Two days ago, I woke up with a stiff neck. Today, I finally succumbed to a massage. There's not a lot of great massage places open after 6 PM on a Saturday night. They're open until 9 PM. I called at 5:30 PM for a 6:30 PM same day appointment. Needless to say, they weren't that busy. But I arrived at 6:20, to the right of the entrance they had three beds, white sheet privacy. Someone was getting their per minute massage. The lady at the front barely spoke English and she asked if I was there for an appointment. She took me into a room. My masseuse was a tiny little Asian lady with a lot of strength. She hovered over me and used her knees and body weight to walk on my back. Then she focused on easing the knots causing my stiff neck. She was able to recognize it quickly when it was getting painful. Mid-massage she started to get weak, but then picked up with a power of strength towards the end. It seemed as though she had music playing on her body. She had a speaker attached to her leg because the sound of the music moved as she walked around me. My "stiff neck" is no longer stiff just sore as massages usually make you feel. Crazy Panda gets a 4 Star and not a 5 because the setup isn't too appealing, and a tad bit unprofessional in handling transactions. Tip* bring cash because if you pay with any type of card, it's a $2 transaction. The massage for an hour cost $50 + $2 for the credit card transaction, I gave a 20%. After calling around to different places, I settled for this place. My daughter and I went together. She is 8 years old. She loved it. The ladies who gave us our massages were amazing. They asked my little one how she was, frequently, and was very respectful. The place was nice and quiet. During my full body massage, I got perfect pressure applied, a hot towel placed on my body, and she rubbed and scratched my head. A ten minute head massage starts it off, then the feet. and the last 10 minutes they flip you over on your back. Couldnt figure out if it felt good or hurt? I was able to call an hour before I wanted to get a massage and was able to set up an appointment. Friendly staff and clean establishment. I got an hour massage from Sandy who was amazing! She was able to work out the knots in my shoulders and lower back. Only knock I had is that Sandy had to leave to room two times to answer the phone since it was just her and another therapist working at the time. I've been here a few times with my girlfriend. It's really hit and miss here. There is a lady who will be on her cellphone while giving you a massage. I wish I could remember her name. There were other times when the massage (different therapist)was decent. But overall the experience is average at best. They definitely need to straighten out the lady who uses her cellphone though. Let me start with the things I liked: I was able to call and make a same day appointment. My appointment began on time. The music was softly played and it was 100% classical which I prefer over the standard crickets, rushing water and chirping birds. The massage I selected was 90 minutes and Helen went a little past time most likely because she had no clients after me as I was the last of the day. The massage table was the extra wide type used with Chinese style massages. She asked my pressure preferences and went to work. The lotion/oil she used didn't leave me feeling greasy and it didn't have a strong fragrance. At the end of the massage I felt amazing. The cost was less than half of what you'd pay (massage + tip) at many fancy locations and that's including the $25 tip I left. Saw this place across the street from my bank and decided to do a walk-in. Figured 45 dollars for an hour was worth a try. I was amazed by the quality massage I received for 45 bucks! My therapist was Helen. She asked what type of pressure I wanted and I said "hard as you can." I work out a lot and need a deep massage. Helen was able to get extremely deep and it literally felt like she was breaking apart the muscle fiber at times! A few places were too sensitive for the hard pressure and she adjusted accordingly. I would rate this place 5 stars but the design of the massage tables make it so there's a lot of pressure on your throat while back walking (see pics) and the towels used need to be replaced. They are pretty worn and rough. If you're not there for a deep massage these are things i would not worry about. 5 star massage just needs an upgrade in equipment. read more

I've never gone to get a massage before so this was a new experience for me and wow, I was so sore the next day! It was a full body massage for an hour and although I didn't get the name of my masseuse, she did an excellent job of finding areas on my body that needed more attention. I recently got a tattoo, so she was cautious not to touch it during the massage. The area wasn't as elaborate as I had imagined but it was nice and relaxing. I made a same day appointment for a foot massage. I wasn't sure what to expect since I came here on a recommendation. It was a little weird going in because you have to be real quiet, to be respectful of the guest on the chairs near the check in. They have 3 chairs and several private rooms. Took my Husband here for our anniversary for the one hour full body massage. The massage was great and deep tissue pressure was just right. The downside is that our appointment was at 5:30 PM, and at 2 PM I got a phone call asking me if I would change my appointment time to 6:15 PM. If you want a lighter massage, you may have to be very clear upfront. I get the impression that deep tissue and a very strong massage may be the default. Diana did a great job. I have a lot of tension in my traps, shoulder blade area, upper back, etc. She used a mixture of massage styles including deep tissue, Thai massage and "standing" on my back. I had the worst massage of my life here today... bad enough to write about it 6 hours later. I asked for deep pressure, so the lady walked all over my back for the first 10 minutes in the most agonizing way. She exuded deeper pressure than I've ever felt during her hand and forearm massage, which wasn't any less painful. I enjoy deep pressure with the right technique, but she somehow managed to target my bones and ligaments instead of soothing my muscles. I was too optimistic things would get better as I asked repeatedly for her to reduce pressure. I was too shy for confrontation, so I even tipped at the end after paying full price, but not much. She shook me down for an extra 2.00 at the register claiming it was a debit fee, but that is way too high and I know she was lying. And now, feeling worse than I ever did before I went in, frustrated at just how poorly I was handled and then cheated at the register, I can't do anything but vent about my worst massage ever. Instead of getting a massage here light your money on fire and go lay down on a busy sidewalk... you'll probably come out ahead. read more

Found this place thru yelp and after several times of going I think I can finally review this place. Pros: it is reasonable in terms of pricing, tried 2 of their masseuse and I should say they were good. Cons: several times I went, whenever the phone rings the person massaging me had to leave the room to answer the phone, leaving me on hold- the worst part of my experience is I called making the appointment for a same day, then came in only to be told that I can only get 45 mins because she had someone coming in after- graciously I said I'll come back when she had the full time to spare. She made an appt for the next day, went there on time only to be told by a different person that the therapist was unavailable and was offered to be massaged by a different person. Why make an appt if they can't do it?! Why couldn't they call ahead of time to tell me that so I could have a choice and not drive all the way there to get that kind of treatment. Loved it! This was my 1st visit and it was amazing. I got a 1 hour Swedish massage and the lady was so good.
