, I got a call from Zeneyda, but I figured since she is only five minutes away that I could just go and ask her what it was about. She told me that she had ran out of products, but that she would be happy to give me the full package (an hour) free of charge! I was totally fine waiting for the Groupon I had purchased, but she was so incredibly sweet to had offered. On the day of the appointment, I was immediately sat down to start the process. There is a huge screen in front of all the chairs so nobody ever gets bored. Zeneyda and her husband are two of the most sweet and funny people I've met! As I was sitting down during the process, Zeneyda told me some fascinating stories of how she was once a helicopter pilot. I felt completely at ease and cared for during the entire appointment. Had a great experience at Crazy Love Studios this weekend! Got an hour of whitening done and very happy with my results. Very friendly staff and the time flew by with their set up of a movie while you lay down in the chairs. My teeth were a little in pain the rest of the day but I woke up the next morning without any pain. I went in with a 30 minute Groupon, but 30 minutes of whitening isn't enough for a drastic change (for my teeth) so I ended up paying more once I got there for the full hour. I booked my appointment and off I went to try this place out. Crazy in Love with Crazy Love Studios haha. First of all Zendaya is awesome and runs such a clean and beautiful establishment. She is so down to earth and has extensive experience which made me feel at ease for my first time whitening my teeth. My teeth were not badly stained to begin with but I just wanted that extra shine for my birthday this week. I did the 1 hour session; she has comfortable reclining chairs, ports to charge your phone and also plays movies/TVs to watch while you are getting beautified :) By the end of my session my teeth were literally glowing, I was happily surprised by the results! Customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism was top notch. The space is intimate, well kept, with comfortable seating. Making an appointment online is super easy. The place is beautiful, nice, spacious, and clean. The people that work there are very sweet and attend to you quickly. I've been interested in teeth whitening for some time and went on groupon to shop around. I've put this off for a while because you have to call and make an appt for a couple weeks out which is soooo inconvenient. I came across Crazy Love Studios and I was impressed by the good reviews, but then I found out you can book your appointment online on a schedule showing all availability- and theyre open late too!! That sealed the deal for me. I got the BFFs whitening package and brought my brother along. Zeneyda was so welcoming and attentive- she described the procedure to us and provided us with an overview of aftercare (namely the "white diet" for two days afterward). We were sitting in comfy chairs and chilling watching Hulu that was projected on the super high loft walls. Her whole setup is awesome. It's the day after and i am experiencing some teeth and gum sensitivity as expected, but my teeth are noticeably shades whiter!! Some tips for those wanting to go for the first time: DONT floss the day of the procedure (I flossed twice that day, I am excessive, I know) as this increases the sensitivity of your gums. Also, dont forget some chapstick. You'll be sitting there for at least 30 mins without being able to close your mouth and obviously you're going to get a little dried out, in addition to the whitening gel causing some irritation to the lips. Originally went in to purchase a package of 2 but after the 1st treatment and speaking to the owner I decided one had done the job I sort out. I appreciated the owners candor on my results as oppose to trying to get me to purchase additional packages just for the business. The process was easy and virtually painless. I have a little gum and tooth sensitivity but please checked with your dentist to make sure it's ok to whiten first. I got the go ahead from my dentist but did tear up a bit at the 1st 5 min of every 30 min reapplication of the gel. It wasn't unbearable but if your gums and teeth are sensitive as mine are you will feel it. Good news it dies down after those 5 min and the rest of the process was a breeze. The owner is super friendly and pleasant, and kept me company the whole time. I joked with her that it was the most entertaining hour of pain I endured! I don't even know where to begin. What an experience going to Zeneyda's Crazy Love Studio. At first, I was extremely skeptical about going there mainly because I always felt like teeth whitening was a business where people just take your money. But as soon as I got there, I was blown away with the hospitality I received. It doesn't even feel like you're walking into a business. She makes you feel as if you're in the living room, relaxed and carefree. I originally had an appointment for a certain time but a family emergency forced her to postpone my appointment to a later time. I did not have a problem with it so I agreed to a time with her. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was walking right into my living room. Not to mention her daughter was there as well who is probably if not one of the cutest little girls I have ever seen. Even her daughter was friendly and warm just like crazy love Studio. I did not feel awkward it did not feel strange I felt extremely comfortable, and this was all before the procedure even started. Before the procedure started she was asking me questions as far as if I have ever done this before and what not. I told her I didn't and she explained everything thoroughly and made it very easy to understand. On top of the fact that she was extremely friendly and easygoing, she's actually pretty funny. I went to CLS on a Saturday morning and it was really great. Welcoming staff and clean space and the environment was warm. The staff here makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. When I went I was greeted by the owner's husband who was very very helpful in assuring that we would be fine and giving us a chance to ask any questions. He also was able to answer any question we asked. I will be going back, because I'm very pleased with the facility and the staff and most of all the results. I went there as a gift from my boyfriend. I love the space really beautiful but the services was awful. I never got my teeth whitened and I thought it would be painless like the receptionist mentioned but what I felt was completely different.... it felt painful and like my gums were on fire. I sat in the chair and was left there for about an hour and when I wanted to stop the receptionist ignored me. Afterward I got some follow up note and sent on my way.
