Finally made it to this place. I'm new to the world of sushi and my daughter picked this place for us. The location is great and it is easily accessible. For starters I had pan seared Gyozas. They were a lot more fried than seared. But we're pretty good. I think the next time I will get the steamed so I can enjoy more of the taste. I also ordered some California Rolls. Sooo good. I really enjoyed them and I definitely get them again. For my lunch I ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi entree. If came with the tastiest fried rice that I really enjoyed. Also with a salad which I did not like the dressing and clear soup which was good. Overall a lot of tasty food. And great for leftovers. I am totally stuffed. Came here for the first time with a friend who had been here a bunch of times and loved it. Lunch time is from Monday through Friday until 3 pm and is $23.95 for AYCE. You can also opt for regular pay per menu. They have sushi appetizers, sushi, handrolls, sushi rolls, Japanese apps, salad, noodles, hibachi - shrimp, chicken, & salad. My fave was the peppered tuna but next time with sauce on the side as well as the Fancy Roll. The other ones were pretty good too. These rolls are pretty large and filled with much rice. I asked if they do less pieces and they do not. They also have ramen here which is as quite different for me to see on the menu. I think that is filling enough let alone all the other food to your liking. Our server was nice and took care of us very well. Still one of our favorite places to go, especially for birthdays or just wanting to splurge. Service this time around was off but still took good care of use. Not sure what was going on but we did wait about 10 to 15 minutes before the server came around. But once they did everything was good. As usual the sushi was super fresh and delicious. The kitchen is always on point with the flavors and quickness. The only thing I was disappointed in was the ramen. The broth was ok but the noodles soaked up so much of the broth as I got half way through the bowl all my broth was gone. Easily the best AYCE sushi place I've been to for both quality and variety of options, all for a great price! Especially if you go for lunch. After placing our first order, we hit up the salad bar which was awesome. Everything was super fresh and delicious, especially the poke. We also did a couple rounds of rolls and tried almost all of the chef's signature roll options. Service was fine. Ambiance was great. The food was just alright, but only because I couldn't really pinpoint anything out of this world that would make me want to come back. It's definitely a cool experience however I'm unsure if the AYCE option is enticing as it feels more fitting to have a standard menu option. We were seated immediately at a comfortable booth. Our waitress was great and very attentive! I ordered the rock shrimp (not pictured). It was lightly breaded with a drizzle of I think spicy mayo. Fantastic! They have a salad bar, where I found Kani salad and seaweed salad, among other things. I ordered a vegetable tempura, which came with onion, broccoli, mushroom, sweet potato, and zucchini. Very good! Lightly breaded and fresh! For my sushi I ordered the Snow Crab roll and the Wesley Chapel 2.0 roll. The Snow Crab roll was exactly as it sounds, snow crab. It was exactly what I wanted! The Wesley Chapel 2.0 roll is deep fried with cream cheese, salmon, white fish, and avocado topped with eel sauce, spicy mayo, scallions, and masago. Very good! Excellent flavor and fresh ingredients! For dessert, I picked this delicious melon popsicle (not pictured). Loved this! It tasted like melon and was perfectly creamy! Came here again last night to try it out again. I normally am not a fan of all you can eat sushi spots these days because the quality isn't as good and I've had so much sushi I guess I'm picky now lol This place was still good. Was looking for a cheaper option since I tend to spend a bit too much on sushi at places that offer more expensive types of fish. The fish here was still fresh tasting and the roll I had previously liked, the tiger, was still great! The roll was a bit bigger than usual though. We tried the calamari, crab ragoons, gyoza, aged tofu and all were great. I do wish some of there rolls would incorporate scallops, that would be a nice option to have. Maybe adding in new rolls here and there for variety would be great. I feel like a lot of these all you can eat spots in Florida taste the same , it would be nice to incorporate more flavors and options with raw fish and have the creativity show. The interior is clean and modern. The food was fresh and came out quickly. There is a cold appetizer bar with some salads, ginger and wasabi as well as all your sauces. The rest come out with servers. Your server will place your order at your table and bring them to you. The menu was extensive. Appetizers, sushi, sashimi, tempura, teriyaki, hibachi, ramen and even dessert. Considering the size of the menu, it was not a bad deal to get appetizer, entrees and dessert for $34. Our servers were quick. My friends ordered 30 pieces of nigiri and they came out within minutes. Overall, I thought it was a great way to have a fun celebratory meal with a group. read more

