Letting you know, this has been a 4-year await to try Noble Fish sushi and let me say, I am beyond impressed. Upon arrival, you will order at the kiosk! I wanted to try something new, I ended up ordering Regular Nigiri Set [Tuna Roll, 1 Tuna Nigiri, 1 Squid Nigiri, 1 Mackerel Nigiri, 1 Octopus Nigiri, 1 Crab Stick Nigiri, 1 Egg Nigiri]. Additionally, I ordered Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll. The Squid Nigiri was interesting and melted in my mouth - lol. My less favorite was the Mackerel Nigiri, I felt like it has a metal and fishy taste. It's amazing cooked but I do not think I will consume it raw ever again. The fish was fresh and the sushi rice was soft and cooked to perfection. Overall, I would most def love to visit this place again with family and friends. The staff was beyond helpful when I had questions and super nice. The food is made quickly, so there is not a long wait. WARNING: In the back of the building, there is a lot of parking but you're not allowed to park on the left side, since those spaces below to the other businesses customers. If you do, then your car will get towed.

It was 7:01, and evidently the sushi bar closes at 7. I had heard great things about Noble Fish ever since moving to the area, but never felt up to taking the 50 minute drive. After 12 years, my wife and I finally made it, only to find it is not a sushi restaurant, but rather a cafeteria. Maybe they have great fish. We'll never know, 'cause we won't be back.

This place is awesome and I highly recommend it to all you sushi lovers! My favorite is the Healthy roll because it is chunky and stuffed with yummy fish and veggies. Everything taste fresh and the price is reasonable. I also recommend the seaweed salad and miso soup, it's so good for you! This place might be small but don't let it fool you into thinking it's not worth a shot. The inside is clean and the chef is super friendly. Great costumer service!