I was STARVING when we came in for dinner so we opted for the "All you can eat" option for about 34 dollars per person. This "all you can eat" is for the ENTIRE menu and not just limited to sushi. We came on a Monday night & it wasn't too busy so we were seated immediately. Once we put in our order, we went to the salad bar which had a good selection - I opted for some seaweed salad and pickled cucumber salad. They were both so yums! The cucumber salad was my fave (I went back for seconds). The Vegetable Pad Thai was surprisingly so good - I guess I wasn't expecting much getting Pad Thai from a sushi place but totally recommend! I ordered two sushi rolls - Lucky Buddha Roll --- ZOMG, ZOMG! SOOOOOO much yums! 10/10, would recommend for my vegetarian people. Sweet Potato Roll --- it was okay, I think that I ate it AFTER I had my Lucky Buddha Roll so I set it up for failure. That's my bad. All you can eat also includes ice cream! Delicious all you can eat sushi! I've heard a lot of buzz about this restaurant and finally decided to try it and it did not disappoint! What really sold me that the entire table does not have to get AYCE if only one person wants it. Every other place I know forces the entire party to get the same option, which is disappointing if every eats different amounts. So I really loved that this was an option. No, you can't share with anyone else at your table unless the ones sharing both have AYCE, but that totally makes sense, not sure why so many people have complained about that. I really loved the salad & sauce bar. The options were super yummy and it was a great touch I haven't seen at other AYCE sushi spots. The servers were very friendly and efficient. Unlike a lot of other AYCE places, they visited our table frequently and we were never waiting long if we wanted to order more. The ambiance was amazing! I loved the virtual wall designs! My family and I eat here A LOT. It's a great location, right at wiregrass mall so it's super convenient to stop and dine after shopping. We've been regulars since it opened a couple years ago. But that ended Friday. The problem was the service. Which we've had issues with in the past as well. After so many times, it's time to take a break. To start, part way through our meal our server left with no explanation and a new one came to our table. I'm assuming something happened, which happens, I get that. But this new server made it sound like that wasn't the case. We had ordered the all you can eat which comes with salad bar (which I didn't eat). I ordered krab Rangoon (2 pieces big whoop), a sushi roll, and pad Thai. I ate all but 2 out of 6 pieces of my sushi roll and over half my pad Thai. When I asked for a box my server asked me of I wanted the small to go box for $5 or a big to go box for $10. WHAT?! She wanted me to pay more on top of what I was already paying because "it's the policy...to prevent people from pigging out on all you can eat and taking it home". I get that. But that's not what I was doing clearly. Not to mention I've eaten here often since it's opened and have never paid extra when I've taken my leftovers home. EVER! It would be one thing if they'd said, okay we will make an exception and give you the leftover box this time, but just know moving forward we can't do that. Instead the manager came to the table (who is new) and told me that's always been their policy and that tells me a lot about my servers. Like what dude?! No...your policy is stupid and was never enforced before your corporate serving greedy ass came along. If it existed at all! (If you can't tell I absolutely abhor this policy at ANY establishment. I've left reviews on other business pages about this and have even walked out prior to ordering if I find out they charge extra if you don't eat all your food. It's terrible business!) crazy sushi just lost a loyal regular. I'm also letting others know about this issue so they can also steer clear. If this policy changes maybe we will return. This was my Husband and I's first night in Tampa after moving here from out of state. We were super pleased by the quality of the fish here. We went with the all you can eat option and it was 100% worth it. The food comes out in a timely manner and all staff members were very friendly and attentive. Mariana was our server... super nice & personable. She did a great job! Also shoutout to the sushi chefs for making a simple order of salmon sashimi the highlight of the dinner with the detailed & decorative plating. We will definitely be coming again! I visited Crazy Sushi at Wiregrass Mall last night. While the food was okay and the staff was responsive, I was very disturbed to see a large cockroach crawling on the floor right near our table. We pointed it out to the server, who quickly removed it and offered us a 20% discount on our bill. I appreciate the gesture and the staff's quick action, but | am seriously concerned about the cleanliness of the establishment. Very disappointed with the way we were treated. I had already ordered my sushi to go, and I had the food in my hand. Then my 6-year-old wanted the all-you-can-eat option, so I asked if we could sit there while she ate, and I would eat the food I had already ordered to go. I was clear about this from the beginning, and at first the staff allowed us to sit. Then the supervisor came over and said that my child could only have all-you-can-eat if an adult was also ordering all-you-can-eat. I explained that my daughter loves sushi and would eat the all-you-can-eat meal, while I would just eat the food I had already purchased. Instead of politely explaining the policy, the supervisor accused me of "stealing food," which was rude, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional--especially in front of my child. I was honest from the start and was simply trying to let my daughter enjoy her meal while I ate the food I had already paid for. The way management handled this was disrespectful and unnecessary. We found this place while staying in Wesley Chapel for the weekend. We love a good sushi restaurant and we were so surprised that this was an all you can eat for just one price. This included not only sushi but their hibachi food and appetizers too! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, the cleanliness, the decor and the service. Everyone from the hostess, the server, the food runners, the busses were all so very friendly and helpful. We got Uber Eats delivery & were very happy with the rolls. The tiger roll and volcano roll were tasty and large. I couldn't even finish 2 1/2 rolls. I do miss volcano rolls with the mixed topping--this was all shredded krab on top which seems to be standard these days. read more
